Best location in Orlando. This beautiful condo is located in the heart of Orlando, walking distance to Universal studios. It is adjacent to Universal Surfside Hotel and Resort. It is also right on International Drive, the busiest tourist district in Orlando that features many restaurants, attractions and shopping. This one bedroom condo is on a high floor with full kitchen, washer and dryer, private master bedroom, living room with sleeper sofa, and a jetted tub in the bathroom.

Adequate

I knew based on the price per night not to expect a bunch of extras on this property and expectations were met. First, the positive: it was very clean, very close to Universal-you can walk or easily get an Uber to and from, fantastic pool with nice little pool cabana bar, also a nice balcony. 4 stars because everything in the condo was absolutely cheap-from the iron/board, to the towels (no kitchen hand towels), the bed was less than comfortable, and especially the pillows. The pillows were absolutely laughable for how terrible they are. If you’re not going to spend time there other than to sleep, change, and maybe eat breakfast it’s fine. Oh and there's nothing for cooking such as condiments or spices other people have left. We had to ask a restaurant for salt and pepper packets for our eggs. Also, in the welcome message it says to expect check-in directions 2 days prior and a call from the property manager the day before check-in. Do not expect that. I messaged twice for instructions and got them an hour before check- in. Just a heads up!

Beautiful property

Great location. Well-kept property with kind wait-staff. Check-in process was too self-driven. I had to call the property manager several times in the days leading up to our trip to make sure we were going to be able to access the room when we arrived. However, when we couldn't access our room when we first arrived at 2:30 AM from a late and delayed flight, the property manager answered when I called and figured out that my email confirmation listed the wrong room #.

Short Getaway

It was a great place, so close to Universal Studios and ALOT of other things to do with in minutes of the property. If it was warmer out we definitely would have enjoyed more the cool area. We would definitely stay there again.

A nice place close to Universal

Great stay for quick trip to Orland before the cruise. Convenient location, with nice pool. Comfortable for the 3 of us. Only drawbacks were little parking when arriving from parks late at night, and the kitchen sink drain had a smell like it needed a good cleaning. But I would recommend the property and would stay again!

Two or more people not comfortable

This unit in a hotel/condo hybrid not very private and the property is not well maintained. I could not in good faith recommend this place to anyone. Not only was the property unkempt but the unit was not even up to hotel standards of cleanliness. I tried communicating with the maid who spoke no English that there were no facecloths in the unit. She didn’t understand and brought me hand towels. I didn’t get one night’s rest on a couch sofa bed because the mattress was paper thin and the bed bar was squarely on my back. This place may say “sleeps four.” but only two comfortably. Let the buyer beware!

The property was ok. The tile floors in the bathroom and kitchen were very sticky with cleaning agent that was not properly rinsed off. The toilet paper is one ply and very awful, the living room sheer draperies were torn.

Perfect location and budget friendly

My wife and 2 teenagers stayed here for long weekend while driving back and forth to universal studios which is a 4 min drive. This location was perfect and budget friendly.. The building and room is very clean. Our space was nice and simple. Bed king and comfy, kitchen with everything u need, living room has pull out couch where kids slept. Plenty of parking space. We had zero problems during our stay.

Great Condo, Great Host

Condo was clean and provided everything we needed for our vacation. Host responded right away and sent detailed check in/out. No problems at all. Bed was very comfortable! Will definitely stay here again if we come to Orlando.

Convention Center convenience

Super-easy to get to OCCC for volleyball tournament. East access to activities on International Dr. Nice accommodations...kitchen, w/d. Pull out sofa wasn't the most comfortable for our athlete, but it worked. Would definitely recommend!

The stay was very nice. The day of, the owner let us know the a/c hadn’t been working proline the unit so he booked us at the resort in the building next to it and it was a beautiful stay. He truly took care of us and could’ve easily just canceled our reservation, but instead he took care of us and even upgraded our room. Highly recommend this stay solely based on the hospitality!
