I wish I could give this house a better rating and with a major top-to-bottom cleaning and a few updates, I would. The location felt safe and we appreciated the space and the yard for the dogs. I’ve shared my cleanliness concerns with the host and I hope that they address them to make this a much nicer rental in the future.

Loved being able to have our fur babies with us in Denver. House was very comfortable, quiet neighborhood, close to what we needed! The host, Jeff, was great to deal with and very responsive to questions. We recommend his VRBO!

Although this was a last-minute reservation for my family and me so we could attend a family member’s funeral, the home was very accommodating. It was clean, comfortable, and pet-friendly, which made our stay much easier during such a difficult time.”

First time booking through Vrbo and this experience was easy from start to finish. The host communicated everthing making checking in and out a breeze. We booked a nice quiet house with a fenced yard for the dogs.

I don't even know where to begin! The overall appearance was very low class. The furniture was second hand and scratched up. The overall cleanliness was a zero My sister and I felt the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen were gross. We spent over an hour each sanitizing EVERYTHING! When we looked at the dishes and silverware you could tell they were still unclean. we washed every dish glass and silverware. Then when we got to the pots and pans they were stained terribly. So much that we had to go purchase a frying pan that wasn't all scratched up from the teflon being pealed off!We got in touch via text and asked Jeff to contact us but he chose to keep our thoughts to a text. He said he would reimburse our cleaning fee, which he hasn't and then I wrote that my sister and I should also be reimbursed for us having to clean his home. He did ask for pictures and I thought I was able to transfer them, but I couldn't but believe me I have plenty.Other things that are so awful are as follows: The right hand rail to hold onto to go up the 3 steps to go in the front door were wobbly and the part that screwed into the house to keep it attached was completely visible and hanging out. The stairs to go downstairs are not up to code and 3 of us almost fell down them because they are not the correct depth. Outside patio has bricks that are scattered and wobbly!It is very unfortunate that this was our experience. It was our first vacation since my husband has felt good!

Great place!

The place was very clean and big enough for 12 people. It was very close to where we needed to be and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Overall a fantastic stay.

Great Location

This was a great location for our stay...close to family, a grocery store & liquor store within walking distance too! Also, there is plenty of space/rooms to spread out. The putting green in the basement was a fun element to the VRBO!

Denver stay

The house was clean and had most essentials. I would have liked it to include a toaster and bath mat. The yard though met the needs of our dog but the patio was completely unusable, very disappointing.

Denver home

We stayed for 8 nights in this home. It was a great location, safe neighborhood, perfect size for our family (2 adults and 3 teens/preteens, and a granny who also stayed a few days.) The home could use some updates but generally met our needs.

Great Stay

It was a great stay! Only thing I would say I didn’t fully feel comfortable with was the windows having no curtains at all in the main living area. Felt like there wasn’t a lot of privacy. Overall great location and Jeff was very wonderful in communicating:) Would book again!

Quiet and Convenient
