  Starlights 4 es una cómoda unidad de segundo nivel con dos dormitorios y un baño. La habitación queen se abre a la terraza frente al mar, donde puedes ver el amanecer para comenzar tu emocionante día de aventura. El otro dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar que hace que tus arreglos para dormir sean un poco más flexibles.
  Ingrese a la unidad a través de la cocina totalmente equipada, que está abierta a la cómoda sala de estar. ¡La sala de estar también se abre a la terraza frente al mar, para que pueda disfrutar de un picnic con vista al Océano Atlántico!

Great place and great location

We have stayed here for many years. We love the apartment and the ability to be right on the beachfront. The apartment is well maintained by Matt who is very responsive to questions and is proactive in reaching out with easy check-in instructions. We look forward to being back next year.

Spring Getaway

This was the first time we have ever booked a stay through VRBO. We were fortunate to find such a Great place to stay. This was perfect for us and Matt was fantastic with helping us with any questions and concerns we had since this was a first for us. We will definitely be back again and hopefully for a longer stay. Excellent location... and absolutely the most gracious and generous host! He went above and beyond when he offered to and gave our daughter a couple of surfing lessons. Most impressive was being able to witness the way he jumped into the ocean with his surf board to save a young boy who was caught in a rip current!

Perfect Getaway!

Awesome location and nice unit! Will definitely return. Perfect location away from the crowds but yet close drive to everything. Matt is responsive to your needs. Unit had everything we needed and specially loved the beautiful oceanfront deck! Didn’t see any laundry facility’s in unit but may have been communal. I would highly recommend a stay here just be careful with yourselves and the little ones as these beaches and rough seas (rip currents) are nothing like the Florida or groomed coastal beaches we are accustom to but that is also what makes them super special and natural. Fishing is excellent. Seas do calm some based on offshore winds and weather .nearby frisco beach is shielded from the northeast winds and was gulf like. STAY STAY STAY …YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Starlights 4

My recent stay at Starlights 4 was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stunning ocean views. The condo itself was spacious, and equipped with all the amenities one could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The beach was just steps away, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf. I loved waking up to the sound of waves crashing and having my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The location was perfect – close enough to local restaurants and shops, yet peaceful and serene. The owner Matthew was friendly, responsive, and went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The climate control worked great and held at a steady 68 degrees, which is one of my pet peeves with other places I’ve stayed. The refrigerator, although a little dated, was referred to as “sub-zero” for how well it worked in keeping our drinks really cold. Overall, my stay at Starlights 4 met my expectations. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to enjoy a luxurious and hassle-free beach vacation, particularly for a couple or small family, it was just 4 of us.

We had an amazing time at this place last week. It was perfect for my husband and I. We checked in right at 4 pm and was even able to park our car in our spot earlier and enjoy some beach time while we waited. We enjoyed all the other families that stayed in the other units too. The house had everything we needed, clean and loved that they gave us some paper towels, trash bags, dish washer tablets, dish soap and laundry tablets to use in the shared laundry room with the other 3 units. Walk to the beach was so short and easy and you don’t find many places on the easy walk to the beach. Matthew was amazing and responded immediately to texts and kept us updated thru the whole process.

Location, location, location

The property is right on the beach, you cannot get any closer and the space is very cleverly laid out. The bedroom facing the beach has blackout curtains (someone in an early review noted that there weren't any). The kitchen is well stocked with plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans. Everything works well, check in is easy and Matt is a pleasure to deal with. We would stay there again in a heartbeat, we loved the place. .

We enjoyed our stay for the week. Matthew was helpful with any questions we had.

Make sure u bring towels and washcloths. And no one in the area does set up for umbrella and chair rental. However Island cycle will drop off (we got two chairs and umbrella).

Great beach trip!

We had a great stay here. Matthew was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. The property was perfect for a small family. We especially loved the view and the deck. The beach is beautiful, but the waves here were a bit rough for little kids. We still had a great time, and we also enjoyed the Haulover day use area down the road on the sound side which was a calm area for the kids to play. Great proximity to shopping and restaurants. We would return!

Great times in Buxton

First time staying in Buxton and we loved the location. Everything you need in OBX is a short drive away, awesome food at Diamond Shoals, Fatty’s and great food and entertainment a short drive away at Pop’s Raw Bar and the Sandbar. The house was perfect for the 2 of us, everything that we needed for our trip was available. The views of the deck at sunrise and sunset are phenomenal. It was worth every penny just for the view of the ocean and beach. Once again the Outer Banks doesn’t disappoint, another year of wonderful memories. Now begins the countdown till we’re back down Highway 12!

Starlights unresponsive, poor service

Location on the beach within walking distance of the lighthouse was wonderful, and the condo itself was great, however, (1) installed microwave was broken from the start. We reported. Starlights promised to replace it with a countertop model, but this never happened even though there were several inexpensive models available at the Ace Hardware in Avon, just a few miles north of Buxton. (2) The bedroom's sliding glass doors open to an east facing balcony, but had only a set of sheer curtains that you could read a book through. The room was flooded with light at 5:00 a.m. each morning. I like sunrises, but also want the option to sleep late while on vacation. Once again, we were promised proper drapes, but none were ever supplied. Last of care and communication from management was very disappointing. Cannot recommend, and would not stay there again. ...also if you go, keep a camp shovel in your trunk as parking was limited and you will likely be sitting on soft sand! This wasn't a problem for us, but it's good to know if you aren't used to driving off of a hard surface.

Steps from the ocean

Very clean, casual but very nice, beautiful view from our deck. No elevator in case you are in need of one. Not a problem for us. Can't say enough about our host, Matt. Just the best!

Great place, great location

We stay at this location each year and just love it. It is right on the beach, is quiet, very clean and Matthew is a great host who has made some nice improvements since he took over a couple of years ago. We look forward to returning.

What A View!

Look out any window in the front and see the amazing Atlantic! This location is perfect right near Avon and Hatteras Village. Matthew is a wonderful host and thinks of every detail to make your stay so comfortable. We miss it already and can’t wait to come back.
