Guests enter Ketch The Sunset by either taking the community elevator or stairs from the ground level to the third floor. Once you enter the newly renovated condo, you will find a clean, well-stocked galley-style kitchen with white cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances; a dining area that comfortably seats 4 people; a living room with a large screen smart TV; and all three bedrooms.

NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for young groups will not be honored without an accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.
This property shares a laundry facility on the 3rd floor with 3 other units. Free to use.
