Esta es una nueva lista, así que no se alarme por la falta de revisiones. Como superhost en otras propiedades, nos esforzamos por cuidar cada aspecto de los huéspedes.

Esta increíble casa ofrece una mezcla única de un ambiente de vecindario arbolado y tranquilo, a solo unos minutos de Washington Square al este, del centro de Beaverton al norte y de Sherwood al sur. También hay cientos de bodegas y viñedos increíbles a 30-45 minutos al suroeste.

Toda la casa se encuentra en un solo nivel y es ideal para familias o personas donde las escaleras pueden ser un desafío. Además, el plano de planta abierto permite a toda la familia disfrutar del tiempo juntos, ya sea viendo televisión, jugando juegos o afuera en la cubierta. Las tres habitaciones están todas en el nivel principal individual. Uno tiene dos gemelos. El segundo está equipado con una reina y la suite principal tiene un rey, así como un sofá desplegable para obtener espacio adicional si es necesario. En las salas de estar y familiares encontrará sofás para dormir más si lo prefiere.

Encontrará amplias opciones de compras y comestibles. La casa y el vecindario están rodeados de parques y senderos. Madrona Heights, Morrison woods y Summercrest Parks son solo algunos de los más cercanos. Alrededor de una milla de distancia se encuentra Cooper Mountain Nature Park, que se encuentra justo al lado de Cooper Mountain Vineyards.

Comfortable house in nice neighborhood

We spent Christmas week near family at this 3-bedroom house. The house was perfect for 5 adults, very well equiped, clean and very comfortable. We took walks on the nearby paths. ITrip staff was welcoming and very atentive. We will definitely return when we come back for our next family visit!

The home was beautiful but the twin beds in the one bedroom were so uncomfortable that we had to move to the couches. The owners (or someone) entered the property to do a very minor repair without advance notice. We could tell someone had been there by the handle on the sliding door. While they may have the right to do that if felt sort of creepy that they were there without tell us. The steepness of the driveway was also a small issue. I wish we had known about this prior to renting.

This was a wonderful house that we enjoyed very much. However we were not aware of the steep driveway and stairs to get in. Unfortunately as we were preparing to go into the house the railing broke away from rot. This became a safety issue because we were older women staying there. It was reported but not fixed while we were there. House description should mention the steep driveway and stairs front and back. Fortunately one of the members of our group was able to do a temporary fix to the railing so we could manage the stairs. We were disappointed that no one came to fix the railing while we were there. Nevertheless we enjoyed the house very much. It would be a questionable choice for those with physical limitations and should be noted in the house description. Steep driveway and stairs.

The house was exactly as pictured online. Clean, comfortable, and a great location. Plenty of room to spread out, and the deck is beautiful for sipping early morning coffee or having dinner alfresco (heads up, though—there’s one spot that feels like it might be starting to rot). My 78 year old mom stayed with us and she is very picky. She absolutely raved about this place! We will rent again when family is in town.

Single Level House and Mobility Challenges

First off, I want to commend the iTrip NW team for their exceptional customer service! I rented another property in December but had to cancel at the last minute due to a family emergency. They went above and beyond to assist me with my insurance claim—true A treatment. This review is specific to my experience, and I hope it helps others to make an informed decision. I want to emphasize that these observations are based purely on my personal needs and situation, and I truly appreciated many aspects of my stay. Background: Family of 5 (3 adults, 2 children) I rely heavily on internet for remote work. My mother, who uses a walker, has mobility considerations. The Positives: The house itself is amazing! Located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, driving through the area was a real treat. The interior layout was fantastic—spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Being a single-level property, it aligned with our needs, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The master bedroom was especially comfortable, with its large size and direct access to the stunning deck—a real highlight for me! My kids and mother also settled in wonderfully, and I didn’t hear any complaints. Things to Be Aware Of: When we arrived, I noticed that the driveway was quite steep and uneven, which made navigating with my mother a bit of a challenge. However, we found a workaround by parking on the rocks beside the house, which made accessibility easier. The pictures were accurate, but the difficulty level for access was higher than I had anticipated. I also want to note that the garage was locked, so it wasn’t an alternative entry option. On the technology side, there is room for improvement. The TV (a 50-inch plasma) wasn’t user-friendly when trying to connect to internet services, and despite our tech-savvy family persevering for an hour, we couldn’t resolve it. We eventually bought a smart TV as a temporary fix. Additionally, the internet performed inconsistently, which impacted an important Zoom meeting I needed to attend. Lastly, there were no TVs in the bedrooms—a minor point I didn’t double-check beforehand in the amenities list. Final Thoughts: Despite these challenges—most of which were specific to my situation—I absolutely loved the house and would happily rent it again once my mother’s mobility has improved. My experience with iTrip NW and the overall charm of the property make it worth a visit for anyone seeking a comfortable, peaceful stay. Wonderful Stay

I recently stayed at this home as I had meetings close to this location. This home was very well situated for my needs and in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The was extremely clean, kitchen well appointed, bed super comfortable with an easy check in and will be staying again. I would highly recommend for families and travelers in that need to be in the area.

burning hot water in kitchen sink and one bath sink. shower water was not hot enough. master bath tub was not clean. shower faucet was difficult to operate. the toast oven is the kitchen is very dirty. refrigerator shelf and many dishes are cracked or chipped.

"Perfect Stay! Spotless, Comfortable, and Seamless Check-In"

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this VRBO rental in Beaverton! The check-in process was a breeze with clear and detailed instructions from the host, making our arrival stress-free. The home was spotless and exactly as described in the listing, which was very accurate and provided all the information we needed upfront. With five adults staying for two nights, the space was perfect—comfortable, well-maintained, and ideal for our needs. Overall, it exceeded our expectations in every way. We will definitely stay here again!

Quiet Location

My family of 6 adults stayed 4 nights in this spacious home. It is in a quiet location with easy access to downtown Beaverton and Portland. Close to Copper Mountain nature park that has trails. Also home is just 1 1/2 hours from beautiful Oregon beaches. It met our needs and was close to the wedding venue and events. House was clean, neat and decorated very nicely. Nice to have extras like shampoo, conditioner, soap and hairdryer in bathrooms. Kitchen was stocked well with paper towels, soap, garbage bags. Did not use the laundry but it is available with laundry pods provided. Clean up was easy. Only had to take garbage out. All in all a great experience.

Everything we needed

Our trip was to visit family and included remote work. The property was great for that. A couple items to note: The driveway is very steep and then stairs to the door. This would not be a good choice for anyone with a mobility issue. The property is in a residential area with nothing in walking distance. If you want to take a morning walk for coffee, this is not the place. This is an issue with us, not the property. We looked at distances on Google Maps, but not the actual route. We are not used to congestion on bridges. A thirteen mile trip routinely took 45 minutes. The property was fine for our purposes and we would not hesitate to stay again.

Family Visit to Beaverton

The house and property were wonderful. The Fireplace wouldn't work but the team was friendly and responsive. Great location close to our family. Host Fees were a little high compared to other properties, but overall, we would come back again.

Fantastic Cooper Mountain Retreat

This home is absolutely perfect for a family getaway. We were in town for our son’s wedding and this house comfortably accommodated our family. It is furnished beautifully and was even stocked with coffee already! The location is very pretty. I have nothing but good things to say about the home and the interaction with the owner/manager.
