Not the Peaceful Beach Stay We Hoped ForOur room itself was nice and clean, though the sliding door in the main room was hard to open. We also had an issue with our television, it had an passcode on it and couldn’t watch anything for the first day until they came to fix it. Unfortunately, the noise from beach parties and traffic made it hard to relax or sleep. Every night there were loud rages on the beach right in front of the east tower that ended with police breaking them up, and the next morning the sand was covered in trash.Security around the pool was overly strict with guests but ignored owners breaking the same rules. We also had to call just to get into our room because the entry code didn’t work. Also, your provided beach chair won’t have a view of the beach as that people are allowed to set their chair right in front of you, and you won’t be able to get a front row either. Those are only for paying customers, not for the already assigned rooms, no matter how early you get up to reserve your seat. Between the noise, the trash, and the inconsistent enforcement, this wasn’t the calm fall break trip we expected.
