Espectacular casa con piscina de sal privada en Pollensa, a pocos metros de la playa. Villa Anna le ofrece todo lo que necesita para unas vacaciones de ensueño. Equipada con todo lo que necesitas para que no tengas que preocuparte por nada.



Disfrute de Villa Anna en Pollensa con sus amplios y cuidados jardines donde podrá relajarse junto a la piscina o cenar en las terrazas al aire libre. En la piscina privada de agua salada con tumbonas, puede darse un refrescante chapuzón o disfrutar del sol como desee. Las toallas de piscina se proporcionan de forma gratuita durante su estancia.



En la terraza hay un porche cubierto con barbacoa, ideal para comer al aire libre.



Dentro de la casa, encontrará un amplio salón-comedor con grandes ventanales que le permiten disfrutar de vistas al jardín y luz natural. Villa Anna offered adequate facilities. Internally the villa is a little tired and dated but all is in working order and there is everything a family requires. There were certainly no unwanted hidden surprises. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the Villa. The kitchen is well stocked. The air conditioning to the bedrooms is very good.The Villa is rather a long way from Puerto Pollenca centre as far as walking is concerned which although was not a major problem and one we were aware of prior to booking, in the heat it was quite an effort to make the walk to the beach and restaurants. There is a useful bus stop just a 7 minute walk from the Villa which we used on a few occasions to get into Pollenca and Cala Formentor. Also note that the buses offer an excellent service.The Villa has a lovely pool although we noticed that by the end of the first week the level of the water had dropped quite a lot. A weekly pool service seems to be in place however and the water level was topped up, only to reduce again towards the end of our second week. The water level dropped below the level of the filters thus stopping them from being able to work properly. We used the pool for just a couple of days. You can hear the road situated behind the Villa pool area. However, the traffic noise wasn't a problem when inside the villa or during the night.Overall, Villa Anna gave us adequate, comfortable accommodation. As a final note - remember to take mosquito repellent and cream!!!

Villa with lovely garden and pool

The garden and pool and beautiful and lived up to our expectation when we chose the property. We had a s mall issue with the shower curtain rail which was fixed within a few hours of reporting it, which we were impressed by. We were staying for 2 weeks however we did not have a linen or towels change. I would normally expect this after a week. We washed the towels in the washing machine but also had to buy our own washing powder to do that. The inside of the property is a bit dated, especially the bathrooms and kitchen, but we knew that when we booked and I feel that this was reflected in the price.

The Villa has a retro feel in its design, it is extremely spacious and was really clean and the gard

Three generations of our family recently stayed at Villa Anna, Port De Pollenca. The Villa is managed by Ideal Property Mallorca, who from the outset were really helpful and allowed us an early check in. The pool area is excellent and was well used by us all. The Villa had all the utilities and kitchen equipment you could need and a great outdoor BBQ set up. The property is in a quiet area of Port De Pollenca. The sea shore is only a few minutes walk away and the beach is ten minutes away. The Marina area is a thirty minute relaxing walk. You do experience an amount of road noise from the road that runs close to the Villa but this did not negatively affected our stay. Overall I could not fault the VillaIdeal Property as they along with the resort provided us with the perfect location and backdrop to celebrate our anniversary as a family.

We had a really good time and I’d definitely recommend the villa

Good for a group of friends who wouldn’t mind sharing bathrooms as there’s not showers in every bathroom. Kitchen was quite small but perfectly suitable

Very nice home and gardens There is some road noise when at the pool but didn’t bother us too much Check in was very easy with clear instructions My only request is for new shower heads to be fitted and something to hang the shower on in the upstairs bathroom but as for the home it was super

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Anna

The villa was lovely and the pool was the perfect size. We had a dust storm unfortunately half way through our holiday which made the pool unusable, but the owner was on it straight away and had a maintenance guy to us within an hourso, who completely cleaned the pool. Amazing service. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Hamad a fantastic 4 days staying at Villa Anna

The property is huge and really well appointed..we were using it as a base for a cycling holiday and it's location was perfect..20 minutes walk into the centre of port pollenca. Great to finish a long ride and come back to relax for a few hours by the pool and large garden.. Would definitely come back.

