Disfrute de su estadía en Nueva Orleans como un local en esta casa de escopeta doble Revival griego de 1870. Estamos ubicados en el histórico corredor OC Haley y a una corta caminata de 4 cuadras de St Charles y el tranvía.

Nuestra casa es muy espaciosa y cuenta con 2 baños y 2-3 habitaciones. El dormitorio de arriba cuenta con una cama queen y el dormitorio de abajo es dos habitaciones conjuntas con una cama queen y dos camas gemelas en el otro. Si es necesario, hay espacio para que un huésped adicional duerma en el sofá.

Everything about this place deserves a 10/10: location, communication with the owners, parking, the upstairs bedroom has a lot of privacy including its large bathroom, the adjacent bedrooms downstairs are quite large, and the family room and kitchen as well. We did not use the kitchen at all since the location had everything within a mile or two including top rated bakery and coffee shops as well as all sorts of restaurants. We had a great stay!

This is both a great place to stay AND a great location. The house was great. Plenty of space for the 6 of us. This is a great location where 4 blocks gets you to the streetcar, restaurants, and a coffee shop. We'd definitely stay here on a future visit.

Wonderful stay!

This was a lovely spacious place to stay in New Orleans. Quiet area but close to public transit and many restaurants. Only downside was that the bed was not super comfortable, but it was on-par with most other places. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating and I would consider staying here again!

This is a fantastic place for a short term stay. It is conveniently located with a spacious living room/dinning room/kitchen. The downstairs two bedrooms are conjoined by a curtain. It is a classic New Orleans design, so you have to walk through the smaller room to get to the bathroom - great if you have kids and want to experience the charm of New Orleans housing! Serving the two downstairs bedrooms, there are no closets, dressers or place to store clothes aside from a small armoire in the dining room to hang a few shirts, shorter dresses and jackets but not for long gowns. The kitchen had everything we needed (excellent refrigerator) and prep island. The downstairs bathroom has a vintage claw foot tub - very cool - but a challenge for people with mobility or balance issues (no grab bars). The air conditioning worked very well as did the wifi, smart TV, and washer/dryer. The upstairs primary bedroom was comfortable, had a large closet (no dresser) and modern bathroom.

Cozy home

We had a great stay in New Orleans. The house was clean and cozy. Plenty of room for our group of 6. The host was very responsive and helpful. The streetcar was a short walk and there was easy street parking right in front of the house.

This is a great place to stay when visiting NO. It’s close to the streetcar and walking distance to several restaurants. The house is large enough to comfortably fit a family of 5. It’s close to the French Quarter by streetcar so you can make multiple trips in a day if you like.

We had a wonderful time, love the fact that we were only 4 blocks for the street car and close to the Garden District. There was a store a block away which was great. The place was clean and had what we needed. Margitta was very responsive. We would defintaly stay there when we go back to NOLA.

Never disappoints

We've stayed here every year for the last 3 years for our annual trip to Mardi Gras. It is in an ideal location to catch the St Charles street car and a short drive to most locations. The house is nicely appointed and the managers are very responsive. We will continue to visit.

Loved It!

Me and a couple coworkers stayed here during a work trip to NOLA. The house was beautifully kept and clean. The lofted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows gave a bright, airy feel. The neighborhood was relatively quiet and we were able to safely keep our car parked right in front of the house for the week we visited. A short walk to the Garden District and an easy-to-find spot for rideshares. We would definitely consider staying here again if we're ever back!

Spacious and comfortable

This home was an excellent choice for us and a short walk to the St. Charles streetcar. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking spaces. The rooms are large and kitchen has everything needed to cook meals. The host was easily contacted and assisted me to ensure my suitcase was safely brought inside after the airlines delivered it late. I will be back next year and hopefully rent again. Great home!!

Inaccurate Description

While there are 3 rooms with beds, two of the rooms are connected without a door in between and you must go through one of those spaces to get to the bathroom. There is zero privacy. While some folks may be ok with that, it should be described in detail in the listing. Also, one of those beds is so noisy that when the person sleeping rolls over, the noise is so loud as to wake up the person sleeping in the other bed in the space. WiFi worked in the main living area, but not in the back rooms or upstairs. Disappointing to say the least.
