Casa histórica en el encantador centro de Hurricane, Utah, a poca distancia en auto del Parque Nacional Zion. Esta casa histórica fue construida en la década de 1920, da una idea de una época pasada de luchas y aventuras tempranas. Esta casa ha sido actualizada en una experiencia moderna de casa de vacaciones y cuenta con 2 habitaciones, cocina completa, baño completo y sala de estar, todas renovadas y decoradas con buen gusto para ayudarlo a disfrutar su estadía. Esta propiedad admite mascotas, ¡no deje a nadie en su familia para estas vacaciones! (Traer una mascota con usted estará sujeto a una tarifa única de $ 35 por mascota, los animales que lo acompañen deben pesar menos de 40 libras)



NOTA: Esta casa es un DUPLEX conocido como Pass Port Vilalge.  Puede alquilar cualquiera de las unidades o alquilar todo el complejo (The Cottage).  Esta unidad es el nivel principal (The Roost).  Hay un 1 Br. 1 unidad de Ba arriba con su propia entrada de escaleras exteriores (The Coup).  Las áreas comunes que se comparten son la terraza, el jacuzzi, el área de lavandería y la sala de juegos.

Esta casa fue construida originalmente en la década de 1920, empujando a cien y se ha agregado a lo largo de los años. Los nuevos propietarios se han centrado en los detalles para hacer de esta casa una experiencia de vacaciones excepcional. En 2020, se construirán dos edificios más que incorporarán 8 unidades adicionales de 1 dormitorio y un baño (4 Plex) que se parecerán a las antiguas ciudades del oeste del suroeste como Tombstone AZ en el exterior y contemporáneo muy moderno en el interior.  Cada nueva unidad tendrá un jacuzzi privado y capacidad para 1-4 personas.





Si tiene un grupo grande, esta propiedad se puede alquilar exclusivamente o con varias unidades.  Realmente será una propiedad única en el corazón del suroeste.

Habitación principal: cama King, cortinas opacas, iluminación tenue y gran privacidad.  Comparte el baño (ubicado justo al lado de la cocina) Capacidad para 1-2 personas



Habitación de invitados (Litera): La litera es una REINA en la parte inferior y una COMPLETA en la parte superior.  También hay un sofá que se convierte en una cama individual (ideal para jóvenes de hasta 14 años).  Esta habitación tiene su propia televisión y está diseñada para ser un refugio para los niños o puede servir como habitación para una segunda pareja de adultos).  El baño es compartido, justo afuera en el pasillo. Duerme 1-5 personas.



Sala de estar: este espacio tiene un nuevo escondite que es ideal para sus adolescentes o adultos jóvenes.  Duerme 1-2 personas

La propiedad tiene una suite de un dormitorio separada (se alquila por separado) que comparte espacio en el área común.  En este espacio se encuentra la lavandería, así como la sala de juegos y la cubierta de la bañera de hidromasaje y la parrilla de barbacoa / mesa de picnic.

Ruff start..but overall good stay for what we where there for! Door lock batteries were dead and we couldnt get a hold of any one for about an hour... not one number left to contact was answered not even 24 emergency number had to contact vrbo to get inside...no extra sheets or blankets but 2 sofa beds? Towels were well used and washed but next time Ill bring my own... cute old history, very loud since so close to busy road

Short drive to Zion

Hurricane was a great town to stay in with many conveniences and fantastic restaurants. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and playing games each evening at the house!

Hot tub takes the cake!

We had a very nice time while staying at this location. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Very conveniently located to the road for Zion. Hot tub was amazing and privately situated. We would stay again.

Was nice. Location ok/right on main road. Entrance was loose gravel and no sidewalk

Winter trip to Zion

We really enjoyed the house and location in Hurricane for exploring Zion and the area. The house was easy to find and nice layout for us - we cooked and ate at the bar area, watched movies. Plenty of space for us although if you had a full house, just having the one small bathroom would probably be tight. Perfect location and access to the laundry facilities 2 blocks away.

Lots to do nearby

This was a simple, clean, and cute place to stay. There were 6 of us . Lots of cool places within walking distance, such as historic park, big playground, pretty neighborhoods, and Dairy Queen. Was approx 30 min drive from Zion Nat’l Park. Bring extension cords if you choose to stay there, bc there aren’t many outlets. But that contributes to the cute old fashioned character of the house . Overall amazing experience !!

Convenient location for driving to Zion

Pros: Convenient distance to Zion, inside of house was nice, easy to access from road, had necessary basics (kitchen supplies, bathroom toiletries etc), clear information on restaurants, grocery stores etc). Cons: House is off of a very busy road and traffic is very audible, construction to the side and behind house made parking tedious due to construction material being left in the assigned parking area. This house served our needs since we weren't there a lot except for sleeping/showering.

