Inland Harbour

Great location- close to beach, stables, and lighthouse. We loved all the pond views and windows. Lots of space for our party of 4 adults. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking.

Wonderful stay for Thanksgiving!

This was such a great house for our family to stay in over Thanksgiving. We know Sea Pines Hilton Head well from many years of visits and this place was in a great location near Harbor Town and the beach. Lovely 3 bed place, on the water and golf course, easy for us all to relax in.

Best location in Sea Pines, convenient to Harbour Town, South Beach and the Stables. Clean condo, fully stocked with everything we needed. Would love to add a layer of darker window treatments in bedrooms for later mornings on vacation!

Beautiful house & perfect location!

Inland Harbour 2431 was the perfect location for our fall getaway! The house is beautifully updated and had everything we needed. We had great views of the golf course and the deck on the pond was an amazing place to watch the wildlife. We loved being just a quick bike-ride away from Harbour Town, the beach and Salty Dog at South Beach. Inland Harbour is a treasure, and we can't wait to go back!!

Family Vacation

This home was just wonderful for our stay in Hilton Head. Ideally located in Sea Pines with a trolley service that can bring you to the beach. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms that were perfect for my family of six. Lovely outside deck facing the pond and golf course.

The rooms were comfortable, the unit was clean, and the location was central Sea Pines. Note Google Maps could not identify the address, so you will need to work through that.

Reading Week getaway with family

We have been to Sea Pines and stayed in the Harbour Town area several times. This location and condo was excellent. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds/bathrooms for everyone with a great kitchen as well. Tennis courts close by too. Only negative was we would have liked access to a BBQ but we made it work. Overall, an awesome condo!

Fantastic location in the heart of sea pines

What a peaceful place to spend vacation! If you love golf and tennis, this condo is ideal for a Hilton Head Sea Pines vacation. The tennis courts are right outside the door and you are sitting on a little lake on a golf course! Just the right size for a family of six

Wonderful stay!

We so enjoyed this place! It is everything we needed and more! Plenty of space and all updated! The kitchen was beautiful and had all we needed for cooking at home. Location is awesome..it is a quiet neighborhood, but close to beach and harbor town. We rented bikes from breeze bikes (great place) and loved biking to the beach and the lighthouse everyday!!! So many places to bike w great trails. We enjoyed watching alligators in the lagoon from the back porch! So beautiful everywhere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Superb location and many updates

We love Inland Harbor and this is, by far, the nicest condo we’ve stayed in. All bathrooms beautifully updated, lovely updated kitchen with wonderful appliances, appealing nautical decor throughout and almost 180 degree views of the lagoon (including “Swampy” the alligator) and the golf course. It’s a quick walk to the Shops at Sea Pines Center and a very doable walk to Harbour Town. We had far more room than we needed, but we thoroughly enjoyed this obviously loved villa. Thank you to the owners. We will return!

Lovely location

Loved the water views and easy access to shops, tennis and pool. Decor in main living room was really comfy and attractive. But, the House and furnishings need some updating—-bed in master suite had creaky springs so it made noise every time we moved. Twin beds were both missing part of the footing that attaches to the bed frame so both beds were tilted and the room with queen bed had electrical issue—no power to outlets unless bathroom vent fan was on. Fixtures (bath, sink, and shower) were very dated.

Great vacation

This was our first time to Sea pines or Hilton Head. This condo was perfect for the 6 of us. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom which was a big plus. We rented bikes for the week that were delivered to us. It was an easy ride to the shops for breakfast and shopping. It was a little more if a ride to the beach with the chairs on our back and baskets full but very doable. Our only suggestion would be a few more wine glasses, a big salad bowl and an electric wine opener. Those were the only things we missed, besides an outdoor table to eat dinner and bigger deck for all of us. All in all, this was a very clean, well equipped, comfortable, nicely decorated condo. We will be back!

Nice but some FYIs

The condo has very nice updates in most living areas -- kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The master bed is comfortable. The living room furniture (two recliners and rug) are definitely old and stained. I'm surprised there are no beach towels, so bring your own! There's also no beach toys or beach gear provided, other than a very, very small cooler ---at least we didn't find and did not see mentioned in the information binder in the condo. The location is good and close to Harbor Town, and if you're in a car, be aware turning left out of the parking lot can be challenging, as it's very close to intersection and is busy. Bring your spices, as there is only salt and pepper in the kitchen. Nice view of golf course and pond behind the condo, and we routinely saw a gator (or two) sunning or swimming in the pond. Would consider staying again the future!

Sea Pines Christmas

The location cannot be beat. The unit was spacious and accommodating, but very dated. The living room furniture and dining room table seemed to be the only updated pieces in the unit. The pillows were lame and old. The kitchen had a "hodge podge" of items, so preparing meals took some creativity. We were surprised that there was not any spices, oil, sugar, etc left behind from previous renters. We usually rent through VRBO and can depend on a few cooking basics to be on hand. Only one trash bag was available so it was fortunate that we had some grocery bags on hand for trash until we could get to the store. Again, renting through VRBO we can always count on a few of these extras to be on hand. The main tv in the living room was not a "smart tv", which we were disappointed about. We were hoping to be able to stream some movies. This was our first time using VACASA and we were not overly impressed. The house needs an overall update from kitchen ware to linens. The cabinets were a mess and the closets had random stuff in them. Just odd for a rental. We did enjoy the tennis courts lined for pickleball. With some updating, organizing, and stocking of better kitchen essentials, this unit has wonderful potential.

Labor Day stay

Overall a very nice unit for the price in the off season. Upon arriving, the unit looked clean but the floor downstairs had not been mopped; our kids feet were black within an hour. I had to call Vacasa to ask them to drop off swiffer wet cloths so we could mop over it. This is a housekeeping issue, but we have to pay hundreds for housekeeping upon checking out so that matters. The sliding glass door to back deck had rotten wood (also notified property manager so they can know to fix this). Kitchen was beautifully updated. Furniture downstairs was very comfortable. All the bathrooms were updated very well and it was a nice touch to have dove soap and shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. Downstairs twin bedroom had missing bed skirt, and overall the linens provided on bedding were not of the best quality, but still comfortable. If the bedding was updated and the pillows updated it would greatly increase the guests comfort. There were no standard size pillow cases for extra pillows upstairs, but I called and they brought some pillow case protectors by. The tennis court code provided in email was incorrect. When trying to call property manager, phone went straight to voicemail and voicemail box was full. I had to call the corporate number to have them contact the property manager who then contacted me. The local Vacasa office number should be provided (corporate Vacasa refused to provide this to us) so they can be contacted quickly when property manager is not responding.

Girls Weekend

My girlfriends and I took our yearly girls trip too Hilton Head and Savannah this year. The condo was beautiful, very clean, and perfect for the five of us.
