Alójese en esta villa renovada, totalmente amueblada, de 2400 pies cuadrados, con 3 habitaciones, 2. 5 baños, y garaje para 2 autos. Home away from home

I do not know where to start. This house, the community are not just clean but gorgeous not to mention huge inside. I have not met people this nice in a long time. Not just other people on vacation but homeowners. The beach was a short ride and you can go into delaware beaches or Maryland beaches. Best location we have had the luck of finding. If you do not want the loudness and party noise that you get staying in ocean city but want such fast access into ocean city and out, this is your place. We are a family with 20 down to 8 year olds and we spent most of our time at the community pool. The host is top notch. She listened to me ramble about personal worries before I was leaving and answered anything I asked once I was there. Mrs Davis provides wonderful, detailed directions in case you need stores and how to get to and from. We ate in for every meal but one. Everything needed to cook with was there and clean. We had a alarm, which made our little ones feel safe and in all honesty, if I could, I would move there now. I hope Ill get the opportunity to stay again next year.

House was nice with good proximity to area attractions and community pool. However there is no decking, patio or sunroom to sit outside. Indoor seating for dining is awkward for family to eat together. Any noise echoes through out the home as there are no acoustics to subdue echoing.

Family Vacation 2021

My family and I were very happy with this rental. Nice, quiet neighborhood which I loved and a community pool which the kids loved! Close to beaches, about 5 mins and about 20 mins to OC boardwalk.

Wonderful Evening

very roomy. This is the first time, down the ocean, that I have A large enough property to have my family to dinner. We are always entertaining somewhere else. We had a wonderful dinner and game playing with the owner's permission to have my large family over. It is a beautiful property.

The location of this property is a perfect distance to multiple beaches. Went to a new beach daily.

This was my first home rental using Vrbo. This was a great and easy experience. I loved not having to deal with an overly crowded hotel. Nice quiet neighborhood with a pool.

Great getaway

Great location to beaches, restaurants and things to do for all ages. Very clean property and nice neighborhood. Definitely would go back. Already counting the days till we can return.

Great Experience !!

This is our first time using a home rental. Hotels aren’t our first option these days with COVID 19. We have a big family with little ones. This home was perfect for us. Very spacious minutes from the beach, clean and the pool was a bonus. We will definitely be back!!!

Very nice house. Able to keep social distance, walk to farmers stand and for exercise. Short drive to beach No close access to bay for kayaking, must drive to a location.

Perfect!

The house was very clean and in great shape. The location was in a great community and the pool was great. Just a few minute drive to OC beach, there were also great restaurant nearby. The property manager/owner was extremely responsive since we needed the wireless password once we were there. All was great and we will likely stay here next year if available! Thanks!

Spacious house, perfect location

We stayed at this property for 5 days for a family getaway. The house is beautiful and in a great location. The rooms are huge. The open layout was perfect for our toddler to safely play and it was nice being able to socialize while some were in the kithen and some watching tv. The recliner sofa was a big hit - super comfortable! There are tons of restaurants and activities within minutes of the property. The community pool was really nice and never got too crowded. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Could have been better

The property was nice and quiet, the home was beautiful with something that could use some help but all in all nice. we were close to food store and Ocean city was not that far away from villa and I thought that was great.

Girls weekend

This is a beautiful home. It was large, spotless, and appeared to be new. The beds were comfortable and the home had all necessary appliances etc... A few suggestions; be sure to bring paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, etc...) as there were none when we arrived. Also, the upstairs bedrooms were quite warm at night so it might be in your best interest to bring a small fan. We would definitely stay here again. The Ordonez Family

Our Family Vacation

The owner was very easy to work with and very helpful. The house was well maintained and she helped with the small details as location of grocery store and local beaches. I would recommend this home to anyone! One trick we learned was many of the side streets off Atlantic ave. have free street parking. Thanks so much for letting us use your home!
