Overall nice place inside. Back area is not what it looks like in pictures. Besides the big steaming pile of poop somebody dropped beside the place, enjoyed the stay. Don’t let the outside detour you away from staying here

Just a one night stay but beds were very comfortable, laundry was easy to access & worked well. Could hear the unit next to us (they were a little loud for a bit at night & in the morning but overall a good stay,) Very clean place.

Overall a great property! Beautiful inside and I loved the unique furniture and decor! Outside was a little iffy overall with the neighborhood and parking but overall by the end of the trip it ended up being a great location for us taking our daughter to move into Tulane and we will look at coming back!

Really enjoyed our stay here - great location on a couple bus lines; fully stocked with everything you need; very clean interior (the couch on the porch needs to go - an eyesore); not far from Magazine St which is a much mellowed area compared to the French Quarter...Highly recommend!

The home is very nice and clean. My only complaints which the host has no control over is how thin the walls are you could hear the other guests conversations,snoring,loud music, kids running and yelling etc…. Also, a light over the dining room table would be nice as once it gets dark you have to use other light sources…. Other than that everything was great the home is close to EVERYTHING!! It was a perfect fit for my birthday celebration.

The stay was ok. The location was a bit different from what we were expecting. The wifi didn't work and the host was informed but didn't fix within our stay (which was only one night). The neighbors were in a fight and the walls were thin. The back bedroom bed is super squeaky. Finally, you have to walk through each room to get to the next. Overall, it was ok for a one night stay before cruising but I wouldn't recommend it for long stays.

This was the first time I used VRBO and the experience was great. Our host was so responsive to my inquiries, and the place itself was very comfortable and cute. I loved the shotgun house floor plan. The neighborhood was quiet and there was a convenience store just down the block. Overall, I would stay here again if I were in New Orleans.

The apt was a great stay for our trip! We loved having plenty of beds for our whole group and the ability to use the amenities of a full house. The apartment was clean and comfy. Soaps were provided which was also nice. The only thing I would recommend is restocking the kitchen with tools so it’s easier to cook while in the space. Overall we enjoyed and would stay again!

host was more then helpful with our early flight in and late flight out. communication was quick and easy as well as being more then helpful with any issues that occurred. would definitely book again!

We had an absolute wonderful time! The house is perfect, and had everything we needed. We walked to the parade routes, which were a little far but definitely doable! Would totally stay here again.

Great little place

Overall this property is exactly as stated in the listing. Room layout is a bit odd, but very accommodating. Interior very clean and has everything you need for a short stay. Neighborhood is a bit suspect, but we had no issues.

Interior is great, clean, and well kept, beds are very comfortable, and it was pretty easy to have 6 guests in there as long as you have people comfortable sharing queen beds. Host was very responsive and didn't have a laundry list of check in/check out things for us to do. Its a great place to stay with friends for a trip to New Orleans. Only things to be wary of: right on the cusp of an unsafe area of New Orleans, so be careful being out after dark. Also, downstairs neighbors were not considerate of quiet hours in the slightest, heard very loud conversation almost every night around 3 am. But if you sleep hard, this is not an issue. We enjoyed our stay overall
