Family birthday celebration

We have stayed here several times and always love it. The size of the condominium is perfect and the location is one of the best for Fernandina Beach.

Fernandina Cay 302

Lovely place, great location. The rooms are spacious with plenty of closet space with lots of hangers. We all loved to 2 sitting areas so if you wanted to watch TV you could without disturbing those who might want to read/chat in a separate area. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise over the ocean was such a treat. Loved having an elevator that took us from the garage directly to our condo. Made arriving and departing with luggage and supplies a real breeze. Everything you need was there except wine glasses and a drip coffee pot (it was ok though because there was a Kuerig). We plan on staying there again next year if it is available. Only downside was trying to figure out the key/lock situation. Would be helpful to label keys.

Great location and amenities!

We have stayed here before and will definitely be back! Super clean, great amenities and easy check in/out! This time, the condo was decorated in a pumpkin/fall theme which made our Thanksgiving dinner perfect! Very thoughtful owner has stocked spice cabinet, shampoo/conditioner/soap and lots of other touches that make staying here easy!

Fernandina Beach Vacation

Two issues, first we were not able to check in at 4pm as the advertising stated. Second we needed better directions as to how to get into the building. Overall it is a very nice unit and location. Thank you.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The elevator puts you right at the front door to the condo. Beach right across the street. The condo was exactly as described but better! Such a cute place! We will definitely be back!

Great location

Hands down, the best part of this condo is the location. While not directly on the beach, there is just a park between you and the beach and it is wonderful. I was worried that it would be too far and wreck the view but as soon as I stepped out there the first time, I knew it wasn’t a problem. One little thing that we really loved was the under ground parking. I didn’t really pay attention to it in the description but it was super handy, especially during a torrential Florida downpour! The condo was a perfect size for my family and had everything we needed. If we decide to travel here again, we’d definitely stay at this condo.

Great condo and great location!

The condo was perfect for our group of 6. It was especially nice with the elevator to the unit for the elderly in the group and for luggage. The view of the beach was wonderful. The unit was clean and had a good supply of cooking tools. We had a wonderful vacation on Amelia Island and would definitely rent this unit again.

Top notch

Check in & out was super simple through text/email. The unit was very clean with adequate kitchen supplies/utensils. The location was perfect for our group. There is room on the balcony for 5 easily, maybe 6. We aren’t strangers to Amelia Island and this condo was top notch.

Wonderful Stay

Condo is spacious, well furnished and very secure, has an amazing unblocked view of the ocean and convenient to everything. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Great Location, okay property

The location was perfect. Easy access to the beach, downtown and restaurants. The view from the balcony was beautiful. However, the actual unit we stayed in had several issues. It wasn’t as clean as what we are normally accustomed to. Several kitchen drawers were broken and held together by duct tape. There was no ceiling fan in the master bedroom which made sleeping extremely hot and uncomfortable. There was a plug in fan in the master closet but it was horribly dirty and broken which made it unable to use. The bedroom with twin beds..the sheets were stained and there was absolutely no counter space in the bathroom. There was also no area in the shower to hold shampoo/conditioner or soaps we brought with us. There was only a soap dish…which made showering and placing our items on the shower floor a little uncomfortable. The outdoor pool area was really dirty, debris and trash all over the pool area. Several broken and rundown chairs. My daughter and I cleaned up the area because after 3 days, because it was only getting worse. Overall, we had a great time but I am not sure this property was worth the money.
