Could have been better
Empty bottles of shower gel/shampoo/conditioner hanging in bath.. why have them if they are not going to be filled.
Water in refrigerator didn't work and the ice maker was turned off by staff with no communication.. we just thought it didn't work and was having to purchase bags of ice
They left 2 rolls of toilet paper that you could see through for my family of 6 for 7 days
They charge an extremely large cleaning fee to be asking for guest to complete a list of task.. furthermore everyone's check out time is the same .. we had 4 luggage carts trying to get them up elevators and back down to parking garage took us almost 2 hrs..
and if that wasn't stressful enough .. while we was trying to get everything situated and checked out the cleaning lady came to the room an hr early and stood in our way to where I had to ask for her to leave and give us room/ and the rest of our alloted time. Before she finally walked away she tried pushing her large wagon in our room.
Rules are extremely enforced... i understand having rules to be able to keep it nice..exc... but cameras watching everything you do.. they have them pointed up at balconies with the ability to zoom in great detail.
Guest being ticketed and fined $100 over the littlest things
Kids throwing a ball in the pool ...$100
Getting door dash and them leaving it on your door step ...$100
Not being able to throw away any cardboard.. (coke, pizza box, exc..)
No vaping permitted on balcony, parking lot, or anywhere else.. excluding a small area in the parking garage off to the corner on one floor . $100
Plus tons more.. security was walking around with a pad putting $100 tickets on guest doors
Beach chair rental owner very rude.. another guest offered us a seat in their chairs while they went to get something to eat.. rental guy came all the way over from his little hut to tell us we couldn't sit there even though the chair was already paid for.. and we had the permission from guest they was rented tpppo
Wait times for elevators extremely long .. sometimes up to 20mins..
There's no running up to your room real quick to grab something.. by the time you get back to the beach to meet your family they are ready to come back up..
No limit to people allowed on elevator.. so they cram them selves on trapping you in.. I had to take the stairs several times while carrying my 30lbs toddler up and down
No a/c or fans in elevators
Security guard looking for reasons to give tickets .. and most of them had no ideas what they was even asking about.. I had to get rude with them in order to be left alone.. I paid $100 to park 2 vehicles $50 each on top of the initial price and was harassed when trying to check in to condo. was told by security guard in booth that I wasn't allowed to park in garage and that there was no check in on level 5. That I would have to contact them by phone and get it figured out..Which was complete nonsense..
