Welcome to our condo at the all new, luxury condo building Illume. Centrally located in the Gulch neighborhood, just minutes by car or foot to the two most iconic areas in Nashville: Broadway/ Downtown Nashville and Music Row! When you're not out exploring Nashville, lounge at our gorgeous condo pool or workout in the onsite gym.
Not only is the condo great for its proximity to everything outside, but the inside is just as lovely.
* It has a KING bed in the bedroom + a sofa that opens to a queen bed to comfortably welcome up to 4 guests.
* Well- stocked kitchen for enjoying meals at home.
* Picturesque windows + private balcony overlooking the pool.
* You'll find your very own Nashville Mural that provides a perfect backdrop for your photos!
* Freshly laundered, luxury sheets and towels.
Our space is great to come as a couple, friends or even with the kids!
We are legally operating in accordance with Davidson County short term rental laws, permit 2020_folllowedby_001483.
This is a "whole home" rental so you will have the entire condo to yourself. The pool, gym and condo building will have other residents and guests and therefore those spaces are shared.
We are Nashville locals however we do not live onsite and prefer to give our guests their space. We are never further than a message, text or phone call away, though.
We are nestled in the Gulch neighborhood, bordering the popular Downtown/ Broadway area. Within a 5-10 minute walk you can be to restaurants, music, shopping, liquor stores, bars and more! You can even walk to Downtown within 20-25 minutes

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS BEFORE BOOKING YOUR STAY:
• Community pool and patio open from May 1 to October 30. Pool is closed all other times of the year. Though rare, due to COVID there may be intermittent pool closures beyond our control. If this occurs, we are unable to provide refunds or accept reservation cancelations.
• There is a King bed (sleeps up to 2) and a sleeper sofa that opens to a queen bed (sleeps up to an additional 2).
• Our rates are dynamic which means that they change based on day of week, season, etc. Please enter your exact dates and guest count to calculate pricing. We charge an extra guest fee of $15 per guest per night for any guest count over 2 (our max guest count is 4).
• We are located in a condo building therefore it is likely you will hear passerbys and other guests/ residents in the building.
• We follow all regulations of Davidson County, including holding a permit, following quiet hours and occupancy restrictions. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am daily, max occupancy is 4 guests (including infants and children).

Hi! I’m Cathy Schultz! I was born and raised in Michigan but I always knew I was a Southern girl at heart and moved to Nashville 12 years ago. I met my husband Chad right here in Music City and we have one child. We have fallen in love with this town and we hope you do too. This is our first short term rental and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
We both have used short term vacation rentals in the past and love staying in a home rather than a hotel. It’s just so much more cozy! One of the reasons we chose Illume was because of the prime location to all of the action downtown! Illume is located in the Gulch which is the trendiest part of downtown Nashville. You are walking distance to many restaurants, bars, live music venues and more! The second reason we chose it is because of all the amenities in the building like a pool, fitness center, security guard and a secure lower level garage you have to have a code to enter.
Once you enter your “home away from home” make sure you take a selfie right away with our “Nashville Looks Good on You” Mural painted by a local artist. Then either relax in the King size bed or fix a drink & take advantage of the balcony while watching one of the amazing sunsets over the city & the Illume pool.
We can’t wait for you to be our guest and if we can make your stay more enjoyable please let us know. You will always have direct access to us and we will make sure you know the best things to see and do in Nashville. Have fun!
