ILLUME / Modern New Condo / Pool & Downtown Views / Gym

Nuestro condominio no fue dañado por el tornado y la mayoría de las áreas turísticas tampoco sufrieron daños. La mayor parte del daño se hizo al norte de Broadway y al otro lado del río en East Nashville. Ubicado en el área de Gulch-view muy deseable, nuestro condominio se terminó en diciembre de 2019. El edificio es ultramoderno, seguro, cuenta con piscina y gimnasio, área de parrillas y estacionamiento gratuito en un garaje cerrado con acceso por código a continuación. La entrada del edificio también es de código de acceso. Excelente alternativa a los preciosos hoteles cercanos. Cinco minutos a pie de restaurantes, bares y Gulch. Menos de una milla a Broadway. Uber / Lyft viaja al centro alrededor de $ 6-8. Tenemos mucha experiencia en negocios de alquiler a corto plazo y somos Superhosts. Este es un condominio NUEVO y es por eso que actualmente no tenemos comentarios.

Parking was easy and secure (locked gate). Great location - we were able to walk downtown and it was a quick drive or uber ride to wherever we wanted to go. The apartment was lovely and well-stocked with anything you'd want for the kitchen (although we mostly ate out). Because of the great location, the condo building seemed to be a place that hosted lots of out of town guests; there was some loud guests in the hallways late at night, but it didn't disturb our sleep.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was a 5 minute Uber to Broadway, and very close to The Gulch activities. We wouldnt hesitate to stay in this property on our next Nashville trip.

Beautiful property, very well maintained. Located within walking distance of the Gulch and some beautiful art. Excellent communication and easy check in. We had a great stay.

Property was modern, nicely decorated and very clean. Location is about 5 minutes to downtown bars/attractions, yet far enough away that it was quiet. Waking distance to cute shops and restaurants in The Gulch neighborhood. Excellent communication from owners prior to arrival; they even included things to do other than Broadway and provided restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend.

Property was great for our extended weekend to go to the Opry and concert at the Bridgestone. Very clean, all appliances we used worked without issue. Garage parking was a plus. Easy walk to all the gulch has to offer. A . Communication with host was also great.

Perfect Location

This is the place to stay. Walking distance to Broadway, but far enough away to avoid all the crazy noise. Great balcony that you can sit ourside and read. Very nice pool, we had it to our selfs. Fully stocked kitchen.

Fantastic Nashville Location!

We had a fantastic stay at the Apartment, so easy to walk into the Gulch and onto Broadway. We also went by car up to 12 South & Hattie B’s in Melrose (which definitely had a shorter line than the one downtown) Would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in Nashville to book here!

Nice Location

Good location, direct walk to downtown. Not too far to BNA. Condo includes everything you will need for a short stay. No hassles, owner very punctual with all communication. Will stay again.

So many good things to say about this property and it’s owners! The condo was clean, spacious and well equipped. Perfectly located near downtown and just a short ride to Broadway. The pool was awesome! We will definitely stay here again!

Music City getaway

Our stay at the Ilume was everything I expected from the listing. Clean, comfortable, close to Broadway, and in a good neighborhood. Our host Carlos was very attentive and communicated well. I would highly recommend staying at his beautiful condo!

Nice Condo

The condo was amazing on the inside! It was a great location for everything we wanted to do. The only cons were the crowded pool that we didn’t get to use and noisy neighbors during our stay.
