Disfruta del río Guadalupe en tu propio patio en esta casa impresionante de 2 acres, cercada y vallada, con 4 habitaciones, 4 baños y hermosas terrazas para sentarte, relajarte y observar cómo flotan los tubérculos. ¡No espere en línea con el acceso privado al río a solo unos pasos de su puerta trasera! Esta casa está ubicada entre el segundo y tercer cruce de puentes en River Road. Amplia cocina con isla, gran comedor y sala de estar. La planta baja cuenta con 2 habitaciones con una cama queen size cada una y un baño completo convenientemente ubicado entre ellas. Arriba, encontrará el enorme dormitorio principal con una cama king size y no uno, sino dos baños completos, un montón de espacio y una cubierta privada cubierta con impresionantes vistas del río.
En el otro lado de la cocina hay una gran sala separada con vista al río y 3 camas tamaño queen. Hay un baño y ducha en esta nueva adición y 2 hermosas puertas francesas que se abren a la cubierta grande. Esta casa cuenta con todas las comodidades del hogar, como lavadora y secadora, televisión por cable y WIFI. Fácil acceso al río y el escape perfecto para amigos y familiares!
¡Hay maravillosos alquileres de tubos, servicios de transporte y entretenimiento en River Road! El alquiler de tubos más cercano a la casa es Billy Goat's Gruff. La mejor pesca de la zona! A una corta distancia en automóvil de Gruene y del centro de New Braunfels, ambos ofrecen excelentes restaurantes, lugares de entretenimiento y numerosas actividades. Gruene Hall es el salón de baile más antiguo de Texas y un hito famoso. Gruene también ofrece excelentes tiendas, restaurantes y degustación de vinos. Great Friendsgiving Weekend!!!!

We are 4 couples and we travel together a couple of times a year. We had a great time at this property! It was perfect for meals, games and stories around the campfire. May have to go back in the summer to enjoy the river! Thanx for providing the perfect setting for our time together!!!!

Great location

Beautiful exterior and location could not be better. Could use some kitchen appliance upgrades. This is my family's second rental of this property and we enjoyed it. It just needs some appliance updates.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The oven was not working and this was not disclosed in advance, just a paper stuck to the oven door when we arrived.

Wonderful property! Peaceful!

Every year a group of friends and us take a river trip. This was our first year booking this house, but it won’t be our last. The house and rooms were very spacious and easily accommodated our 10 guests. The front and back yards are huge! You won’t have to worry about parking or being to close to your neighbors. The grounds are maintained beautifully. There is easy access to the river in the backyard and a deck that over looks the water. I highly recommend this house to all.

The stairs down to the river are a bit slippery and the "floating dock" is very unsteady, we almost fell multiple times. Other than that, the house was great!

Beautiful location with easy access to the river for lots of floating fun. Kitchen is large and had almost everything we needed for cooking. Could use a few more dish towels and more than one dish sponge. House is a bit dated. Though and could use a few updates. Corn hole available and a large charcoal grill. We enjoyed sitting outside on the porch

Great place right on the river

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in San Marcos for my son's world series baseball tournament. Choose this house for the location and space it offered. Great house needs some remodeling but overall spacious and right on the river. All the neighbors were nice and respectful. Had a great time on the river to cool off from the 110-degree temperatures that weekend. Kids had a blast.

Kitchen well stocked with utensils, pots, etc. Remember to bring your own kitchen towels if you plan to cook a a lot. washer and dryer were in great condition. House was as described. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were down for our daughter’s wedding and had a very good stay. This property was very nice. It had everything we needed for a nice stay. It was clean and well maintained. The management company was extremely prompt and helpful in responding to any correspondence . It is about a 20 minute drive to get to Gruene and/or New Braunfels. The river behind the property is quiet and beautiful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is needing a large, but comfortable space.

Nice Weekend

The home was easy to find. Check in process was easy. We were a little disappointed in that one oven was not working, the freezer in the refrigerator was not working (however another unit was provided), and there was some tree debris on the stairs down to the water. It was hard to see the water from the deck due to the large amount of vines and bushes growing up from the river. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We could not get the Wifi to work the entire weekend. This house is right on the water. The stairs down to the water were safe & sturdy.

The property needs some work/repairs. Pretty sure the electrical in the house isn’t up to code. The back porch and stairs have nail heads sticking up which causes accidents. The stairs to the river were covered in mud, from flooding I assume and there was no floating dock as noted on the wall when going out back doors. Lights in upstairs bathroom with shower have a delay before coming on. All door knobs are a bit loose. Microwave turntable doesn’t work. Ovens are very outdated and do not cook thoroughly. Raccoons are a nuisance. House isn’t terrible but definitely a little over priced.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was spacious and clean, but outdated, there were signs on appliances saying they didn't work, yard was overgrown, and patio furniture was dirty and limited for a house that accommodates so many people. We booked this house because we were attending a concert at Gruene Hall and VRBO listing stated 1.76 miles away, when we got address two days before our check in we mapped it and it was not, took 20+ minutes to get to Gruene Hall. We got the run around from VRBO, management said we could cancel and get a refund but by then no other houses were available in the location we wanted.

Upon booking VRBO had the home in the wrong location on the map which gave you the wrong information even though the listing description does not state anywhere that the home is 1.76 miles from Gruene. When we clarified that it was VRBO's mistake we did offer to cancel and refund you, you did not respond, you did have the choice to not stay at this property and you did choose to stay. Unfortunately with the mistake being on VRBO's end, there was nothing we were able to do for you. We hope you have better luck in the future finding the perfect rental. Thanks, NBE.
