Con aire acondicionado, nuestra casa de 3 pisos está en una ubicación ideal para relajarse y explorar el suroeste de Puerto Rico. Vive en nuestro cómodo espacio mientras descubres la hermosa costa caribeña en un pueblo pesquero rural. Dé un corto paseo hasta la playa (a menos de 300 metros) o simplemente disfrute en la piscina dentro del complejo apto.

Aire acondicionado en todas las salas de estar. Totalmente amueblado y equipado. TV de 55 pulgadas WIFI y HomePod mini con música incluido. El segundo piso tiene los 2 dormitorios con A / C.

La tercera planta es una gran terraza privada en la azotea con vistas espectaculares de la puesta del sol del Caribe. Perfecto para bebiendo margaritas, jugar a las cartas o al dominó o simplemente pasar el rato en la HAMMOC.

La propiedad está ubicada en una pequeña comunidad cerrada de 21 condominios individuales que tiene una piscina compartida y un cenador. Aparcamiento disponible para 2 coches en el complejo. Está a una corta distancia a pie de la playa de El Combate, un bonito y seguro pueblo de pescadores y un corto viaje a la histórica Faro de Cabo Rojo, la hermosa "Playa Sucia" y Boquerón Beach.

Beautiful condo, great location just south of Cabo Rojo. Really quick drive to Combate Beach, which was lovely with warm calm water. We used the upper patio way more than I thought we would. Pool was really refreshing. Host was very responsive and helpful. Just a wonderful stay.

Spacious!

We stayed 14 days and we had a terrific time. Upon check-in, Gloria gave us a tour of the house and mentioned the rules of the house. The house located in a gated complex was clean and comfortable. We will definitely consider renting the house again, the next time we return to PR.

Great place to stay!

Stayed here for a week with my wife and our teenage daughters. House is in great condition, located really close to the beach. The city itself has everything nearby. Great places to eat. Communication with the owners was 10/10, they were awesome.

Amazing Month!

We had an amazing month in a wonderful apartment that was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Gloria and William were great and helped out with everything we needed and gave us great suggestions of places to go and eat. The pool was great and it was just a short walk to an amazing beach. We highly recommend it and would happily go back tomorrow!

Beautiful place to experience Cabo Rojo

Nice experience in the south of PR. The place meet our needs and provided a good opportunity to explore the south. The house was clean and comfortable. The host did a good job of checkin and checkout. The house was well taken care of and in a secure area. Thanks for hosting us and we hope to visit again.

Peaceful getaway

Beautiful spacious condo. Had everything we needed - chairs, beach toys, kitchen. Good quiet location within walking distance to the beach and bike trails and within short driving distance to a number of good spots in SW PR. A great clean pool and rooftop patio if you just want to take it easy for the day.

We loved having a kitchen and a rooftop terrace with table and chairs. Laundry facilities in our unit. Room AC units so you didn't have to cool the whole place if you weren't using it.

Great place to stay near the beach

We had a great stay during our trip to the Cabo Rojo area. The apartment is quite spacious and comfortably furnished with all the essentials. Our kids loved having a pool on-site, and we were grateful for the air conditioning and washer/dryer. The nearest beach and the restaurants/stores are not far (3-5 min drive), and it's very quiet at the apartment complex. Most of the time there was only one other unit occupied, with a few more over the weekend. We LOVED Playa Sucia -- well worth driving over there! It's now in my top 5 beaches worldwide. Thank you!

First class accomodations

We had a great time. Marta was extremely nice and profesional. Regarding the apartment, the facilities were "first class quality". Very nice and charming. We had a lot of fun and truly enjoyed ourselves. Now we need to get back on a diet to get rid of those pounds from delicious "mofongo". Thank you for everything. Definitively will not be the last time staying at your place.

Great place

We are a family of four that stayed three nights during winter break and we had a great time, the house was very clean and very modern with nice furniture and bedding, air conditions, TV,real windows (not every house in PR has modern windows ). The owner has a real good binder with recommendation about things to do in the area which we found very helpful. The beach is two blocks away. There is nothing exciting about the complex itself (it was only us and another house that were occupied) but the beaches there are AMAZING, long stretches of calm beautiful beaches. Communication with the owner and the property manager were very easy

Spacious comfortable apartment with great rooftop terrace

The apartment is in a quiet gated community; it felt very safe even though few of the other apartments were occupied in the middle of the week. For this area far from a major city, the apartment is luxurious. We especially liked having a good washer and dryer and the roof top deck. The deck was too hot on the deck during the day, but fun after dark. The apartment is in walking distance of a good beach and a short drive from the trail to the lighthouse. In general we were very pleased with the rental and would stay here again. The negatives were minor: The kitchen is dark. It would be an improvement to have a light over the sink. There were also a few small ants in the kitchen, but that is normal for a tropical sandy location. We kept our food in the fridge, so it wasn't a problem.

OUTSTANDING!!!!

We stayed 4 days and we had an amazing time. First off Gloria was very patient with our check-in time as we did a late check out… Even though we were late and she was waiting on us, she took her time to give us a tour of the entire house and told us instructions and rules of the house. We had an amazing time the entire weekend of pride and we cannot wait to be back at the same complex with Gloria!!!. The only thing that I would say is that make sure that the front door remains closed at all times otherwise you will have an unexpected green visitor in the apartment😂. Thank you, Gloria, you rock!!!

