Situado en West Fenwick Island Delaware, esta habitación de 2 camas, (cama de matrimonio en una y una cama de matrimonio con una litera en la otra) 1- Completa, 1- 1/2 baño Casa de vacaciones está a minutos de la playa, restaurantes y Ocean City Maryland. Traiga su barco, motos acuáticas, tablas de paddle, Kyaks y atarlos justo detrás de la casa donde usted puede simplemente saltar y aventurarse en la bahía abierta para la diversión impresionante; Cangrejo, pesca o simplemente relajarse. Ubicado en la comunidad de Swann Keys, hay una zona de actividades a poca distancia, que ofrece una gran piscina además de una zona de chapoteo para niños, un parque infantil, campo de golf Putt-Putt, pozo de herradura y un gran pabellón para reuniones. Hay una rampa de barco al final de nuestra laguna. Esta casa y sus alrededores hacen de este un gran lugar para crear memorias familiares inolvidables.
Nota....... Aunque aparece como un 2 B. R., tenemos una sala de cuatro temporadas semi privada con un muy cómodo, un futón de tamaño Queen que se puede utilizar como un tercer dormitorio. Los huéspedes deben traer su propia ropa de cama, almohadas y toallas.

The host sent very complete instructions on how to access entry and turn everything on thru the panel box. I was grateful for that. Also, I contacted him via messenging bc I needed the Wifi password. He replied within minutes. That was appreciated.

Great location! Very close to the Fenwick beach and Ocean City. Propery is next to a canal with a lovely deck to sit out on. Rental was very clean and the bed was comfortable (we only used one bedroom). Our host was awesome to work with and very responsive.

This is a small but cozy mobile home. It is clean and I had great communication prior to and on the day of check-in. Day 2 of 4- I asked two questions about items in the rental and they went unanswered. The listing should be updated- no paper towels were provided, no hair dryer in the rental, one garbage bag regardless of length of stay (not easy), wifi information was not shared which made it difficult to use the smart tvs, no kitchen towels (makes it difficult to wash dishes) and a very small amount of watered down dish detergent.

The trailer is very old and outdated. The host offers very minimal items. For example, only one bathroom had toilet paper and no soap to shower with. There is no Wi-Fi, and there is no hair dryer. It is, however, in a good location, hence the two stars. I would not rent this home again.

The whole family enjoyed our stay. We rode bikes, did some crabbing and fishing off the pier in back. Went to pool, it was very nice that the pool was so close. We especially enjoyed eatting our meals on deck out back. Had some issues but were quickly resolved. Ralph always replied to messages fast. Would stay again!!!

Not what we were expecting

Trailer located in a busy trailer park. Home was clean and host responded quickly to issues that we encountered with refrigerator that unfortunately were not resolved. Missing some items that we were expecting based on communication with host. Low ceilings were challenging for our tall family.

Great location

This little house on the canal has a great location and atmosphere with a short walk to the pool. We communicated with the host directly and he was very good about responding in a timely manner. We did not have any issues. The listing was very accurate and the neighbors were polite and friendly. Overall a great vacation spot for family.

The location of the property is great. The mobile home is outdated. It needs an upgrade. Upon arrival it was extremely warm inside and took a full day for the a/c to catch up. The a/c is antiquated and can only be set at 74 degrees or it will freeze up. We had to keep the two additional window units going and it was extremely noisy. The one window unit was plugged into an extension cord which we found uncomfortable. The pictures looked better than what we found. The boat ramp was close and the other facilities like the pool and mini golf were awesome.

