This rental is not suitable for 4 adults but is perfect for a family with one or two children, or even 3 adults. <br>Check-in is available until 7:30 p.m. at the latest.<br><br>A renovated 75-square-meter stone house, featuring natural materials such as hemp and lime, a wood-burning stove, exposed beams, and period furniture, located in the center of Saint-Servan, 2 minutes from the main shopping street and 10 minutes from the Bas-Sablons and Solidor beaches. The main room features a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (coffee machine with pods provided upon arrival, electric kettle, microwave) with a central island and a living area with Vietnamese armchairs, a Sri Lankan chest, and antique furniture, as well as a sofa and a television. It opens onto a small, enclosed courtyard with trees. There is a restroom on the first floor. <br><br>Upstairs, you’ll find a large, bright master bedroom equipped with a double bed, a walk-in closet, a Vietnamese dresser, and an Asian armchair; a bright children’s bedroom with a single bed, a reading chair, and the option to add a rollaway mattress if you’d like to have two young children sleep in this room. Finally, there is a large bathroom with a corner bathtub and a second separate toilet, also upstairs. <br>Check the “Amenities” section to see what the house has to offer and ensure it meets your needs. <br><br>Hair dryer. A new washing machine and iron are available.<br><br>A travel crib with a small mattress and fitted sheet is available upon request at no extra charge.<br><br>Free parking next to the house and free street parking. <br><br>The house is located on a one-way street with little traffic, so it’s quiet.<br>You’ll find restaurants, cafés, bakeries (including one at the top of the street), a convenience store, and grocery shops on Rue Ville-Pépin, a two-minute walk away, as well as a market on Tuesday and Friday mornings. The convenience store is open on Sunday mornings. The train station is a 15-minute walk from the house and a 5-minute bus ride. The hospital is a 2-minute walk away in case of an emergency.<br>A pleasant walk will take you to the historic city center in 20 minutes, starting from the house and passing by Bas-Sablons Beach. Or you can choose to walk to the Solidor Tower, then head up toward the Cité d’Alet and back down toward the marina. <br>Feel free to visit the seaside resort of Dinard in 10 minutes by the summer ferry—it’s convenient and very pleasant: you can do your morning shopping there and return in time for lunch. <br>You can also visit Cancale: the coastal road leading to Cancale from Saint-Malo is stunning. <br>Above all, be sure to set aside a day to explore the Rance Valley, nestled between the sea and the countryside. <br>And if the weather is unpredictable and you can’t go to the beach, you can spend the day in the medieval town of Dinan, which also has plenty to offer visitors. <br><br>Charming house completely renovated with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a corner tub, and two toilets. It’s a perfect, quiet spot for families or friends (a family of 3 or 4, or 3 adults—but not suitable for 4 adults). You’ll find everything you need on Ville-Pépin Street (bakeries, butchers, delis, a mini-market that’s even open on Sunday mornings, coffee shops, etc.). Close to the train station, everything is within walking distance if you don’t have a car (a 10-minute walk from Bas Sablon Beach and Solidor, and a 15-minute walk from the city center). Bus stops are nearby, and free public parking is available 100 meters away.