Lovely property

Nice villa with pool and good location

We had a great week in villa Anna, villa is exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable and really well equipped. Location is good, it’s a bit of a walk to shops restaurants but it’s all flat and along the waterfront so it’s easy and picturesque. A car would be useful but not necessary. The pool is fantastic and there’s lots of space to spread out with plenty of shaded areas. I would recommend villa Anna.

ANNA IS ABSOLUTELY SUPERB...........WE'LL BE BACK IN OCTOBER!!!

We have had 3 amazing weeks staying at Anna. This is a brilliant property. The owner has been very helpful on any matters and has done a fantastic job installing high-speed broadband whilst we've been at the property, as the original line was very, very slow. A job well done!!!! It wasn't clear if bed linen and towels were changed weekly. We had to ask for clarification. The hot water tank in the bathroom on the ground floor only delivers one small bath before running cold. Can't therefore have a shower and a bath at the same time!!!

Great outside, time warp inside

Ok so let’s look at the positives…the pool and outside area are great. The Villa is set upon a large plot in a pleasant neighbourhood, around 30 minutes fast paced walk from the port itself. There are manicured gardens and a spacious dining table with chairs for al fresco dining but beware, the mozzies lie in wait so do not forget your spray!! Sadly the inside of the villa is in real need of updating. The kitchen and bathrooms are extremely dated and the bedrooms are fairly uninspiring, again with dated decor and thin bedding. The kitchen is reasonably equipped but missing extra crockery to use whilst the dishwasher is on and no oven gloves, grater etc. The fridge door seems to be held together with masking tape and the bathrooms/showers are old (the one upstairs being a hand held shower fixing). Ants invade everywhere - especially the kitchen - so ensure you clean up every crumb! But also the other rooms too, even where absolutely no food has been. The Air conditioning units are situated in the bedrooms only - the upstairs bedroom to the left a/c is very temperamental, meaning one of our guests had to sleep in with others downstairs. There is no a/c unit for the large living room area which is quite disappointing, as it made it virtually impossible to enjoy this space due to the heat, once we moved indoors to escape being bitten. Towels for showers are available but pool towels aren’t provided so you’ll need to buy these or pack extra. Handling agents (Info Mallorca) seem friendly and responded quickly to my two queries. It would be really nice to have a welcome info pack to read all about the villa rather than the numerous instruction notices around the villa (and a little welcome pack of basic provisions such as water and bread) for late guest arrivals like ours. All in all the disappointing decor didn’t affect our stay, it’s just not worth quite the rental figure it currently receives compared to other properties we have rented. That said, with a bit of investment on the inside amenities, the villa could be amazing!

Schöne Unterkunft in schöner Lage

Das Objekt bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Selbst eine Tischtennisplatte war vor Ort vorhanden. Das Objekt ist allerdings schon ordentlich beansprucht worden. Hier und da kann es eine Renovierung gut gebrauchen. Sonst aber alles gut. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Great Holiday!

Villa was clean and very spacious. Very private and not overlooked. Pool area was fantastic, plenty of space and good sized pool. A little too far for family to walk to the port, but great restaurants within a 10-15 min walk. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitey recommend for families.

Relaxing stay in spacious villa

We had a lovely time staying in this spacious villa which has a wonderful big pool. It’s a walk or short drive to the main beaches, restaurants and shops so location great too.

Schöne Anlage jedoch mit Beigeschmack

Die Agentur war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus an sich in einem gutem Zustand und der Pool super gepflegt! Einziges Manko (welches jedoch sehr nervig war), war der Ameisenbefall. Die gesamte Küche wurde von den Tierchen eingenommen...
