It was a house.

It was a house and there were beds. Oven did not work, ceiling leaked in upstairs bathroom. Downstairs bedroom flood flooded from rain. Baseboards in both basement bedrooms have black mold growing on them. Only one of three air mattresses held air. Back yard turned into a mud pit in the rain as well. Positives beds were comfortable, sheets were clean, check in was smooth, and price was good.

This place is a DUMP

Window AC unit in front of house with plywood holding it against house, hole in house with Duct hoses looked like someone took a hammer to it to put giant hole in house, exposed wires, door handle was leaning and appeared to be tampered with. Yard full of weeds , paint doesn’t match the home, raw plywood in 40% of front home that is water damaged… Don’t get catfished like we did and they wouldn’t refund my money and I had the insurance…

I was looking forward to a wonderful family get together

The house was very ghetto! Plywood over some windows. Those that were not covered were filthy. The yard was all weeds. A wheelbarrow was on its side to cover a hole in the fence. Even the garage was filthy. A bottle with cigarette butts and water was in the backyard. We did not stay for even one night.

The house was great, only thing I disliked was after I booked it we had to fill out more stuff which seems to be more common place these days. I really wish that was stated on the site before you booked. Not all of us are computer whizzes!!

Comfortable and good location

This was perfect for our family to stay. Only needed one night but worked well for us. Plenty of parking and yard space as well. Great communication with host and nice neighborhood.

Had a group of parents who traveled to watch their boys play football. The location was great, the host communicated very well and house was perfect and exactly what we wanted.

Spacious quiet stay

The house was nice and very quiet , we stayed as a nice place to get ready for our small wedding .There was plenty of space in both upstairs and downstairs for our group of 6 people . Comfy beds and nice game room downstairs for casual hang out space .

Perfect space for wedding weekend

Two families (4 adults and 7 kids total) stayed here for a weekend and it was great. It had everything we needed and there was space for each family to have their own zone plus the basement rec room for the kids to make noise in. Easy to find, great location, on a somewhat busy street but did not feel noisy or unsafe. We are saving this property for future visits!

Lovely stay

Our stay at this house in Colorado was just what we needed for our trip. its close proximity to our desired locations in downtown golden and was incredibly convenient. The cozy atmosphere inside made us feel comfortable and relaxed after each day of exploring. It was clean, the beds are big, and we appreciated having a comfortable place to rest at the end of the day.

Scenic Heights

The house was so spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the game room downstairs where we watched movies together and mostly hung out as a group. I love how dog friendly thw property is with a huge spacious backyard where poo bags are supplied on sight. It was incredibly easy to communicate with the owner. Our experience was amazing. It

Great property

This rental was spacious and accommodated our party of 7 easily. The owner communicated well with me for the only issue we had, two breakers tripping when we first got there. It was handled expediently and everything else was great. The beds were very comfortable. We had an issue finding our vehicle keys so we were 20 mins late checking out but the owner was kind and understanding about it and didnt charge us anything extra. Would definitely stay here again!

Location/Great home

Location is excellent for getting to the downtown area easily. Great home for adult group. Our family was attending an event at Empower Stadium and the house was perfect for us. Plenty of restaurants just a short distance away. The owner was great to work with. Will return when in Denver area in the future.

This stay was horrible. This is my first time leaving a review. Jeff was not helpful, not willing to help. He is hard to get a hold of Will not answer your phone call does not send emails to the correct email. Lies about that the house was just clean unsafe broken window. Drier vent so clogged. Thank goodness it was winter and we didn’t need to use the air conditioner vented out the front living room window. No hand towel cobwebs food on the floor from the last people or the last. Chips in the couch cushions

Great place to stay with responsive host

Overall, we were satisfied with the experience and the host. The facility was clean and inviting, and most of the facilities were fine. General lacks were quickly addressed by the host, and the responsiveness and action taken is greatly appreciated. For future renters: note that the capacity is stretched at 14 people. There are not enough chairs around the dining table, and the size overall was too small, anyways. The beds in the bedrooms were all king (or cal king), so sleeping up to 8 adults should be fine. If some in the group are kids or okay sleeping together, you can easily fit 3 to a bed. Additional sleeping arrangements were on sofa beds (1 of 3 worked, the sofa pullout on the ground floor was not tried) and air mattresses (we were provided with a new queen on notification), and on the floor, for those so inclined. There was a pack and play provided. Dishes are plentiful, but the pots are smal for large meals and silverware lacking. Also, the “modern” qualifier in the description is a little off; some parts were updated to a modern style, but most is of older design. There is need of some minor maintenance items, but the big items are central AC, vent hood over the cooking range, and a bathroom vent. The foosball table would also benefit from providing a foosball (not sure the right logistics for that). Overall, we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed being hosted by Jeff. Note you will be about 30 min from attractions, but grocery shopping and food under 10 min
