The perfect home! Everything was gorgeous, tons of space, perfect location. Highly recommend this home for large families. Plenty of room to spread out, kitchen is stocked with everything you will ever need. We stayed for Thanksgiving and cooked a feast for our family. Downtime Vacation rentals made it easy breezy, they even stopped by and brought us a lovely bottle of wine and pie. Would recommend them to everyone and will be staying with them again!

High School Graduation Trip

Two adults, two graduates and one little dog had a fabulous stay at Serenity by the Sea! Prominence is a clean, pet friendly location. Short drive to public beach access and great restaurants! Condo was beautiful and well stocked.

Condo was nice- gage very small - barely enough room for the golf cart

Had a bike stolen at the pool - concerning. Beach access was not optimal- - closest access closed so took time on bikes or car or golf cart. Beach not very convenient. Access to the hub was nice.

Thank you for your review. We're glad you found our home to be nice, with convenient access to The Hub. We're sorry that one of the bikes was stolen at the pool, and we appreciate you reporting it to us promptly. The closest beach access is at Deer Lake State Park, which is a little over half a mile and a quick golf cart ride away. It was recently reopened after the addition of new features, and our guests love that it's pet-friendly, accessible, and has parking, restrooms, a picnic pavilion, and a nature trail. We enjoyed hosting you, and we hope you can visit us again soon!

Great overall experience

very responsive to questions and requests, love not having to go "check in" somewhere but rather drive up to the property. Only one thing we would have liked is easier beach access. Deer Lake Beach is beautiful and near but a far walk (which we didn't mind) and it would closed often times due to being at capacity so we had to "hunt" for a beach each day. There is a shuttle service to the beach but we preferred not to do that. Loved having the golf cart, umbrella and chairs available to us for the beach. The Hub area was great for shopping, bike rentals, food and entertainment and right across the street which made it very convenient. A great overall experience. Thank you!

Amazing amenities!

My teenage son(15) and I stayed in this unit for a partial week. A partial week availability is why we initially chose this townhome. We flew in, so we had no car, beach gear, etc. as we would normally have with driving. Having a large golf cart, bikes and beach gear was an enormous plus for us! The home itself, was VERY clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked! The complex was clean, well spaced (did not feel crowded), nice pool, and great location. We used the Watersound Beach Club as guests of our friends who are members, so we don’t have any info on the shuttle to beach. We will definitely be back. Thank you for providing such a lovely place to stay!

Nice & New but not a great location

When I go to the beach, I normally stay on the beach where I can look out over the waves in the evening. This is not one of those places. I felt like I was in an apartment complex and 2nd rate citizens since the beach was across the street and we were not allowed to use it. Going to the beach isn't riding the elevator down and walking out but rather a coordinated trip - back it all up, load up a car, drive to a public beach access and unload. This may be OK for many. But when you are use to staying on, or across the street from the beach, this is a big change. The unit itself was nice, new and clean. One big problem - the master bedroom was freezing and the 2nd bedroom was hot. Our friends in the 2nd bedroom complained about the heat each morning and my wife complained about how cold it was in our bedroom. Opening all the doors helped (if you don't mind hearing the snoring from the other room).

Beautiful House hard to get to beach

This condo is a beautiful and very clean property looks just like the photos. The beach access is currently closed and so you have to find another beach nearby. We were not told this before checking in. Because of the time change from Georgia to Florida we got there at 2 PM Florida time. My door code would not work and was told cannot check in until 4 PM and it was pretty hot and still a pandemic. So after 6 hour car ride with my 77 year old mother and 2 dogs we drive around until 4pm. At 4 PM my door code still wouldn’t work and after a while on the phone they finally sent someone who realized the door code has been changed so we probably could’ve been able to get in two hours earlier. After this we tried to find a restaurant that offered takeout with no luck. It was nice to have a golf cart to go find a beachy. The house was incredibly clean And beautifully decorated. Several people in the same condos were driving around looking for the beach. We ended up going home a day early just because we were just kind of done. Love this area but definitely will get something with beach access next time.

Family Weekend Getaway

The townhouse is beautifully decorated and made us feel so welcomed. My husband and I, our son and his fiancee thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The accommodations, the area, the beaches, the dining and entertainment were excellent. We will definitely be back.
