Tendrá uso privado exclusivo durante su estadía. Construido en 1910 New England Colonial en una calle lateral popular es el sueño de un viajero.

Esta hermosa calle arbolada también es conocida por sus lugares históricos, como la estación de ferrocarril Park Street de 1894, que actualmente sirve como sede de una agencia de servicio comunitario. Además, el Centro Budista Kurakula para Estudios Budistas Tibetanos que ha sido visitado por Su Santidad el XIV Dalai Lama del Tíbet.

I'm lucky enough to have great neighbors so please no late night noise. Also please only smoke outdoors it's been a non-smoking house.

My stay was fantastic and this place is a gem! It truly felt like a home away from home. It is close enough to the big cities to drive to or take the train. There are plenty of places to dine at and a few grocery stores in the immediate area. Everything was fully stocked with more than I expected. Anytime I needed to reach out to the host she responded immediately and is beyond kind! If I am very in the area again I will definitely be staying here if it’s available.

My son and I stayed for 5 day on our first trip with just us two. We wanted to explore Boston and the surrounding areas, and this house and its location allowed for just that. The check-in process and communication with the property manager were both very clear and easy. The property itself was exactly what we needed. It was stocked with so many extras that one might forget on to pack as well as plenty of snacks. There was also an incredible selection of both teas and coffee. We wanted for absolutely nothing but more time. Would for sure stay again if ever back in town.

Perfect Little Place

We were here to watch our daughter participate in the Boston Marathon. This wonderful little place in Medford was perfect. It was clean and stocked full of everything we needed. The neighborhood was a friendly and welcoming. The host answered every question I had promptly. I highly recommend this perfect little place for anyone visiting Boston.

Best place I ever stayed in and would definitely stay here again!!! I would say the only thing that would make this place the total bomb is if they put a washer and dryer in the unit!! But the place was so clean and they had everything you could imagine!! Totally awesome!!! Thank you Lisa for your tremendous hospitality!!!

Beautiful!

Lisa was an absolutely AMAZING host. The place was very clean and cozy. Lisa provided everything that we needed and then some. My best friend and I did a lot of exploring in Cambridge and Salem. We very much did enjoyed coming back to the cozy apartment at the end of the day for a quiet and very comfortable restful nights sleep. There are plenty of places that deliver food and there is a beautiful kitchen if you prefer to stay in and cook. Will definitely be returning and recommending the place to family and friends.

Very comfortable in great location

My daughter and I really enjoyed our.stay in Medford. Lisa was a great host and available but I never needed her as all of the information needed was readily available. Close to the T for quick trips into Boston. I would definitely stay there again.

Fridge and freezer not cooling properly, lost costs ice cream and milk, Mayo due to temps.

Overall well, couldn’t keep food, have ice or cold drinks. Tenants above noisy after 11-2 am, difficult to sleep.

Very comfortable place for Boston area

Convenient location; Medford is a bit of a hidden gem. Lots of local food options nearly, easy access to the highway (93) and State Routes 16 & 60. The apartment is as advertised and the hosts have gone out of their way to make everything seamless. Coffee, snacks, emergency toiletries, etc, place sis very well furnished. Will stay again next time I need a home base for Boston area.

Wonderful stay!!!

We had an amazing experience staying here 3 nights to celebrate our nephew’s graduation from Harvard. The place was spotless, with great attention to detail. Keurig, coffee pods and creamers in the refrigerator made our 1st morning very relaxing and we didn’t have to immediately run to the store! Loved the bed linens and towels. Communicating with Lisa was always easy and prompt. Will definitely stay here again if in this area!

This beautiful apartment could not have been more perfect. Comfy beds, very nice living area and off street parking. The host provided everything imaginable from coffee to toiletries. Would highly recommend.

My name is Lisa. I was born and raised in Somerville. My family immigrated here from Portugal in 1966, I am the first descendant as a Portuguese-American. I had a wonderful opportunity to purchase the house next door to where I was born. As a child, I drew pictures and sketches of how I envisioned this home to be…. warm, inviting, calming, and comfortable and on and on so when the opportunity to purchase this lovely 1915 New England Colonial it was a dream come true. I was able to renovate this timeless treasure from “yesterday’s charm with today’s conveniences.”

In 2016, as my daughters became of age, I decided to sell my beloved home and purchase a new home close by, so they can live with me and have the opportunities of going to college and pursue their dreams. Once again, I have transformed this beautiful 1910 New England Colonial into a place I can call home.

I think for me it means the room has a lived-in comfort, furnishings that are overstuffed, less than perfect, warm colors, accessories that display a life of the person that lives there, a history, a warm color palate, someplace you would like to sit yourself down and enjoy a welcoming cup of tea or a glass of wine and good company.

It’s my dream to share my love of New England to anyone who would love to visit Boston and its surrounding cities.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The first time I came to visit this home, I knew it was for me. I felt such peace and comfort. I later learned of the history of the street that went back to its first settlement, in 1630. There are many homes from the 1800's still here which is so fascinating and I enjoy talking about it to anyone who wants to hear.