Good Faith Effort

The pictures on the listing were accurate, but the description was not. “Linens” were provided a fitted sheet and top sheet for each bed, and towels in the bathroom. We had to bring our own blankets which would have been ok if I had known the heat did not work BEFORE I arrived (owner informed me after I arrived).“Follow instructions on the sheet on the fridge”. There was no sheet of instructions. Owner said his text to me covered it all. It did not! There was no WIFI. This was a struggle because we were in town to look at neighborhoods and house for future purchase. He had Dish TV with two different remotes. When trying to get the DVD to work so our granddaughter could watch Cars (owner had a plethora of DVD’s), it did not have the right cables to make it work. Owner was prompt in returning my texts, but was not helpful and I should not have to text the owner more than once at a VRBO.Was told that I would have to bring my personal items because only towels were provided. Did not know that meant I should have toilet paper and paper towels - have never had to bring that for any VRBO. Not even a full roll was left in a bathroom (one bathroom had no toilet paper). There is not fireplace - not that I would need one, but why have it on your listing?The back deck is solid with plenty of seating. The mattress was comfortable but the metal bed frame squeaks on every movement- roll, sit, turn, you wake up because of the noise.You get what you pay for - not coming back.

FAMILY TIME

We had such a wonderful time with family and teaching the kids how to catch crabs and fish right outside the house. The location is ideal close to everything and wlaking distance to the club house, pool, and playground. Property is very clean and the people are so friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer

The home is welcoming and cozy. Great backyard area and community center. We would book again! I had to call Ralph to figure out how to get the gas stove turned on but he answered quickly and was very helpful. A couple things missing from the description were paper towels and dish soap.

Love it the place…!!!

The house is well located, very close to the beach and the shopping centers, it also has a nice playground and the pool. My family and I had a great time, my daughter and my nephews had a great time, Ralph always very communicative in case we have a question, he is willing to help you, my family and I are very grateful to Ralph, he has a cozy house and has everything you need, first God let's come back next summer.…!! Nice but needs some updating

It was a very nice area. We usually camp at Treasure Beach so we are familiar with the area. The accommodations were comfortable. It definitely needs updating. No dishwasher, no hair dryer, no iron. They would have been nice to have. All in all, we would recommend, but don’t expect bougie. The price was right.

Summer Getaway

We enjoyed our stay on the canal. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The trailer had everything we needed to be comfortable as we spent our days on the beach. Thank you Ralph for sharing your place with us and being available if there were any questions.

Listing is inaccurate, mattresses are horrible and place is old and in need of repair

First there is no internet which I find so ridiculous for the price we paid that we had to use our hotspots which aren’t great in that area. The listing states that there is a queen and twin bunk in one of the bedrooms which we made our decision based on this information. The back room actually has double bunk beds. My kids are 6’2 and 6’3 and they were not able to use those beds. I gave one the queen bedroom and the other took the couch. I was in the double room. One bed is like a slab of concrete and the other has springs sticking up from it. The bathroom has black mold on the ceiling and there are parts of the walls that are peeling and look to almost be falling off in the living room. The stove only lights up with a tiny flame so it was hard to cook. The pool closes at 7pm. The place was very clean which was a plus. The morning of checkout the cleaning people were outside waiting for us to leave 40 mins before checkout so that was annoying. We won’t rent this place again.

Great location to the beach and activities

The property is a great location . The cleanest place I have ever stayed at the beach . If you are looking for luxury this is not the place , but definitely has a full stocked kitchen , towels and very clean . Because of the sun hitting the windows suggest fans or an Ac in the back window . The pool was nice and the neighbors friendly

I was born and raised in Delaware. As a child, our family would vacation in Fenwick Island and enjoy the beach every Summer. When I was old enough , I decided to look for a Beach home of my own so that we could continue making memories as a family. Bought a vacant lot mins. from Ocean and improved it. Years later bought one a little closer......Now I own this one in Fenwick. Many Great memories have been created along the way with many more to be made, which will always be in my mind and heart forever.

I always wanted a Waterfront, Bay accessible property that is close to the Ocean. I love Watersports, Boating, Jet Skiing , Fishing, Crabbing, playing on and in the water and Laying Out at the Beach. Perfect Location, everything is near and this is a Great, Quiet, Family oriented Community with lots of amenities.

HAVING THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS .........WE HAVE THE BAY THAT WE CAN ACCESS BY BOAT FROM OUR OWN BACK YARD, PLUS WE ARE JUST MINS. AWAY FROM THE ATLANTIC OCEAN BEACHES....... SO AWESOME, SO FUN!!!
