Orlandos Sunshine Resort™ - 2 Bedroom

This is a full-service resort. Your check-in procedures will model that of a hotel and your room number will be assigned during check in.


EXPERIENCE IS THE BEST INVESTMENT!

Orlando’s Sunshine Resort is designed with your family in mind. This bracing seaside resort offers you a wide variety of amusements within your reach.

Approximately 1,300 square feet, this spacious Two- Bedroom suite features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 2 Queen Beds, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa including a full kitchen, dining room, balcony/patio, 2 separate bathrooms and laundry. Maximum of 8 occupants.

Additional amenities include: internet access (wi-fi), cable television, DVD player, BBQ Grills, blender, hair dryer, coffee maker, ice maker, microwave, dish washer, refrigerator, iron/ironing board, washer/dryer, and stove.


The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Orlando's Sunshine Resort is Orlando International (MCO) which is 17 miles by car respectively.

Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are open 24 hours to respond to your requests. For here at Orlando's Sunshine Resort, we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction.

Wonderful property!

We were really impressed with this property. We’ve travelled a lot and rented many places, and this may have been the nicest pool area we’ve ever experienced! Very comfortable and clean apartment too. We were very close to the Fun Spot amusement park which is open late so it was loud, but everything else positive outweighed this small issue.

The location was perfect close to the city centre and attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great. We will definitely be booking again for our future vacaciones.

Great Condo and location

Condo was very clean in a very good location. It was also very spacious for 4 adults and 2 kids. The pool area was fantastic and even though we didn't use the bbq's, they were clean and well maintained We were minutes away from Universal Studios, restaurants and shopping which was a bonus

Just right for our family vacation.

This unit had ample space for our family of 4, especially for the price. Close proximity to Universal studios, as well as many dining options. Walking distance to a grocery store. Overall a pleasant and positive experience. We would stay here again.

We loved The Sunshine Resort!!

This resort was everything we wanted and more! The room was just like the pictures in the listing. It was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The morning sun was perfect to enjoy from our balcony. Overlooking the pool was beautiful. Each morning before the pool was opened, it was cleaned and prepped for guests. There were lots of towels and clean bedding. Walking distance to a grocery store, some shopping, restaurants and Fun Spot park (although, we did not go). The grounds were well kept and overall it was quiet. Would recommend friends and family to stay there and would definitely go back!

Great location- Spacious - Lacking basic needs

Great location, very spacious for a family of 5. The pool and hot tub were great. We didn't have a trash can though, dish soap or dishwasher detergent. Towels weren't replaced during our stay. Very loud neighbors.

Perfect

Everything was exactly the way it was listed. It was very clean and the grounds were well kept. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and hot tub. The master suite was very nice as well. The only thing I would say could have been better was the shower head. It didn't transition well but that could have been a water pressure issue. Overall it was a good experience.

Very clean and convenient-would rent again

This condo was very clean, no odd smells, or dampness (like others I have stayed at in Florida). The kitchen worked great for meals, appliances are new and everything is very clean. The small washer/dryer combo was very useful, and well used by us. No stinky clothes went home, and we were able to rewear outfits, saving on luggage space. Beds were hotel grade, king in the master, 2 doubles in the 2nd bedroom, and a pullout couch in the living room. TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Pool was nice and girls played ping pong outside as well. Access to a grill was great. It was more spacious than the pictures can show. The 6 of us (all adult size) were very comfortable here during our stay. I would rent this unit again.

Close to universal, plenty of food and shops optionals, room smelled like a smokers room as entered but didn’t notice in other parts of the condo, staff and other guest were friendly.
