PORT 30A: Newly Renovated, Heated Pool, Steps to beach, Family focused layout!

Our home was built with families in mind. 6 Bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths including 4 kings (each with spacious full bath for parents/adults), 1 bunk (2 twin/full/2 twins) with full bath and 1 queen/with queen trundle with adjacent full bath. Oversized game room, large dining room with adjoining tables allowing for entire family to sit down if needed. TV's everywhere and amenities for children including mini crib, two pack and plays, high-chair and booster seat for the "little ones". Over 4500 sf inside and 2000 sf exterior space.

Quick 2 minute walk to private beach - free from "GHOST CHAIRS", expensive vendors and rows of umbrellas. Easy for your group to sit together - in front of the water and tents are allowed.

Home features a large private heated pool with newly added paved decking along with new fence enclosing entire area making it a private oasis. Plenty of room to relax, sun-bathe, sit around fire pit and or cook burgers on our gas grill to enjoy by pool on dining table/chairs (heating pool available - additional fee applies).

The built in tanning ledge in our pool also makes a great place for kids to take their first steps in water with mom, dad or grandparents!

Our house is in a great central location making it easily accessible to Alys, Rosemary, 30Avenue, The Big Chill and Seaside is an easy bike ride.

Love the neighborhood!

Overall we had a great stay. lovely gated community with close access to the beach and beach was not overcrowded. lovely house with lots of open space for our group. owner Sue was great at communicating back when we had questions! would stay here again!

We had such a blast at this house! It is so close to the beach and plenty of enough space for our family of 14. Super convenient having your own private pool as well! Sue was super helpful and quick to answer any questions we had! Would love to stay here again

Fantastic location, Fantastic Host!

Sue was a very helpful and responsive host. The house was a short walk to the beach and the beach was not super crowded. The house was perfect for our group of 16. The owners had plenty of umbrellas, chairs, and beach toys to use. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home. If I had to give some constructive feedback, I would label the kitchen drawers because it’s a bit unorganized. We could have used more wash cloths-one per person. Some of the beach gear needs to be pitched. The first day we hauled things with us that were broken. But we just went through everything the next day to make sure we had functioning chairs. There were so many chairs and umbrellas, we still had plenty to use. Every problem was pretty minor and we would definitely rent again!

Quiet, Private and NICE

If you're over the hustle and bustle of the beach crowds (Destin, Seaside) this is the place for you. The house is still located close to all the popular attractions and cities, however it's tucked into the most private of neighborhoods and is gated. All of the surrounding houses are big and beautiful including this house. Every bedroom feels like the master suite no matter where you land. The oversized kitchen is a dream with a commercial sized fridge (including an extra fridge in the laundry room). Our family loved the garage game room and pool. The beach is a 5 minute walk and is VERY private and not crowded which is most important to us. The owner is very prompt and helpful. This is now our favorite home and we visit often! Do not hesitate to book this beautiful large and CLEAN home.

Beautiful home, fantastic location!

We had a wonderful stay at PORT 30A. Home was clean, well appointed, and a terrific layout for our 2 family trip. Beach was a VERY short walk through the gated community, and the pool (which we heated) was such so nice to have on site. Sue was a tremendous host and great communicator. Look forward to staying here again soon!

Perfect Home on 30A

The home was perfect for a large group - we had 14. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and spread out. The gated neighborhood was a plus and Private beach access was awesome. The Pool and Ping Pong table were also big hits! Sue was easy to work with and very responsive. I Would definitely recommend this property to anyone with a large group.

Felt so welcoming on booking port 30A

We booked with the host Sue and we wouldn’t be any more surprised that the place is so spacious, there is a lot to do in Panama City and very little time since we only have the weekend with our friends and family, from the swimming pool to the private beach and really nice backyard to enjoy socializing with our families and friends will book again in the near future. Great location for a friend trip

We were a group of 4 families with kids and this was a perfect location with everything we needed. It was nice that each couple had their own suite and then the older boys stayed in the bunk room including our toddler in the pack n play. The house came with all the beach supplies we needed so we walked over to the gorgeous beach each morning, came back for lunch and naps and then back for the afternoon. Our kids loved the kids cave and pool. The kitchen and extra fridge were the perfect size for our large group too. The only thing missing was kid friendly dishes, but we made do. Sue was easy to contact and check in and out was a breeze. We walked up to the Big Chill a few times for dinner and activities, took walks and runs along 30a almost daily.

