¿Qué es lo que más me gusta de Roman Residenza?
Roman Residenza está llena de luz durante el día y es perfectamente tranquila por la noche. Todas las habitaciones tienen persianas eléctricas, para que puedas disfrutar de mañanas tranquilas o de un sueño reparador después de explorar Roma. Me encanta el ambiente sereno de la calle privada, un lujo poco común en el centro de la ciudad, y la combinación del encanto clásico romano con las comodidades modernas.

El apartamento está en la 5ª planta (con ascensor) y goza de mucha luz natural. Cuenta con dos dormitorios dobles, uno de ellos con terraza privada, dos baños, un luminoso salón con un cómodo sofá cama y una cocina totalmente equipada.

Está situado en una tranquila calle privada, algo poco común en el centro de Roma. Dispone de Wi-Fi gratuito, Netflix, 2 televisores, 3 aires acondicionados, lavadora-secadora, lavavajillas, horno, microondas y cafetera espresso, moka y americana.

Great property, within minutes of all Rome’s tourist sites and two minutes across the Ponte Sisto bridge puts you at the heart of Trastevere where you will find great food, music and nightlife. The property itself is exceptional and the host Michele made the experience completely worry free.

Amazing apartment in Rome

We loved our stay in this apartment in Rome. Very quiet and near all of the sites in Rome. Highly recommend. Michele was an amazing host and helped us with recommendations in the area as well as transfers to and from the airport.

It was everything and more...

The host was amazing. He met us at apartment, after helping arrange transport to and from, and was very detailed with walking us through. Location is amazing and just about everything you'd want to see in Rome was walkable. Just across foot bridge was an amazing community of restaurants and shops. Apartment was super clean and no noise. I highly recommend.

Did not want to leave

The apartment location was excellent, we walked everywhere, excellent restaurants all within a short distance. The owner of the apartment could not have been more accommodating, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and we were made to feel right at home. If we ever make a trip back, we’ll definitely stay here again!

Wonderful apartment within walking distance of many sights

Beautiful apartment in heart of city. Seamless check in with host Michele, who gave us wonderful recommendations of places to eat, things to visit, etc. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again when we return.

Perfect location, wonderful stay!

We picked this apartment based on location, the beautiful interior, and spacious rooms, and it fit our needs perfectly. Our host made the check in process simple, was very quick to reply to any questions, and we were greeted with a bottle of wine, which is just what we needed after a long day of travels. We were within walking distance of many restaurants and cafes. I would highly recommend this place if you need a clean, spacious, and great city location, as it will work great for your needs!

Great Stay in Inner City Rome

This stay was fantastic. The unit is central. We could walk everywhere! The linens were clean, the beds comfortable and bathrooms great. Michele was a fantastic host. He even found us affordable parking very close for a reasonable rate. I highly recommend.

Great apartment, convenient location

The apartment was great and was comfortable for five of us. The location was close to everything we needed (food stores, gelato, restaurants) and all the places we wanted to visit. The only downside was the elevator was out of service most of our stay, which was hard since the apartment is on the 5th floor. Otherwise, it was a fantastic apartment and the host and his daughter were wonderful!

Beautiful apartment

The apartment is fantastic- newly remodeled and very clean and comfortable. We are a family of 5 and the apartment had enough space and ia grocery store around the corner. The host and his representative were responsive and answered all of our questions. We had trouble figuring out how to use the combination clothes washer and dryer evem though there was a manual available (it was just hard to understand thr English translation) and, on a minor note, the elevator was broken while we were there (the apartment is on the sixth floor).

Roman Residenza

Michele was a fantastic host. He has compiled a booklet of activities as well as restaurants for a fun and enjoyable stay. The beds were super comfortable and there are two gelateria within one block radius. It is also situated close to both Trastavere and Campo dei Fiori. We had a wonderful time.

The condo was great! Exceptionally clean and outfitted. Location was perfect. Walk or short cab to all the sites. And Michele was an outstanding host. Great recommendations for everything we wanted to do. We highly recommend this unit.

Super nice place, Great host, and Fantastic location

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Michele is the best host ever. We would have been lost without his help and advice and he was always available. If you are English speaking no worries. We stayed with our daughter and 2 teenage granddaughters. I made a mistake in booking but Michele rectified it even though we arrived late on a Saturday afternoon. The apartment is located inside the ZTL but you can drive there and avoid the cameras with parking next door. It is super clean, extremely well maintained, very quiet at night and is better than advertised. It is within walking distance of almost everything in Central Rome, Vatican City and just across the Ponte Sisto from Trastevere. Needless to say everyone enjoyed exploring the cobble stone streets and the many small unique shops along the way. In the apartment there is a book that Michele prepared giving info about many interesting things to see including locations where you can see many of Caravaggio’s paintings. The book also includes recommendations of restaurants, cafés, wine bars, gelato and etc. that we can vouch is accurate as all that we tried were the best. Would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment, great location, great host!

Fantastic location in a clean, roomy apartment. Michele made sure we had everything we needed from transportation to tofu (my wife is vegan). Our vacation was divided between Michele's place and a flat in Monti and we miss the morning grocery-shopping trips to Campo de Fiori and the evening strolls along the Tiber we enjoyed at Michele’s. I only hope his flat is available for our next stay in Rome.

Wonderful stay in Rome

We stayed 5 nights, married couple with 9 and 11 year old daughters. We couldn’t be happier with our first non-US rental, awesome apartment and Michele was a perfect host. The area is great to explore and spend the night in, close to everything but quieter at night, lots of amazing small streets full of shops. Michele our host communicated well and quickly, arranged transport from airport and to train station for us. Apartment was exactly as advertised, we lived in it comfortably and cooked a few dinners for ourselves since we were exploring the Campo di Fiore market close by. If we come back to Rome next year we will try to stay here again before we search for anything different.

Super Host Great Apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at Michele’s lovely apartment. Michele greeted us at check in and gave us a thorough explanation of everything we need to know about the apartment, the local area, restaurants, markets, bank locations and even tours around the city. The Rome Marathon was taking place the day we were departing and we were concerned we would have trouble getting to the airport. Michele ordered a car service for us and we made it to airport without difficulty. The apartment is spacious, super clean, has great natural light and is on an upper floor. It has everything you need for a comfortable multi day stay in Rome.

My husband, our 2 children and I had a wonderful stay in this nice, very clean, well equiped and calm apartment, located in the heart of Roma, at walking distance of all great sites. Michele was very welcoming and we recommend this apartment, where we will be glad to stay again in the future.

Excellent stay for a family in Rome

I highly recommend Michele's Roman Holiday Residenza for your stay in Rome. We were a family of 4 and we felt very comfortable using this as our home base for all of our sightseeing. The apartment is exactly as described and Michele is one of the most communicative hosts I have ever booked with. The location is convenient. An easy 5 min walk to Trastevere for good restaurants, drinks, and gelato. Campo De Fiori is also an easy 5 min walk. Easy to catch a taxi as well. We loved the penthouse level, but do note that we were right next to a church bell (I'm not sure when it rings but there was only one time when it rang as early as 7:15am)

We have a very young daughter, and I'm open to families (I can empathize with you, and I do offer discounts).
I like music, dance, films, reading, arts, writing (occasionally), and exercising (a bare minimum to keep it up). Most of all, though, I used to love traveling.
