It is very convenient to attractions such a Aquarium, Discovery Museum, High Point Rock Climbing, Chattanooga Zoo, Rock City, Ruby Falls and the Incline Railway.

Shop in trendy Chattanooga's North Shore area or Hamilton Place Mall which is only 8 miles away.

This property is very cozy, modern and minimal! It is in a peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle but a short drive away! It has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is very convenient! Each room is put together for your comfort.

Extensive renovations completed in December 2020 includes upgraded finishes in the bathroom and main living space. All kitchen appliances are new.

Though we’ve kept it simple, the apartment is carefully stocked to meet the needs of busy travelers, explorers, and those seeking a beautiful home base for local business and adventure, or even a vacationer looking for a serene retreat.

As soon as you enter the property you will step into the living room/dining combo. This room has a comfy tufted futon to watch TV or interact with guest who are in the kitchen as they are adjoining rooms. Fully appointed kitchen if you enjoy cooking. A coffee station with a Keurig is also available during your stay. Bedrooms have a queen and king bed. Each bedroom has a SmartTV. Everything needed is provided (linens, towels, washcloths, cookware, etc). Property does not have washer/dryer however a laundromat is located 5 minutes away.

Business travelers will enjoy EPB high speed fiber internet (known to be the fastest in the country), easy access to downtown Chattanooga, as well as a quick commute to downtown Rossville.

We are locals and are happy to help you plan excursions in and around the area. Or, day trips outside the city.

Other things to note
This property is a duplex (1st floor- all rooms have windows) - it is a possibility that other guest will be staying upstairs. You may also hear guest walking or moving around. This is expected with a shared property. Please be mindful of other guest. Perfect, peaceful and quiet!! I expect all guest to respect others who are staying in the other unit (no loud music, parties, etc).

**This unit has ductless air/heat units (each room has unit, 2 remotes are provided).

**There are 2 ring doorbell cameras (front door and back door). These cameras are visible and not hidden.

“This is the south”. Though we treat for pest our home is over 60 years old. The yard will have mosquitos, small spiders and sometimes small lizards! You may also see a palmetto bug or two. I hate them and you will hate them! But this is a “south” issue and not a cleanliness one! We clean and sanitize after each guest!
