Esta casa es administrada profesionalmente por Beach Habitats 30A, viene con cuatro bicicletas y acceso a servicios de acuarela.

Con alojamiento para hasta 10, WaterColor Getaway es perfecto para dos familias y está idealmente ubicado en WaterColor’s Park District (Fase 1), a poca distancia del Beach Club, Western Lake y Seaside.

El primer piso cuenta con una cocina creada por un galardonado diseñador de Atlanta que es ideal para preparar comidas gourmet o un simple aperitivo. El comedor abierto y la moderna sala de estar hacen que WaterColor Getaway sea excelente para grandes reuniones. La sala de estar se completa con un gran televisor de pantalla plana.

Un acogedor porche con tres ventiladores y muebles modernos al aire libre es un gran lugar para relajarse después de un día explorando los senderos. Completando el primer piso hay dos dormitorios, dos baños y un rincón de lavandería. El dormitorio principal con cama King tiene TV, baño privado completo con ducha a ras de suelo y bañera de hidromasaje. El dormitorio de la reina comparte el baño del pasillo. En el segundo piso, encontrará otro rey principal completo con una ducha a ras de suelo y bañera de hidromasaje.

A convenient, excellent choice.

Our family had a delightful New Year's visit to Seaside, only a few blocks away from the Watercolor Inn and with access to the adjacent beach club. The property was obviously newly remodeled with a fun, colorful, attractive theme, and the swing on the front porch got a lot more use from our group than a pool/hot tub would have. I would not hesitate to come again!

Perfect beach vacation

The layout of the house was perfect for our group. We had three couples and a baby. The location was amazing. We didn't even need to rent a golf cart. We could walk most places and we drove when we needed to go further for dinner. The house was clean, comfortable, and area was quiet. Very thankful for the beach and pool access. We would love to come back and stay here again. Wonderful family memories made.

Lovely Watercolor Home

Our family had a great time at this beautiful property! Very clean and comfortable with many helpful amenities. The cleaning crew did an awesome job getting it ready for new clients. Perfect layout with space to cook at home, relax, play games, etc. Bedrooms are spacious, even the bunk room was comfortable for teenagers. Mattresses are comfy for a great nights sleep. Description of property is completely accurate, location is ideal for those wanting to enjoy Seaside and Watercolor Beach Club. Comfortable walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Loved this place!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with our stay at 134 Mystic Cobalt. The accommodations were perfect for all our family members. We especially appreciated having 3 King Bedrooms. The property description online was an accurate reflection of our experience. It was very convenient to the Watercolor Resort as well as Seaside. We only needed a car when we were visiting Alys and Rosemary Beach areas. The property is very well maintained overall. There were some areas that appeared not to be completely cleaned (possibly due to quick turn around from previous guests). However it didn't impact the overall quality of our stay. The customer service was outstanding. There was frequent communication and always quick responses to any questions. Having the text option to communicate with the management company was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this property to any future guests. Our top restaurant recommendation would be Pescado Seafood Grill and Rooftop Bar. The casual walk up options in Seaside were great when the kids are along. Shopping was exceptional between Seaside and Rosemary Beach areas. We also enjoyed all the pool options at the Watercolor Resort and Camp Watercolor as well as the Beach area.

The renters were so flexible and responsive and we can't wait to be back. We did end up renting a golf cart for the beach/pool/seaside nights since we had kids (and lots of stuff!) and it made things much easier and more fun. We couldn't recommend this house more!

Liked The Location But Not The Bugs!!

Reviewer Comments: The location was close to the beach club, downtown and the courtesy trolley stop.The house was spacious, very well stocked and nicely decorated. Unfortunately there were giant roaches everywhere in the house on both floors. We let the management company know and they were quick to respond. They told us it happens when it gets warmer. We wondered why they didn’t spray before the warm weather arrived in preparation for late spring and summer rentals. The spray unfortunately did not help and we had giant roaches throughout our 3 day stay. The house also was not very clean. There were drawers full of hair and clothes tags. The appliances were dirty inside and out. There was a large sticky spot on the kitchen floor. The stove and microwave were not attached to the counter. There were dirty rolled pieces of toilet paper in the corners of several rooms. It’s a cute house, with a little more attention to the basics it could be a great place to stay.