Verano en Combate

The apt was good. Not very beachy though. It is decorated like a regular apt so you not get the vibe that you are on a beach vacation bit rather like you lived here. The upstairs gets extremely HOT without the AC on possibly because they cut down the trees on the back of the property. It would have been nice to have beach chairs available to use during our stay but there were enough towels and snorkeling masks. Over all a good experience. The property is in a GREAT and safe location.

Lovely Condo, better than expected

El Combate was wonderful. The condo is so close to El Faro. We went to the beach there 3 days! The condo was lovely, better than we expected. The only comment would be that the handle in the shower of the master bathroom needs to be fixed. It does not work correctly and it took awhile to figure out how to get hot water for shower. Other than that it was great. Puerto Rico is more beautiful than I expected and we will be coming back soon. Thank you so much.

Best family vacation in years!

For our family, this has been one of the best vacations in many years. The condo is so comfortable, always cool with the air conditioners. I would wake up early to go to the beach, and stay until 10-11AM, then come back to the condo, have lunch, then go up to the terrace and read a book in the hammock. My kids and wife would go to the beach around 10AM, spend the whole day, then come to the pool. The pool is small, but is great to refresh after a day at the beach, and is very close to the apartment. It was also very nice to be able to use the dryer every day, and even better get all of our laundry done before heading back home. This is a very peaceful, family friendly place, with lots of great, local restaurants along the beach. Definitively will come back - I might even look into buying an apartment in the area!

Beautiful Quiet Place

I brought my daughter and her two friends for their spring break trip last week. We spent a week at this apartment/condo. It is exactly like the photos show. The inside is very clean, the beds and pillows were perfect. The washer and dryer is convenient so that we could was out clothes. There is a small pool, which was empty during the week. The weekend only saw about a few amount of families. I would stay here again if I come back to the area. Thank you Marilyn for your kindness and attentiveness to our needs. Thank you to Marta and her sons for doing a fine job in translating for us.

Great as was expected

It is not our first stay in Camino Del Mar but it is our first stay at this apartment.Everything was very good as expected.Apartment is clean and well stocked.There are minor differences with rentals at the same complex that we stayed before. This apartment had beach towels, not only regular towels, so, next time we will not bring ours. Maybe it is just me, but the mattress in the main bedroom was even more comfortable to sleep on then even my own (which is very good).One minor issue is that some flat surface, small bed stand is needed on the right side of the bed. Hopefully the host will put something there for our next stay next year.Host (Gloria) is great and very accommodating. Rooftop terrace is a highlight. As well as the pool that it looks like we had for ourselves. If you do not want to drive - beach is exactly 10 minutes walking distance.We had such a great and relaxing stay. Wi-Fi is good and I was able to work for several days remotely in the same mode that I usually work from home ( and pool was very handy for short breaks).Word of warning: beautiful Playa Sucia nearby is not reachable by car any more. Road all the way to the foot of the lighthouse is not passable any more and you have to park on 301 near the Parador and walk for 10-15 minutes. It might be a problem for elderly or weak. On the plus side - the beach is not crowded even on weekends and holidays.

Do not recommend

First please note description is deceptive. There is no A/C in apartment except for bedrooms. We had no A/C in one bedroom first night. There is only one shower despite having 3 bathrooms. Bathrooms, living room and Kitchen are quite hot making it impossible to cook. Curtains in living room are covered with mildew. Sofa bed is broken and part of bed is sticking out so care was needed just to sit on sofa. I took pictures of same. They left us 2 hand towels and 6 bath towels for 6 people staying there 6 days with no washer/dryer we were forced to buy towels. Either that or spend time at laundromat. Restaurants in area close early or don't open at all so we were pretty tired of the same sandwiches from Ritmar with no ability to grill or cook in the heat. They also have an ant problem especially in the kitchen.

Holiday Vacation 2023

Condo complex is small and quiet - 21 units. Pool and concrete apron was private and large. Would have been nice to have loungers around the pool. Liked the 3 different levels of the condo, the top floor's private patio was spacious, had a great view and was comfortable with lights, table & chairs. Table could have used an umbrella and we would have used the patio more. Constantly locking and unlocking the front door was a pain, would be nice to have an inside door lock that didn't require keys. Kitchen was dark, needs a light directly over the sink. Freezer leaked water onto the fridge shelves. Living room end tables need to be replaced - legs split.The couch was comfortable, the room needed another chair, didn't like the round chair - no back support and was uncomfortable. Bunk bedroom should have a separate double or queen bed for an adult. Two half- baths were convenient on first and third floors and the full bath on the second floor needs a vanity upgrade - old wood and had past stains and shelves above the toilet would be convenient for storing toiletries. Paint colors throughout were modern and tile floors were in great shape. Whole unit needs throw rugs, especially at front door and next to the beds. Shower could use a grab bar for safety and proper bathmats/rugs. Parking spots were convenient right in front and across from the unit. Enjoyed the condo and the location. With small changes made, I would highly recommend this unit, without them still a nice place.

We love Cabo Rojo and its beaches. This was my family's favorite area to go for a beach vacation with its warm, clear Caribbean waters.

This condo is in Combate Beach Area. Good food, great beaches and total relaxation. There are also several great beaches about 10 minutes away: Boqueron Beach and La Playuela (AKA Playa Sucia). Combate Beach remains a 'locals beach'. Calm, non-touristy fishing town.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Cabo Rojo is 3 hours away from San Juan. Away from the city noise. The drive is worth it, if you are looking to be away from it all, immerse in the culture like a local, while retaining the commodities of the city with less than a 10-minute drive away
