Removed from the traffic congestion that plagues popular Emerald Coast beaches, Portofino is uniquely situated between approximately 10 miles of stunning National Seashore to the east, the Gulf of Mexico to the south, and Santa Rosa Sound (approximately 3 miles across) to the north, and 3-4 miles of predominately single family housing to the west. Portofino, therefore, offers an experience unlike any other on the Gulf Coast.

The Lifestyle Center is the heart of Portofino where the restaurants (Coastal and Al Fresco) are located along with the onsite Starbucks, Indoor Heated Pool, Spa, Fitness Center, Market and Concierge are all located here.

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. Cash payments are not accepted on the property for any items. Guests must provide a credit card at check-in. Resort charges can be paid directly with a credit/debit card or billed to your room number. Room charges may be settled in cash at the front desk prior to departure.

Two Tesla and Universal charging stations are available. These stations are located at Central Reception and the Lifestyle Center.

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.
