Un tesoro de Truro! Este acogedor 3BR / 2. La casa 5BA ubicada en el bosque con jardines naturales que crean privacidad fue diseñada por el arquitecto local (Geiger). Ubicada en Corn Hill Landing, hermosa playa de asociación privada, esta espaciosa casa cuenta con un plano de planta abierto, muchos vidrios, decorada con buen gusto en todo, vistas del atardecer y acceso a la playa de asociación privada. Cubiertas, ventanas panorámicas y puertas corredizas de vidrio rodean la mitad de la casa para maximizar la vista y los placeres al aire libre. La casa es tranquila a pesar de estar a medio camino entre el bullicio de Provincetown y las galerías y el teatro de Wellfleet. Ya sea que se reúnan o busquen espacios relajantes solos, esta espectacular casa en la playa lo convierte en una vida fácil para el verano.. Tarifa administrativa de $ 125, más los impuestos estatales y locales aplicables. Estancias mínimas de 3 noches fuera de temporada: $ 350 / noche más una tarifa administrativa de $ 125.

Política de cancelación: Los pagos serán reembolsados menos una tarifa del 15% (del alquiler total) y la tarifa administrativa, solo si la propiedad se vuelve a alquilar por los mismos términos y condiciones del Acuerdo original. Beautiful location with short distance to beach, views of the bay, incredible sunsets and the quietness of Truro. It is one of our favorite areas of Cape Cod. The house was clean and had all that we needed for an amazing vacation week!

The perfect home to get away from the city. Buillt to allow all the stunning cape light in.

It has something for all! Be together or be apart you can enjoy this beautiful setting from many decks and vantage points. The house is very comfortable and is built to bring in the beautiful sea to every room.

Great location- needs updating

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the house was fantastic! Corn hill beach is very close and the position up on the hill gives a gorgeous sunset view. The house has good bones but needs to be updated. There is no AC and the fans in the house are old and not safe for kids, there could easily be ceiling fans to help with the heat. All of the kitchen items are really old and worn, they should do a clean out and get some new items. The lower level was slightly cooler but definitely has a damp problem. It smelled musty and the furniture/rugs could really use a facelift. We rent a house in Truro every year and would not stay at this house again.

We loved the roominess, openness, variety of outdoor decks, overall privacy, and neighborhood. Being a short walk to the Bay beach was a big plus. Beds and seating were comfortable. Could have used better lighting in living room for reading (only overhead ceiling lights); some floor or table lamps would have helped a lot. Kitchen stuff seemed to be stored in haphazard fashion so finding things was a bit of a hunt but we managed. Everything was nice and clean and we were generally very pleased with the rental.

Perfect cape stay

We loved our time in Truro. The house was the perfect size for 5 adults. Easy walk to the private beach. Close driving range from many good restaurants and shops.

I don't want to say how nice this house is...

Because we want to stay all the time! Great location, quiet, house is well stocked! Probably the most kitchen amenities of any rental I have stayed in. There is no air but it was late season and there's lots of fans. Beautiful views, the pics don't do it justice!

Take a short walk down 200 steps to private assn beach or hop in the car for a 2 minute jaunt to the town beach, or relax on any of the three decks. We liked the open layout upstairs with master bed plus en suite bath. Guest beds and den down. The house was fully stocked, grill, linens, cleaning supplies, paper products, etc. Furniture and beds were comfortable. New TVs. Only amenity missing was an outdoor shower!

We had an issue with the well water pump on a Sunday morning, no water. We called the agency and they handled the issue superbly. We are familiar with the location as we have rented here for the past 23 years. It has become our family get together spot every summer. The property was perfect; great views, the architectural design provided for perfect people flow throughout the house. We loved Corn Hill and its serenity and proximity to the beach, Wellfleet and Provincetown. Just great.

Lovely and Peaceful Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was interesting with an open feeling and had plenty of room for our family of 5. (Three teenage boys included.) View from the bedroom was lovely. Mostly the hill of other lovely homes but the water view was certainly there. The kitchen needs an updated stove but we managed just fine since I don't do much cooking while on vacation as I would do at home. One burner cooking while away.Beds were comfy but they need to offer blankets other than the heavier ones that were there. Light cotton for summer sleeping would be perfect. Lovely Corn Hill a moment drivde away and close to P'town and Wellfleet. Savory/Sweet escapes convenient for the pizza/ice cream nights. The closest access to the beach is nice but loooong stairs so don't bother if you have a lot of stuff. Otherwise Corn HIll is easy to access. Head of Meadow is amazing as is any beach especially if you get a permit to drive out on some of them!

We had one weather related maintenance issue which the rental co. took care of quickly. I hope they replace the stove/oven and dishwasher, as they are from the 70's. Otherwise great!

Beautiful view of the Bay and short walk down the hill or stairs to gorgeous Corn Hill beach. The house was certainly spacious enough with a nice size master. overall the rooms were dated and the basement had a very strong musty moldy smell. We would certainly stay here every year if that could be rectified.The owners even left us a bottle of wine, such a nice welcome! - The Taylors
