Beacher's Lodge Studio Suite Plus - Incluye servicio de limpieza del hotel

Este 2nd Floor Studio Plus es el único de su tipo. Este condominio tiene el balcón más grande de la propiedad, simplemente no está directamente frente al mar. Cuando esté disfrutando del aire libre del gran balcón de madera, verá el estacionamiento de la playa y aún podrá ver el horizonte del océano a lo lejos. Esta espaciosa suite tiene un colchón Serta King grande y cómodo. En el armario hay una cama plegable adicional de tamaño individual. El sofá cama es ideal para acurrucarse y mirar una película en el televisor de pantalla plana de 48 ". Esta suite tiene la cocina completa con encimeras de granito, estufa con horno y nevera grande. El baño fue completamente remodelado, con bañera nueva, tocador, inodoro y azulejos. Creemos que esta espaciosa eficiencia de Studio podría ser el lugar perfecto para una pareja o una familia pequeña. (No se puede llegar a los estudios del segundo piso por los ascensores de la propiedad, debe subir las escaleras para llegar al segundo piso) NO SE ADMITEN ANIMALES

Summer vacation 2021

We have to upgrade next year to a bigger room just because of our kids, but this room is a great find and does have a view of the ocean!

This one was not quite as well stocked, but had a bigger kitchen, couch, and table. Wasn’t on oceanfront side, but we had a pretty view of it from a nice deck. Housekeeping took great care of us. Close to convenience stores and a couple of food options.

Perfect Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We cannot wait to come back and stay here again. This was our first time in St Augustine, so we spent all our time in downtown. The last day we walked around the property, seen the pool and the beach access and regretted not spending time there. We will for sure be back! Everything was so peaceful and perfect location to downtown yet far enough out of the hustle and bustle. The condo has some quirks, like a bathroom door that can't open or close if you are using the toilet, or a loud AC. But it makes it felt like it had character. The staff are so nice. It may not look like it from the pictures but you can see the beach from your bed. And you have perfect beach view on the deck. Yes you do face a parking lot, but the parking lot was fairly empty compared to how things are on the west coast of Florida. This place was the perfect size to make it feel like home away from home compared to a hotel room which is on the smaller size and more cookie cutter.

Last time amazing, this time awful...

I stayed at the Beacher's Lodge several years ago, and the "room" I got was a full-sized one bedroom condo with a full kitchen, dining area, living room and bedroom. It was modern, beautifully appointed, with sliding glass doors that opened right onto the beach. It was amazing. On the most recent stay, I made reservations that cost a LOT of money per night (VRBO will not allow me to show the dollar amounts paid!) and non-refundable because of a Daytona Beach event, but I paid the high price thinking that I was going to get similar accommodations as my previous stay at that cost. Boy, was I wrong on that one. The room was old and cramped, with a refrigerator that had rust on the outside of it, a toaster that didn't work, and an air conditioner that cooled the room but did not control humidity, so the tile floor always remained damp. The bathroom sink had a small leak in a pipe, so water dripped on the floor in front of the sink. The room quality reminded me of the type of room you would get at a no-name hotel on a rural highway. You know, I'm not the type to give bad reviews. I know that people have to make a living, and I sympathize with that, but I really liked this place the last time I stayed there, and this time was a real letdown. It will certainly affect any decision to consider staying there in the future.
