También puedes ver pavos salvajes, ciervos y una gran variedad de aves. Esta es una lujosa casa de 4 dormitorios / 3 baños recién construida justo en el río Guadalupe entre los cruces del río 2nd y 3rd en River Road en la comunidad cerrada de Cliff View Condos con 300 pies de acceso al río frente al mar en una playa de guijarros. ¡La playa de guijarros es fantástica! The views were so beautiful early in the morning with goats on the cliffs and lots of carnivals on the fence. We also saw some woodpeckers and raccoons. The house was perfect for our family. We had an Easter egg hunt in the yard and kids had a blast. It was right on the river with both low spots and high perfect for small children and big a like. We absolutely loved the longhorn on the wall. The house was nice and clean and had everything we needed for cooking.

The house itself is beautifully decorated and outfitted with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The open-concept living area was perfect for family gatherings, while the spacious outdoor deck provided a fantastic space for enjoying our morning coffee and evening cocktails.Access to the river was a huge highlight. We spent our days floating on the river, kayaking, and simply soaking in the sun. Being able to step out of the house and directly onto the riverbank was a dream come true! The property also features a lovely fire pit area, perfect for roasting marshmallows and sharing stories under the stars.The kitchen is the one area that I would say needs some attention. I did find that some of the pans and dishes were put up dirty. Some of the pots and pans need to be replaced as well as other items. May just need a really good “going theough”.Additionally, the location was ideal—conveniently close to local attractions like Schlitterbahn Waterpark, restaurants, and charming shops in downtown New Braunfels.The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Their attention to detail truly made all the difference.In summary, if you're looking for a peaceful, fun-filled vacation rental on the Guadalupe River, this is the place to be! We absolutely loved our time here and can't wait to return!

Perfect spot

Each year our family has a get together vacation. We’ve stayed in this community several times at different homes. This one is easily the cleanest with great amenities. Host has the best communication, very professional people.

Family vacation for 11!

The house had a wonderful open floor plan, ample beds, and bath. The view was amazing and we loved being so close to the water for floating and fishing. Only complaint are the flat pillows, noisy beds, and dishwasher in need of repair. All easy fixes to make this property a 10!

Great house

We have stayed at Cliff View houses quite a few times and they are all great. Having a downstairs bathroom and bedroom is definitely a perk when staying here. Love the easy access to the water and being able to hang out right there in waist to chest deep water is great when you don’t want to float. My one any only complaint about this particular house is the pillows. But that’s an easy fix, bring your own. Otherwise the house was perfect. The big island in the kitchen was great for all the family meals and loved having the extra large dinning table for everyone to eat together and play games during our late nights. WiFi was fast and strong and even one of our guests did work everyday on his laptop with no issues. Great stay.

The house was in a great location and I loved the access to the water. It was spacious. The downside were the beds! They were so uncomfortable and noisy. I wouldn't recommend this house until the mattresses are replaced, on all the beds!

But the house was clean and kitchen equipped. Being able to put in and hang out right there was the best part. Oh the room downstairs needs AC. Those two fans aren't great for August Temps. Twin and full-sized beds were not comfortable but the kings were fine.

Perfect location - great house

A group of friends and I stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and had a great time. The booking and check in process was very easy and the house was just as listed. The location was awesome and I would definitely stay here again. 5/5 stars!

Location is perfect!

The only downside was some of the bunk bed bedding was dirty and torn. The location made up for this. Short, easy walk to riverside...there is a shallow rocky area with rapids and also a nice swimming hole. Great area for fishing as well. We would definitely return....with our own bedding

Weekend Getaway October

It was off peak season, so it fit the bill perfectly. There was enough room for everyone, beautiful property. We saw lots of deer, and enjoyed watching foxes play around below us after dark.

Nice location... house not so much

As for the house, the floors were VERY dirty, they looked clean but our feet were black after walking on them (we know our feet were dirty from the floor because we took showers then we’re walking around the house and noticed our feet were all black and dirty on the bottom). I couldn’t even let our little one crawl on the floor. The pots and pans need to be replaced, the bottom of the pan I was cooking with was chipping, the mattress on the master bed and the lower 2 bunks are loud when rolling over in the bed. The air conditioner was not keeping up, it never felt cold in the house and it was very humid feeling, we were all sweating at night.
