Un nuevo apartamento de 1 dormitorio situado en una zona muy tranquila y pacífica a aproximadamente 1. 5 millas de los pueblos de Oroklini y Pyla. Amueblado y equipado a un alto nivel. Con un gimnasio y dos grandes piscinas. Con enlaces de autobús a Pyla y Oroklini. Tiene una cama doble en el dormitorio y un sofá cama en forma de L en el salón que se convierte en una cama grande. La cocina tiene todas las instalaciones requeridas y equipo de cocina, nevera-congelador y lavadora. Las cortinas y el mobiliario han sido diseñados con un alto estándar. También hay Wifi y un televisor que muestra los canales del Reino Unido.

I booked Tracy and Micks apartment as an anniversary surprise for my wife. They are great hosts; couldn’t have been more helpful! The apartment is just as you see in the pictures; good size for 2 people, comfortable, well equipped and in a great location! Would definitely recommend; we shall be staying there again😎

Once again a wonderful holiday at Tracy and Micks lovely apartment! We love PYLA and the surrounding area; a great location in the countryside but close to all the amenities you’ll need. CESSAC Beach is one of our favourite spots, only about 5 miles away and the Oriklini Taverna serves wonderful meals!The apartment is ideal for couples; comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. It’s nicely situated below the Oriklini Hills and has great views from the balcony; a real sun trap in the early part of the day. A lovely pool which has always been quiet during our stays; a great place to cool off or just relax on the provided sun beds!A car is useful to explore the island but not essential; the local bus service seems very efficient.Tracy and Mick are great hosts; friendly, helpful and always quick to respond to any questions! Bridget, their local contact, is the same.This is our second stay and we can’t recommend this apartment highly enough! Looking forward to our next visit

Beautiful area

This private apartment is brilliant, clean and comfortable for a couple or a couple with small kids. The area is just outside Larnaca so it's a fantastic base to get around this small Island. Pyla itself is beautiful and so peaceful and it's right on the UN border so very secure area to stay. The complex has 2 pools and the apartment has a balcony, it's a sun trap in the mornings till early afternoon. If I was to complain then it's only about the pigeons waking you up but please don't let that put anyone off as this is the 4th time to this area and this complex is stunning. Last thing is the WiFi connection is the best I had out of any of our stays in Pyla, 1st class with no hassle.

Location was as expected. Nice touch with the food welcome pack on arrival. All fully equipped at the apartment. Pool was nice and quiet, but constantly covered in leaves and feathers. Apartment quiet, couldn't hear neighbours but could smell their smoking from the apartment. Sofa bed was awful, could feel wood frame sticking in you whether sitting on it or trying to sleep on it, so bad that I thought the floor would be better to sleep on. Got bitten every night, couldn't see or hear bugs but woke every morning covered in huge red lumps! So bad I considered sleeping in the car. Only trip I've ever had in years of travelling where I just wanted to go home.

Pyla apartment review

Pros: Lovely east facing deck great for watching the sunrise. Morning sun until 11 AM. Excellent WiFi. New A/C, new washing machine, Excellent oven and microwave. Ample cookware/bakeware. New mattresses. Very suitable for disabled people. Terrific walk-in shower with safety mat. Dishes for 4 people. Nice cold fridge. Perfect for two people. Great owners to deal with. Honest information. Bridget was very helpful. Elevator service to the second floor. Cons: sofa seating needs to be replaced. Basic cleaning supplies provided. Poor night time lighting. Abandoned vehicle left in our assigned parking place.

Bonjour , nous n' avons pas pu profiter de cet appartement, car nous n' avons pas pu embarquer à l' aéroport de Paris . Lovely two weeks away

Loved the apartment. Great views. Not one mosquito or ants or cockroach in this apartment. First time ever. The area is great not to built up. Tracy the owner was great with all the information I needed to know. I needed a late checkout which was no problem and Bridget the lady that looks after the apartment helped me out with pick up and drop off which was really appreciate. All in all a great holiday. Would stay there again. Thank you

The Views At Pyla

The location of the apartments are in a quite location with very little noise, very peaceful at night. You would need a car to get around if you would like to get to the shops as there isn't anything in walking distance. Oroklini which is only 6-8 minute drive has some life, some decent shops and restaurants. I've been and stayed in many apartments in Cyprus and especially in Oroklini, this is the first one where i saw now ants and no mosquitoes, we were not bitten once, that was a big plus for us, i don't know if we got lucky, this was a big plus point for us. the apartment is on the second floor. There is a lift which helps. Has a balcony, the apartment is equipped with all the kitchen essentials. Has a good TV, DVD player also. We managed to get a parking space underneath the apartments which helped a big deal, this keeps the car cool. I parked in another apartment space as the one allocated was not available, it was fine as there was other spaces. There is a gym on the bottom but I only saw this a couple of days before i left. You could ask and find out if this can be used, that's if you are a gym goer. We experienced a few issues at the beginning but were resolved very quickly, Bridget who lives over in Cyprus and manages the property is always available. Tracy and Mick also well disposed and always there to help also. If you like a nice quite place, with a nice pool, then this is your place. If you want the shops to be within walking distance then you would have to to think twice before booking.