Loved this property. Owner very easy to communicate with and addressed any concerns. The house is beautifully decorated but cozy. Plenty of space for multiple families. Great private pool . the private beach was not crowed even at spring break . Will be back for sure !

Very nice property

Great vacation

1st time to stay in a VRBO with our family. (8 adults/7 kids). Great location. House was very nice, comfortable, big enough for all of us. The pool was a nice feature. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect house for families!

We found the perfect house for our family vacation! There was plenty of space in the living room and dining room to allow our entire group of 9 to eat dinner together or watch a movie comfortably, without sitting on top of each other. The private beach was nice and quiet, and only a couple of blocks away - so even if we were at the house we could pop over to watch the sunset. Our kids loved the pool, and riding bikes around the neighborhood. We all loved the location, and walked/rode bikes to the Hub a few times, and also to Rosemary Beach. Sue was so helpful, and flexible as we were planning our trip. We have been going to Seaside for the past few years, but we all agreed that we liked this location better. This will definitely be our new destination!

Great House

Awesome house with plenty of room for all 10 of us. Loved that all bedrooms had their own bathroom, there were 4 king sized beds & the kitchen was great. We had a corn hole tournament in the backyard & a ping pong tourney in the garage. Plenty of beach chairs & bicycles. Owner, Sue, was quick to respond & so nice.

Great house for families

We stayed at Port30a for Thanksgiving and the house could not have been more perfect and the owner was so easy to work with. It has been recently redone and feels brand new. We had two families and there was plenty of room! Its also a great location with a very quiet private beach! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Home In A Great Location

We stayed in this home with two other families, 6 adults and 6 kids. Plenty of room for everyone!! The garage/ playroom area was where the kids loved to hang out. This house is a quick walk to the beach and bike ride to areas like the Hub and downtown Rosemary Beach. Overall we had a great experience And loved the house!! Communication with the homeowner was very prompt and all questions were answered. Overall we’d definitely stay here again!!

Lovely house in perfect location!

Every single thing about our stay here was wonderful - from easy access to lovely private beach to the perfect pool & lounging area around it. The house is so well furnished & set up, but just the one complaint is that of all the bathrooms, only one was fully functioning. Every other shower had issues from leaks to water that wouldn’t get hot. That’s not an owner’s issue with the rental, but a building issue, but it does need to be addressed for the long term functionality of this home & its usability for big groups. Thankfully we were comfortable sharing our bathroom since we ended up with the one that worked well! That’s the ONLY reason I knock it from five stars to four. Otherwise, we truly had no complaints!

We think this is the best location for two reasons - its close proximity to everything 30A has to offer coupled with the private nature of our small community with exceptionally large lots. It is easy to park, go to the beach and enjoy the grassy yard. We are close to major attractions like Alys Beach, Rosemary, the Big Chill (formerly the Hub), Panama City Beach and the AIRPORT. Easy access to bike path, private heated pool, private beach access without crossing 30A- to perfect white sandy beaches and spectacular gulf views!! A "no hassles" vacation with plenty of space to unwind, a fully stocked house along with plenty of private parking make this the perfect place to come with a large or small group! The house is great for multi-generations of families and friends.

We bought this property because it is a piece of paradise - close to the action of Rosemary, Alys, Seaside and Seacrest beaches - while in a gated community - free of the crowds and traffic.

The quiet gated community of Pelican Circle is centrally located 1 mile west of Alys Beach and 1 mile east of the Big Chill (HUB). Camp Creek Lake is adjacent to Pelican Circle
- offering amazing sunsets. Enjoy the private, heated, tropical pool, large spacious kitchen and luxurious finishes. We love owning this and VRBO 501264 - Sea the View which are right near each other.
