My family and I had a wonderful time and my great Nephews and Niece loved the rope swing, kayaks and fishing accommodations. The house was great and plenty of room for all 20 of us. I highly recommend this house, and we will be back.

Nice place to gather as a family

The location is very good on the river. The property is good size for a group of adults and children.The home is an older home and while it needs some attention in certain places the owner was very responsive. I am looking at coming back in the summer time. I

Peaceful, Amazing Views

Can’t say enough about this property. Plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors with family and friends. Great BBQ pit and a grill for cooking!! Spacious house with plenty of room, and a sunroom that’s adds additional space!! Clay & his wife(Host) made sure the house had everything we needed during our stay. My family will definitely be back sooner than later.!!

River was a BIG HIT!! Kayaks, tree swing and tree over water.

We stayed outside at the river just about all day. Didn’t go out to eat, we cooked everything. It was a very memorable time. Thinking about coming back next year. Clay was on top of anything and everything we needed. Thank you Clay for everything. 🙏❤️

Amazing spot of the river!

This property is located at an amazing spot on the river. The river here is very deep, so it is not affected by the current low water levels in the area. The host was an excellent communicator and check-in was very easy. The kayaks and tubes provided were a huge plus and we didn’t feel like we even needed to leave the house to have a great time. There is an awesome rope swing and tree available to jump off of and it kept our kids entertained the whole time. It felt like we had the whole river to ourselves. The house itself is older and could use some updates, but it accommodated our large group just fine and we never ran out of hot water, which is a huge plus. The grill was out of order when we went, so if you plan to grill (like we did) you might check that it is back in service before you go. Overall we had an amazing stay and would 100% stay here again.

Perfect summer spot

Our large group enjoyed everything about our stay! The house was cool and spacious, we did not need to bring fans as someone else mentioned. Highlights include the screened patio with TV and fans, big grilling area, firepit, and river access. The host responded quickly and helped us promptly resolve an issue with the AC when we checked in. I highly recommend!

River access is amazing!

We enjoyed this property for all the outside amenities. We played corn hole, and went Kayaking and tubing, We were able to use the screened-in area for all the food and BBQ. We were pleasantly surprised there were no mosquitos. Kids enjoyed the river by jumping off the dock, the rope swing, and the tree. The water was deep but did not have a strong current in that area. Everyone had a great time.

great place for a large gathering

The property is great for a large crowd gathering. We really enjoyed our time down at the river and hanging out outside. Plenty of rooms and restrooms. Plenty of activities to do while on property. A con that it was dated as far as bathrooms go and there was no extra bedding. It's exactly what to expect from a rental that hosts large crowds. We also were told check in was at 4:30 and we did not have a code to the house until 4:45ish. That wasn't a huge deal but be prepared if you're coming from out of town to call the host vs sending a message. The host was apologetic when he realized we had tried to contact him prior to check in and called us to give us the code.

We enjoyed our stay. It’s definitely something we would again do. Our family had an amazing time. There was little issues but Clayton is such an amazing host, he would fix it right away. Unfortunately due to to the cold weather we weren’t able to get in the river but will consider re-booking in a warmer season.