Жилой комплекс расположен очень хорошо, тихое место, есть крытая парковка. Сама квартира оборудована всем необходимым для комфортного отдыха, достаточно большая по площади гостиная, по фото кажется что меньше. Удачное расположение- 5 минут езды на машине до ближайшего пляжа (рядом с отелем Golden Bay, пляж не оборудован, но чистый, хороший вход в воду для детей), до Lidl ехать минут 10. До пляжей финикудес и макензи в Ларнаке ехать 15-20 минут, до Айя Напы 30 минут езды, до Протараса 40. С удовольствием приехали бы ещё раз.

Apartment ist im 2 OG in einer Wohnanlage mit Pool. Die Wohnung bietet für 2 Personen großzügig Platz und ist komfortabel ausgestattet. Bedienungsanleitungen für Fernseher, Internet, Waschmaschine verständlich und liebevoll dokumentiert. Parkplätze sind im Hof ausreichend vorhanden. Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und angenehm. Danke für die hilfreiche Wegbeschreibung. Mietwagen ist erforderlich. Einkaufsmgöglichkeiten und Restaurants nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge in die Region.

Great apartment!

Great host with great communication, the apartment was really clean, had aircon, wifi even straightners and hair drier for those who needed them and much more the Local shop was 2 minutes in the car but also within walking distance, all neighbours were quiet and pool area was never crowded or noisy, if you hire a car and are driving yourself around the apartment is withon easy reach or Larnaca, Protarus & Aiya Napa anyway overall it was a great base and we would book here again in future. Thank you!

Superb apartment, great location

What a lovely apartment. Ideal for two, but with an sofa bed should you want to squeeze in an extra person. It has everything you require for a great holiday. Being July and very hot, we were welcome for the air-conditioned rooms. Everything works and with UK style plugs, there's no need for adaptors. A small balcony serves as idea outside space, once the sun has moved away from about 2pm. For sun worshipers, the poolside basks in sunshine for most of the day and the pool serves as refreshing restbite, should you need to cool down a bit. It may be a just a little too quiet for some, but we loved the peace and tranquility. If you need the hustle and bustle, the beach bars and restaurants are only being 5 minutes in the car (recommended) from the apartment. We would recommend Lambros Fish & Chip restaurant at Cessac beach, Dekalia for lovely food with a very typical Cyprus feel to it. Don't be put off by the name, it's one of those places that the locals choose to eat. Oh, and the fish and chips are the best we've had. The new, modern apartment sits in a small development in the expanding area of Pyla, with a picturesque village of same name, which will cater for your day to day requirements. Ayia Napa, about 30 minutes drive, has clubs and bars aplenty and a brilliant waterpark. Limosol is further afield at 50 minutes and Nicosia the same. Don't miss a trip to the Troodos mountains if you find the heat too much at the coast, it about 10° cooler and the scenery is stunning, as is the Brandy Sour's from any of the bars, perched below mount Olympus. A great holiday destination and The Pyla apartment, a great place to spend it. When we come back next, we'll be trying to book it again.

Aphrodite - 2nd floor apartment in Pyla

My boyfriend and I stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks in May/June 2017. I would highly recommend this apartment as it has all the mod cons and was a newish build so the decor and furniture were to a very high standard. We loved the location of the apartment as it was only a 5 minute drive to CTO beach and a couple minute drive to Oroklini and also Larnaca town was about 15 minutes away. The apartment had great views over fields, which was very peaceful and lovely to look at. The apartment had all the essentials. We would 100% stay there again and hopefully we do again next year.

We are Tracy and Mick Ruggles and live in Telford Shropshire. Tracy grew up in Telford where I grew up in Essex and Berkshire. This is our 2nd apartment in Cyprus, with the first one being a 2 bedroom apartment in the adjacent village, Oroklini .

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This 1 bedroom apartment at The Views in Pyla was bought by us as we wanted an apartment that was in a very quiet and peaceful location. It's in a holiday style complex with all the required facilities, 2 large pools and a gym, but is only 1.5 miles from the centre of both villages of Oroklini and Pyla. For emergencies though there is a small cafe / shop 5 - 10 minutes walk away.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

It is extremely well furnished and has such a peaceful outlook across to the Pyla hills. It has 2 large pools and a gym. An under cover parking space is provided too with no buildings built within 200 metres of the complex.