Pictures from online (vrbo) very deceiving Property was not clean Had almost no hot water Constantly spitting cause of air in the lines Shower grout cracked an leaking Moldly grout Front door handle about to fall off Front door doesnt even close at the top Some electrical outlets not working Overall it did the job..being guys it wasn't the end of the world...but if our wives where with us we would have lost the money an rented a hotel

A Little Less than Advertised

It is the small stuff that makes or breaks a trip. In this case the pictures didn’t tell the whole story. The VRBO was clean enough, however there were several things that made our stay tougher than it needed to be. 1. The kuerrg coffee maker didn’t work 2. There was little counters pace or cabinets in the kitchen making food prep difficult. 3. The cookware and eating ware were mis matched and cheap. 4. The hot water never got more than warm 5. We had to buy a table cloth for the kitchen table as the finish was sticky. On a plus. The hot tub was good.

Pictures are Deceiving!!!

It’s only a place to rest your head, that’s it. Owner was only responsive until it was time to get real with the details on how they fell short. I think they didn’t want to accept the responsibility of charging a cleaning fee and not cleaning. The apartment was truly dirty and not up to standard and my stands aren’t high. The rug in the living room smelled like nothing I’ve ever smelt and my friends were itching the morning after sleeping in the beds. Aside from the dirty first impression, when we came back from dinner, there was a horrible distinctive smell and owner chose to ignore other than telling me to run the water and see if that helps. Sometimes cheap is not always worth it so just spend the extra bucks. Seriously y’all,10/10 would not recommend!!!

Cute - But

The historic property is cute but the DIY renovations brought it down a notch. As did the busy street and construction site - (which we were forewarned about and that's fine) It was a very dusty dirty with a torn up yard that did not make you want to sit on the front porch and the worry of your car tire getting punctured with a screw/nail. Keypad deadbolt barely engaged to the door jamb with what looked to be the original door - did not make us feel entirely secure. Kitchen was adequate but wonky with the microwave on top of the refrigerator and an extension cord for all the "countertop" appliances plugged into it. There was very little counterspace and no coffee pot to brew - just a Keurig with decaf pods. That worked out well because we found a new favorite coffee shop down the street. Trying to be positive here...once inside it had all the creature comforts for two persons. The beds were comfortable with LOTS of pillows. It was conveniently located to where we needed to be for the Zion Gravel Race. All in all, it has potential but would likely not recommend it or stay there again. Needs a bit more TLC architecturally inside and out.

Charming, and need up repairs

The owners have decorated cute - trying to keep it "modern" in look and feel. However in its current state, this property needs some serious TLC. The pull out couch was broken (the bed was touching the floor and you couldn't really sit on the couch because the cushions sunk down into where the bed should be holding you up), there was a missing lightbulb in the living room lamp, the smoke alarm was hanging from the sealing in one bedroom, one bedroom door was falling out of the door post - so you couldn't close the door, the mirror in the bathroom is mounted for someone who is 6 feet tall and to the left of the sink, the microwave is on top of the fridge plugged into an extension cord, and the heating was really off - one room was hot, the other was cold and there are strict rules on how hot/cold you can keep the temperature. The location was pretty clean - but the sheets and bedding seem super old and thin and there is zero counter space in the kitchen area. Oh, and the internet was not good. It ended up being a decent stay - and the person I talked to about all of the issues above was nice - but they didn't offer to comp our stay or anything, which was a little frustrating. Not sure I'd choose to stay here again.

It got the job done…

We had multiple issues with this tiny house. I would not recommend staying here with more then 4 guests. We had 2 adults and 4 children and were only able to make it work because one was 3 and could sleep on the couch that folds out. I would say that couch is unusable as a bed for anyone over that age. They had a sign posted that the coach/bed in the living room was broken, so that isn't an option. I will say that the management tried to help when they could. They were fairly responsive, but some of the issues couldn't be helped. Issues: -There are only 4 chairs in the kitchen -Kitchen table varnish is old and VERY sticky. -If you turn the toaster and the microwave on at the same time they both die and the outlet needs to be reset. -though seemingly “clean” there were weird short hairs on the clean sheets and all over the white towels; along with a lot of lint. -of the 3 washers in the scary wash area, only 1 works. The people staying above us were using it and it created problems as I have 6 kids and stayed there for 4 days with only 6 towels for showering and hot tub. No extras. -no laundry soap. finally got some from management the last 2 days -it's very challenging to close any of the doors. It's such an old house with tons of elevation changes and dysfunctional bathroom and shower. There was some sort of black mold on the grout in the shower. -the oven was DISGUSTING. I should have taken a picture. - we couldn't get the TV in the front room to work. Overall I think it was just too small for a family of 6 for 4 days. Just not functional in that case. it was really hard to make any meals or even sit to eat the meals. Or get people clean or clean our clothes.

Convenient Location to Zion

Perfect place to stay if you plan to be gone most of the day. Just a short drive to Zion. The property is located off of a main road which made it a bit noisy and the hot tub lacked privacy.

Clean but loud

Location is close to some great areas for Hurricane recreation, but it is also about 10 feet from State street. Road noise is constant during all hours. The place was clean and well provisioned. Hot tub was great. Just wish it had better windows to help insulate the road noise.

Beautiful place. Nice and clean. 30 minutes drive to Zion National Park south entrance. And 45 minutes drive to Utah Adventure Center for our Via Ferrata. Very close to grocery and gas station. Place is well kept. Needs more electrical outlet though or at least extension cords and maybe a mirror in the smaller room. Highly recommended. Would stay here again. Can accommodate up to 8 people.
