Awesome get away

Very nice, well-maintained property. Great location and amenities - Game room, firepit, covered car port, plenty of beds, and a very short walk to the lake. Will definitely stay again!

Great stay

Very clean, well stocked and comfy. Walking distance to a nice Sandy beach. Kids and adults all enjoyed the games and game room. Will definitely consider a return visit.

So much fun!

This place had everything! Short walk to a beautiful beach and so many games and fun things to do at the house. Very cozy. Loved the small town feel. We will be back!

Home Away from Home

Beautiful, cozy house, equipped with everything you would need. Just bring food, drink, and be prepared to drop your cares at the door. So close to the lake, 30 minutes from a small town. Perfect getaway.Owners are so sweet, and communicated quickly.

This was a present for a coworker that just got married... they couldn't go on a honeymoon as business is really busy now, so we gifted them a weekend here and they want to go back as soon as they have a chance.

Wonderful Time

We had a wonderful time at All Decked Out. Everything was very clean and organized; owner had thought of just about everything. Nice lake view from the deck and we enjoyed the game room evenings after returning from the lake. Neighborhood is nice and has a nice sand beach a block or so from the property. Very relaxing stay!

The layout of the property is near perfect for a big group! We had 11 grown men sleep very comfortably in the house. It has a large separate game room with many activities to keep everyone entertained with different games to choose from & 2 large tvs on the wall. We had a blast hanging out with friends!

Lake time

We had a wonderful vacation. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. The game room is awesome. Just a short walk to a very nice sandy beach and fishing was very accessible. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will be back. Weldon Bynum.

Fun Lake House!!

We traveled to Lake Texoma to celebrate my son's birthday in January. It was perfect with plenty to do in the awesome game room since the weather was beautiful but cool. We also enjoyed grilling and enjoying drinks/smores by the fire pit. The house is a very short walk to the beautiful beach (you have a water view from the front porch), well stocked with everything you might need, wonderfully updated and great outdoor space! Check in was easy and the owners were very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be booking this house again in the summer. Perfect for a long weekend!

Perfect Near Lake Getaway

This place was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with friends or family. I was blown away by all the amenities as well as space for yard games. Comfortable for 9+ people.

Amazing property we went 2 years in a row

We have rented this exact house 2 years in a row for vacation the kids always have a blast as well as the adults! It's a short walk or drive to the lake. The neighbors and community are wonderful! We leave most lake items on the nice sandy beach and no one's touched our items! We also didn't get bitten by a single mosquito the entire time we were at the house! The owners are amazing and super responsive they always responded to us within minutes! We look forward to returning again! The only thing we wished we had that was there last year was the outdoor shower to rinse everyone off!!

Clean nice place, Great location

Had a great time with a short drive to the boat ramp. AC went out the morning of the 1st day. It was fixed within a couple of hours after contacting owner. Very clean, very fun place to stay.
