Justo delante del mar y de la playa de Llenaire, en una bonita y tranquila zona en Puerto Pollensa se encuentra situada esta villa de alta calidad.

La casa está recientemente restaurada y combina a la perfección un diseño interior moderno con el exterior tradicional de la isla, cuidando siempre el máximo confort.

El mobiliario está cuidadosamente seleccionado y la decoración es bonita, práctica y acogedora. El salón es amplio y luminoso con salida directa a la terraza principal. La cocina-comedor, totalmente nueva, es moderna y práctica con mucho espacio de almacenaje. Dotada con todos los útiles necesarios para su uso, posee cafetera Nesspreso, cafetera Mellita, calentador de agua, batidora, tostadora, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, agua de osmosis para beber,...

Además tiene una mesa extensible para ocho comensales, con una amplia alacena. Posee cuatro dormitorios dobles (tres con cama de matrimonio, uno con camas individuales), y tres baños con ducha (dos dormitorios tienen su propio baño en suite). En la parte posterior tiene una segunda terraza cubierta. Tenemos una fantástica piscina de 7, 5 m.de largo por 3,5 m. de ancho, con una nueva barbacoa, un aseo y ducha exterior con agua fría y caliente.

Esta moderna zona esta equipada con cuatro tumbonas, una mesa y ocho sillas cubierta con una gran lona blanca. Opcionalmente y bajo petición, se puede montar una valla protectora de seguridad para niños. También hay lavandería. La villa esta totalmente rodeada de jardín. La terraza delantera se convierte rápidamente en el lugar preferido de la casa con su mobiliario chill-out y su comedor exterior, ideal para ratos relajados junto con desayunos y comidas al aire libre, además con vistas insuperables. Esta casa es una opción perfecta para una familia o un grupo de amigos que desean estar cerca del mar y de la playa, aún teniendo tiendas, restaurantes y bares a corta distancia.

Great place

wonderful holiday with 3 generations- lovely house, well equipped, in an ideal location for the beach and restaurants- yet peaceful.As others comment - the terrace is a wonderful place to sit.The air conditioning was very effective and the pool a great hit with the young children (safe with screen when not in use.)All round fantastic, with a helpful, friendly host.Thank you!

Excellent Villa By The Sea

Villa Amfora is a great property situated 20 metres from the sea. The villa is well appointed and comfortable with AC in all bedrooms and common areas. There's an ideal sized pool and patio at the rear of the property along with an outdoor shower, toilet and barbecue area. Miquel is a very responsive host who is willing to accommodate requests and goes the extra mile. Would recommend.

Our stay at Miguel's house was simply amazing. Everything was as pictured. We loved our mornings on the front porch watching the cyclists and runners go by as the sun came up. In the afternoons, we loved sitting out back by the pool. During our stay, we rented bikes, walked to Port for some meals, swam in the bay and took kite surfing lesssons. We look forward to coming back here someday soon. Miguel was a wonderful and gracious host!

Spacious and Beautiful House

The house is situated in a quieter spot, rather than right in the thick of the beach, yet a 5 minute walk to all the action. Nice clean house with great kitchen and dining areas. Both the front and back porch areas are spacious as well. It’s a bit of a hike to get groceries, but we had bikes, so not really an issue. Miguel is a great host and was available to fix the the one problem we had right right away. Great property and we are looking forward to a return visit!

Great villa in a great location!

We have just enjoyed a wonderful week in this villa. A very relaxing holiday. Everything you need at the villa. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Miguel gave us a warm welcome and lots of local knowledge. The sandy part of the beach just 50m walk away. Shops and restaurants all close by as well. Thank you for a great holiday.

Tolles Haus in super Lage

Das Haus liegt nur durch eine wenig befahrene Strasse vom Meer getrennt. Der schöne Sandstrand ist 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Das Haus ist gross mit 4 Schlafzimmer, Highlight ist sicherlich der Pool. Miquel war während des ganzen Aufenthaltes immer sehr hilfreich.

Beautiful house overlooking the bay. Perfect location to enjoy Puerto Pollença.

This spacious and airy house is few steps from beach and has been modernised to include a fabulous kitchen equipped with everything you could need and a stunning pool. It’s the perfect holiday home walking distance from supermarket beach and town, although we preferred to cycle as it’s much cooler. The house was immaculately cleaned before our arrival and we were welcomed by the owner with wine and pastries. There’s everything you could need here to have a wonderful holiday including an outside kitchen next to the pool although we preferred to sit on the front terrace and look at the stunning views. It’s a beautiful house in a great location. A mix of traditional and modern. There are a lot of steps within the house though a few to the front and from both inside and out to get to the pool and garden. I would happily take young children but it would be difficult for anyone with limited mobility. It’s great for families I can’t think of one negative about this house. I’d go back tomorrow.

A beautiful house in stunning location with a lovely owner

A really beautiful, stylish house in an absolutely stunning location. The views are breathtaking. The sea is literally on the doorstep. The house is stylish and also comfortable. The new pool is a lovely addition and the small pool house with sink, BBQ and fridge is nice bonus Port De Pollenca is walking distance and the lovely Pollenca Town is a short drive away. Miguel was extremely helpful and a real pleasure to deal with, he went above and beyond to help ensure we had a memorable and lovely stay. This is a top house and top owner, we have used this site several times before and am very confident that people staying here would not be disappointed. Our party was two English men and two Spanish Ladies and we all had nothing but the highest praise and thanks for our wonderful stay. Thanks Miguel

A stunning villa with an incredible view and a real home from home

The location is fantastic. Just outside of the main centre of Puerto Pollensa, which gives a much appreciated quiet feel to the area, and only two minutes walk from the sandy beach and metres from the sea. The villa itself is of a very high standard (the osmosis tap meant there was no need to buy drinking water, which was an added bonus) and the recently built pool has been done exceptionally well. The front terrace gives you plenty of space for sun or shade and offers a fantastic view of the bay no matter what time of day or night you sit out there. The owner was also very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend and will certainly be returning.

Beautiful villa, in a quiet beachfront position but only 25 minutes walk from the pine walk.

Lovely, spacious villa with beautiful views across pollenca bay. Some very good restaurants a few minutes walk away and about 25 minutes walk to the main pine walk and marina. Kids loved having own pool and being so close to the beach. Owner was very helpful and villa was immacutely clean. Would highly recommend this villa and would definitely stay there again.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Esta villa pertenece a mi familia desde su construcción, en donde hemos veraneado toda nuestra vida. Es un lugar tranquilo y a la vez próximo al ambiente de tiendas, bares y restaurantes del Puerto de Pollensa. La casa es tan practica y cómoda que dejara un recuerdo imborrable de su estancia en ella. Constantemente se le están realizando mejoras para poder ofrecerle todo el confort y las amenidades que usted necesita en sus vacaciones. Actualmente, en enero de 2017, estamos construyendo una piscina, una nueva barbacoa de leña y carbon y una zona para comer o cenar en la zona posterior de la casa.
