Address given was accurate, just do not follow the GPS as it will take you past the driveway. Check in was a breeze. Kitchen was very well stocked. Nice to have all house amenities. Location was beautiful and enjoyed evenings on the deck. Inside was very spacious and while our group was large, you would have never known it. Ample parking as well for several vehicles.

Great Stay

This property was perfect for our family (6 adults, 6 children) and gave us ample room with beautiful scenery. The house is well maintained and clean. The internet (Starlink) is very fast for being in a more rural location. We will definitely stay here again if we travel back to the Portland area. Karlin was a great host.

Beautiful home with lots of room to spread out.

Rented for my daughter’s wedding and it was perfect. Had ten adults and two kids in our group and everyone had some privacy and a place to get ready. Other family members in the area were able to stop by, gather and visit throughout our stay. Lot’s of parking therefore was a big plus.

Beautiful home in gorgeous rural setting

This is a beautiful home in a gorgeous rural setting. It was perfect for our family group of 11 adults. We appreciated the layout of the house with a large kitchen and deck, and comfortable inside areas for gathering for conversation. Our host was very responsive when we had questions.

We rented the property for my family to stay at for my daughter’s wedding and it worked out perfectly. Karlin was a great host and was very responsive to all communications. I highly recommended this property and this host! Such a peaceful area with plenty of room and parking! 5 stars!!!!!

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE

This was by far one of the best most amazing places that i have stayed at. The owner offered more than one way to communicate with her plus a couple of back ups just in case. The house was super clean, well decorated, with plenty of space for everyone i needed to make room for. This is a yearly trip for us so we will look to stay here again.

Wonderful!

The place was beautifully laid out. Plenty of bedrooms, and bathrooms. We liked that there were different places for people to watch tv, read books, or okay a game, and big be in the same room. The dining room table was enormous, so game playing after dinner was easy to accommodate our group of nine people. Outside, there was enough space for us to play bocce in the rough, while others enjoyed sitting on the patio. After dinner, it was a nice to stroll down the quiet road. A lovey place to stay.

Beautiful Country Views

This house worked well for a group of friends to gather for a few days. We were greeted by a lovely basket with wine and goodies as well as a hand-written note. We appreciated the separation of spaces and large numbers of rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen worked well for us to make our meals in the evening; the soft close doors were a nice touch. We had one small hiccup when a tree fell on a power line knocking out the power for 8 hours, but Karlin was easily reachable and updated us on the progress. We weren't able to find any flashlights so that might be a good addition to the house, but we managed. It did get a bit stuffy without power but we opened the windows and fell asleep listening to the peaceful chirping of the crickets and by morning the house was nice and cool. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and there is a great park close by for walking. I would recommend this for larger groups.

Amazing home with spectacular views

This home is perfect for a multi-family rental! We had lots of family traveling to Oregon for our daughters wedding and found this home to be the perfect location for our family to stay. Great space to gather for meals, go for walks and retreat to nice bedrooms. Host was amazing, responding to every question we had. We will book again, thanks for everything!

Nothing short of outstanding!

Without giving away any spoilers, the location and views were astonishing. The neighboring farm and pastures were an absolute delight every time we walked outside, whether it was clear and sunny or foggy in the morning. The property is perfectly nestled in a clearing that is bordered by established pine trees and gorgeous deciduous trees. The house itself was ideal for our family stay and had plenty of separate rooms if you needed some space to yourself as well as ample entertaining space for gatherings. The home has had numerous well-appointed upgrades and it really shows that the owner takes pride in updating every feature. The owner was very accommodating and responded promptly if we had any questions. In all, our family couldn't have asked for anything better for our stay and I would rate the overall experience as exemplary! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Perfect Getaway

This VRBO was perfect for the friends & family getaway. We were the for a week & there was plenty of room, everything we needed for homemade meals, comfy beds in a quiet & picturesque setting. Plenty of excellent wineries within 30-35 minutes. In other words it was the perfect landing spot after a day of wine tastings!

Beautiful Property

The house is very large and has room for everyone. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. If you have the full house occupancy though it could use a few more plates as there are currently only 12. The Wi-Fi needs to be upgraded as it was very slow. Owner is working on that so hopefully it will be improved. Karlin tried very hard to fix any issues. The blueberry farm next door was very cool and we enjoyed seeing how they harvested blueberries. There is a local farmers market on Thursday which was very nice. We were able to find fresh beautiful flowers and fruit for the wedding cake and bouquets for our son’s wedding.

Peaceful palace

Beautiful home with wonderful views. Plenty of room for our group of 10 in the area for a family wedding. Bedrooms were all comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and we loved spending the evening on the spacious deck. Wonderful experience!

Beautiful Setting for Family Retreat

We were looking for a place to accommodate our family coming together from Alaska, California, Connecticut and Hawaii for a family reunion in Salem. It was perfect and was a great setting for meals, game-playing and late-night wine tastings. (We were so grateful for the extra 'fridge in the garage!)

Peaceful stay

Our group of 11 people, ranging from 6 to 76 years old, had a wonderful stay. Although there wasn't a good place for everyone to eat at the same location in the kitchen nook, we enjoyed dining outside on the lovely backyard deck. Being able to do some morning yoga on the deck was also a treat. Having a first floor master was great for the grandparents, and everyone else had plenty of space on very comfortable beds. The owner was always quick with replies to any questions I had and even left a hand written welcome note with a gift basket of local goodies. Definitely recommend a stay here!

Beautiful & Relaxing

We were welcomed by a VERY thoughtful gift basket! The house was clean, well equipped, and had lots of areas to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. It was hard to leave such a beautiful home! Thank you to our host! A GREAT place to stay!

Spacious home, beautiful private location

Great! Home was in perfect condition. Three levels were great allowing young adult children upstairs, master on main level and basement for movie watching. Really enjoyed our stay.
