Great location

We have stayed on this property twice. It is perfectly located within minutes of most attractions. My only issue was that the central air was not working. The host did address this concern in minutes after I texted them.

Awesome stay

We were warned before coming down that there was a lot of bad neighborhoods in Chattanooga that a hotel would be a safer bet but we wanted to be comfortable for the week and have a kitchen and space so we opted to go ahead with this air b&b and I’m so glad we did we never felt unsafe the place was awesome and it was a great place to come back to each night after our conference

Not what I expected.

Pictures don’t match the actual listing. I had to clean the refrigerator before putting my food in it. Mattress is stained. Kitchen wasn’t organized. Not enough towels for the shower. Dirty mop in the closet. Crunchy pillow case. I have pictures for proof.

Unable to Use Property

We weren't able to stay at the property. The bed was broken in one bedroom and metal runners weren't secured to the floor, causing a safety issue. I called immediately to report the issue, but maintenance department couldn't be contacted, but I was told it would be a priority the next day. Nobody ever called me. After calling them several times, I was told maintenance was loading the van to tend to the property. Hours later, after calling them back again, maintenence called to say they were finishing up another job. After being told we were too priority or they couldn't get in touch with anyone, we were pushed aside despite uninhabitabke conditions and safety preventing us from staying there. And still they won't provide a full refund.

just what I needed

I stayed here for the first 4 months of 2024 as a temporary place until I could find a permanent home for my family due to a job transfer. I could have not lucked out on a more perfect place than this. It is exactly what they advertise. A small, clean and affordable efficiency apartment that is much better than a hotel. The kitchen is fully furnished. I loved the location with easy access to grocery, interstate and downtown. I did not realize they had laundry on site until I got here and that was a real lifesaver. At no point did I ever feel like this place/area was shady or dangerous. Most of the people I bumped into, especially in the laundry were friendly towards me. I had excellent and prompt communications with the owners over the few issues I had plus they were also very accommodating to some of my requests. I have recommended this place to my friends and family as a nice budget friendly place to stay when in the Chattanooga area.

It is a basic apartment complex on the back side of the ridge. There is a parking spot reserved for this unit. The owner provides towels, linens, toilet paper and paper towels. You have to wash any dishes you might use--we didn't use any. There is one 32" television near the door, where just outside the neighbors like to smoke weed and bounce basketballs until 11 pm. Upon checkout, a large cleaning fee was automatically added to my card, which I have yet to see removed. I cleaned the apartment before I left, only used some toilet paper and a few paper towels, and followed all of the meticulous check-out instructions. I do not recommend staying here as the owners perform background checks and require photos of you as part of the agreement--which smacks of paranoia and I question their intent with that information--and then they auto-charge you for (I assume) cleaning fees whether the unit is clean or not. Until this is resolved, I'd strongly advise anyone to find another place to stay.

Get what you pay for... except hot water

The property is in a great location. The beds were comfortable. They let us know the morning of check in the dishwasher wasnt working, that wasnt a big deal for us as we would not be using it much. We did have a hard time with the shower not having hot water. They sent someone else to fix it but it never did get warm at all. We kept in communication with them but it never was resolved. I also struggled with paying an 80 dollar cleaning fee for the apartment to be deep cleaned and sanitized when several vents had clumps of dust and dirt clogging them up as well as the entire apartment just had a grungy run down feeling. There was a metal doorstop used to frame out tile in the bedroom by the slider however it was tacked down with globs of something and had broken off, was very sharp and posed a potential safety issue. My expectations were not very high i figured the peoperty would reflect the price, however hot water for your stay seems like a very basic thing to expect. I also had a very hard tine with being shower onit

Not a great location

The inside was clean, but out dated. The surrounding area was a bit scary. Got out of our car to the strong smell of “skunk weed”. I didn’t feel safe taking my dog outside.

Clean and affordable

The apartment was very clean and within 15 minutes to downtown Chattanooga. It’s a very basic property but is fantastic if you are just looking for a clean place to sleep. It’s a no frills VRBO but if your just looking for a place to rest this place is clean and affordable and conveniently located.

My stay.

The cleanliness was poor. There was used water bottles under one of the beds, the ceiling fan looked like it hasn't been dusted in a long time. There was 4 adults staying three days and we only had 4 towels and 4 washcloths for the three days. There was no extra blankets, pillows or towels and no way to wash what we had to reuse. I was disappointed in this. There is an electric box in the ceiling with no cover and wiring exposed. The lack of seating was poor too.

Totally 100% satisfied with the little apartment great location the host was amazing checking was easy with no face to face checking very comfortable beds very quite area I will most definitely be back that will be my new vacation spot or rather just a getaway thanks Stevens Reality yall were amazing

Amazing!

Will 100% be back! Apartment was wonderfully located on the first floor, with a very convenient assigned parking spot! Bigger than expected inside. Very comfortable! Less than 20 minutes to everything we wanted to do in Chattanooga! Renter responded quickly to messages and checked on us after our first night to make sure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. Can’t say enough good things!

Very Clean Property.

The only thing I would recommend is having good pillows and a comforter in the second bedroom. The communication could have been better in what is available in the kitchen and what is not available in terms of appliances and pots/pans

Apartment was nice and clean. It was easy to access and close to parking space.

The only thing I really didnt like was there was no washer and dryer in unit. And I would have liked it if there were chairs on the balcony . But over all I had a good experience. Owner was quick to answer any questions or concerns I may have had.

Ridiculous

Wasn't even allowed to check n 30 min early. The only pots n pans there was a skillet, a cake pan n a cookie sheet. I had to make boil pasta n the skillet. No working TV's n the entire place. No electricity n mastet bedroom
