Oceanfront townhouse was in the perfect location. Beautiful views, nicely furnished and a good value. Very comfortable beds, very clean with updated kitchen. The complex was quiet with gated off street parking. Very nice pool, gym and clubhouse area. We would stay here again, highly recommend.

The condo location was great. Beautiful beach view and so close to our wedding venue. The walking and biking trails were also nearby, along with a pickleball court. I would rent there again! Only negative was the bathrooms could use more hooks or towel racks for hanging things and the carpeting is look a bit worn, otherwise would highly recommend.

Gorgeous view. Kitchen was well stocked with plentiful dishware, glassware , pots and pans etc. Host was easily accessible. Very helpful that there are 4 beach towels, 4 beach chairs, and a couple of beach umbrellas in the unit. We were a group of 3 couples (who love to play cards and board games) and so we really appreciated that there are 6 dining chairs. This is a beautiful condo in a quiet complex. Great location as well.

My family and I had an absolutely amazing stay on Amelia Island. The owner was wonderful to work with. She answered my questions in a very timely manner. The decor was very coastal, perfect for being on the beach. We had no wants for anything, it was provided. The view of the ocean was fabulous! We had private access to the beach, as well as, the pool and workout facilities. The location is perfect to the major resorts and downtown shopping. We will certainly return on our next visit to Amelia Island.

Some of what we did not like might be beyond the owners control. The steps leading up to the place had peeling paint and was in desperate need of new paint. The steps and front entrance had not been swept. The screen leading out to the patio was torn and difficult to 'glide'. Inside was clean but first impressions last: i.e. entrance etc. Considering the price that made the stay less than ideal.

Amazing Find!

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo. The view was incredible and the distance to the beach was great! The host was friendly and very responsive. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We would love to stay here again!!

Great location

The condo is located in a great area with easy beach access and great walking/ biking trails close at hand. The beds are comfortable and the layout is suitable for a variety of guests.

We had a wonderful time with our daughter and her family! The unit was lovely and laid out nicely for our family. Beautiful ocean view, beach club was nice, easy beach access. Jeni was very responsive when there were questions. Would definitely return!

Easy beach vacation with extended family

Property is clean and elegantly decorated. Setup was perfect for our family of 4 nd in-laws. We enjoyed restaurants in town but appliances were updated and kitchen was equipped with everything we could have needed to enjoy cooking in. Easy beach access, love the miles of covered walking/bike paths.
