Newly renovated/Fantastic location
Beautiful Conshohocken home for rent. 3 bedrooms and 2 Full baths. Fantastic location! Walking distance to everything. 2 blocks from Fayette St restaurants and bars. As well as, the train station and tow path where you will find people walking, running and biking. My home has been completely renovated to an updated modern design including beautiful hardwood floors, granite counter tops, exposed brick, black iron railings and stainless steel appliances. The first floor has a living room and dining room with a large kitchen and covered back porch. The 2nd floor bedrooms have one large bedroom with a large closet and a 2nd smaller bedroom sharing a full bath. The 3rd floor bedroom is a master bedroom suite with a private bath and walk in closet. Laundry room has a new washer/dryer in the basement area. The basement has lots of extra room for storage and a back door for easy access to the back yard and 1 car parking spot. Available furnished or unfurnished. Landlord pays water and sewer.

As the property owner and long time resident of Conshohocken, I can tell you that my home is a great place to stay. By profession, I'm an Interior Designer and remodel homes. This home was originally built in 1880 as a 2 bedroom/1 bath home and hadn't been remodeled until I bought it and converted it to a 3 bedroom/2 bath home. The remodel took a year which involved a full gut to the studs and complete remodel to include central air, beautiful hardwood floors, 2 new bathrooms and a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.

LOCATION! You will be walking distance to downtown Conshohocken with all the restaurants and bars. Library, play ground, and tow path if you like to bike ride, roller blade or take a walk by the River. If you want to pop into downtown Philly it's only a short drive or walk to the train station. King of Prussia is also only a short car ride away for fantastic shopping, etc.
