Condo recientemente amueblado de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños, vistas a la piscina, al océano y al canal intracostero.

Nuestro condominio está en el último piso con una fantástica vista al mar ya solo un par de minutos a pie de la playa. La sala de estar y el dormitorio principal se encuentran en la parte delantera de la unidad con una cubierta de doble tamaño que da a la playa y al océano. El dormitorio de invitados y la cocina dan a la terraza, a la piscina de agua salada y al canal intracostero. Los vecinos son una combinación de lugareños que viven en sus unidades y muchos también son inquilinos como tú, por lo que todos son amables y felices de estar en la playa. ¡Únete a nosotros!

Perfect views of the ocean and harbor

A perfect spot for our annual friend getaway — we loved the layout, cleanliness, location just steps from the beach…and the two sizable balconies, with views of the sun rising over the ocean and of the sun setting over the harbor. Before we checked out this year, we’d already booked again for next year!

We had a wonderful time. Great location. Lots to do. We were able to have thanksgiving dinner with our son and a couple of his friends who were unable to go home for the holiday.

Beach condo stay

It was a good stay an older building but remodeled well. The stairs kicked our butts though but it gave us a good view of the ocean. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would recommend again. Mark was good at setting us up. Thanks

We will be returning

The title of "newly furnished " is misleading, at least in our opinion. The bedroom furniture seems like 2nd hand store purchases and the couches are extremely discolored. We love the location. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and the pool offers a different option to cool off. We've stayed at this complex for years and parking is always an issue, but we know this and plan ahead with supplies and limit our time driving out for things. The steps will get you, but the view is great.The beds are comfortable and the kitchen provides you with what you need. Laundry is always a great resource. This condo does have ceiling fans in both bedrooms, which always helps.We enjoyed our stay enough that we've already booked for next summer. This is a solid 4 and could easily go up to a 5.

Perfect Vacation

We had an amazing time. The condo was very nice and clean. Super easy check in. The owner was great with communication. He was super helpful. Condo is right across from the beach. Close to all attractions. Linens and cooking supplies were great. The beds were very comfortable. The decks in front and back were very spacious and nice for relaxing on. Highly recommend this location. We will definitely be back.

Great start to summer

Mark is a great host and easy to work with. When we first arrived, the cleaning service had not been to the condo. Mark got it taken care of quickly. The views are great! Quick walks to get set up on the beach, and easy walks on the beach or the road to get to anything you are looking for.

Excellent location, view and amenities

The owner was incredibly responsive and very nice. The property is a walk to the beach, restaurants and docks. One side is an ocean view and the other side is a view of the ICW. Great for our family of 3- 2 bedrooms (one king bed and one queen bed, both with their own bathrooms!). Everything was clean. It’s a little weird to have the washer /dryer outside in the closet, but it worked fine. Very please with the amenities and the views! Kitchen was very clean!! Great property !

Great stay!

Check in was quick & easy! The condo was clean and very welcoming, we felt relaxed right away. The perfect room for a family of 3. Linens were included, as well as essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soaps, dish liquid, and dishwasher tablets). Bare essentials for cookware and utensils included as well. Fairly quiet outside of no4mal neighbor noises. The public Beach accesses were very close by, and a beach market with yummy coffee just a quick walk away. Parking was good, no issues finding a spot during our stay. Thank you for a great condo!

Annual Girls’ Getaway!!

We had an amazing stay at Carolina Beach this past “long” weekend! The condo was perfect for our group of four ladies. We absolutely loved the view from the two decks - from one, we were able to see the gorgeous water of the Atlantic Ocean, and from the other, we could sit and watch the stunning sunset. Just breathtaking. The layout of the condo was ideal, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking-in, which we did three of the four nights of our stay! The walk to the beach was very short, as in across the road and a block away! Less than 5 mins. We also had access to the property pool, available only to residents and guests, and it was extremely well-maintained. The owner, Mark, was accessible and an absolute delight to work with. We’ll definitely be staying here again, and would recommend this property to prospective Carolina Beach vacation renters!!

Marvelllous place to stay and near everything but...

The view is magnificent on both sides of the condo. The condo is very well decorated. Mark, the owner, responds quickly to various requests. BUT... We stayed the first three weeks of July 2022. The condo was very dirty. We had to clean everything, an hour and a half a day, for two weeks. We had a real week of vacation left. The pool was not maintained properly. The water looked like milk. The smell of marijuana often wafted through the air along with the cigar. We allow ourselves to register this comment because we advised Mark before writing it. We hope changes will be made because the potential is there.

Surrounded with Beautiful Views

The climb to the top was absolutely worth it. Watched the sunrise from the open air front deck and then had breakfast overlooking the ocean. The open deck allows the sun and ocean breezes to fill the space. In the evening, watching the sunset over the bay on the back porch was a favorite relaxing way to end the day. The decor was bright and cheerful with artwork that matched the beauty of the outdoors. The furnishings are beautiful without being stuffy or pretentious so you can fully relax. I loved having a washer and dryer available and that the pantry was not sacrificed to put it inside the unit. All sorts of little details were included (towels, dish and dishwasher soap, laundry detergents, paper products for the kitchen and bath, and bedding) making it easy to pack just the essentials and start enjoying the space and views. Was there with my dad who is undergoing treatment so we spent more time in the space than most travelers would and can honestly say I still felt like I was at the beach even while indoors. Could not have been at a better place to help rest and renew. Mark was super responsive to any questions I had and helped make it a great trip. Bonus: I recommend walking down to the North End Cafe to grab coffee and and egg and cheese biscuit. Also, Wal-Mart delivered the groceries we ordered right to the front door.

Perfect beach condo

The condo was wonderful. We could watch the sunrise from one deck and the sunset from the other! Beach access very close and the pool was very nice. Will definitely stay again!

Very comfortable

Very comfortable cozy place! With everything you need in hand! Great location close to all food places as well as convenient stores! The view is awesome , two balconies! Oh can’t forget washer and dryer on hand ! We definitely enjoyed our stay here and will come back !

Great views, private and comfy, hospitable and amazing host!

There wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t already provided! The views are amazing on both sides of the property. The host, Mark, is INCREDIBLY kind and responsive! Please be warned there are A LOT of stairs (4 flights, no elevator), so be prepared to climb! I needed the exercise and it did help wear out the kids! Great TVs in all rooms, if you have any down time, and WiFi provided. Parking was a little rough, but since there were two vehicles, we squeezed into a spot for two with only one outlet and rotated in and out for the week, so that was helpful! Great memories made, thanks for sharing your home!

My experience in all types of cities and homes gives me an understanding of many types of people so everyone is welcome in my home and beach condo.
I had a 30 year career in the travel Industry managing the Caribbean for American Express. Now, I am a Realtor and enjoy local and International transactions! Also, I am an active member of my local community. I am a proud member of the State Committee of Miss North Carolina Scholarship Pageant, serving as the logistics and travel director. I also volunteer on the Board of Directors of the United Arts Council of Raleigh and Wake County and serve as both the Social Chairman and Newsletter Editor of my Raleigh neighborhood's homeowners association as well as President of Dunes III HOA which is in the next block.

This home jumped off the screen when we saw it for sale! The double deck that gives a wide view of the ocean was what we wanted most as we enjoy lots of friends spending time with us and relishing the beauty. We love having the master bedroom so you can wake up and see the ocean before leaving the bed. The other bedroom has a view of the intracoastal so no one misses out on the water views of this unit.
