OCEANIA RESORT - Emerald View Condominio de dos dormitorios con piscina y espectacular vista al mar, capacidad para 6 personas.

El condominio de dos habitaciones Emerald está idealmente amueblado para maximizar la capacidad de dormir, y tiene un dormitorio principal con una cama king-size, un vestidor y un baño completo; un segundo dormitorio con dos camas dobles (tamaño completo), armarios empotrados y un segundo baño completo; una sala de estar con un sofá cama doble; una cocina de tamaño completo totalmente equipada con mesa de bar de comedor para 4 asientos y un pasillo para lavandería (lavadora / secadora).

Hay un balcón regular que se extiende a través de la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal con una vista espectacular del océano. Esta unidad le proporciona 1,500 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable. Una caja de seguridad con código bloqueado, TV por cable, dos televisores de pantalla plana de alta definición (en la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal), conexión a internet de banda ancha por cable e inalámbrica, están disponibles para su comodidad. Esta unidad está ubicada en el edificio Palm (= lobby) en el cuarto piso. - Duerme un máximo de 6.

Magical place

We loved our stay at Oceania. The condo was great, very roomy and comfortable. The complex was beautiful and we loved the pools. Great location across the street from Eagle Beach. Hoping to return to Aruba one day.

It’s all about being steps away from having your toes in the sand, Eagle Beach!

Loved having morning coffee on balcony, condo had all the comforts of home. We had stayed at the Oceania multiple times and won’t stay any where else, it safe and more quiet than the busy streets at Palm Beach.

Amazing Vacation!

A gem in the heart of Aruba

This two bedroom condo, was the perfect stay for my family and I. The condo was very clean, spacious well stocked, with everything you need! Location was perfect with only a few minutes drive to downtown and other great locations. It’s also close to a supermarket and local shops. The view from the balcony was exquisite when watching the sunrise for those early risers and the sunsets never got old. Hosts thought of everything from beach towels, chairs and also had washer and dryer in the unit. The binder provided for the unit gave us a detail explanation of what Aruba has to offer including restaurants, excursions and many places to see. Would definitely stay there again!

Just another day in paradise.....

Have stayed in Aruba 5 previous times in both 3 and 5 star hotels. This property was an outstanding facility. The condo is located on Eagle Beach with breathtaking beautiful sunsets and a gorgeous view of the beach. The property is well maintained and well equipped. Alan is extremely professional and responded immediately to any concerns we had with the unit. The exterior facility is under the constant care of groundskeepers, the pools were immaculate,the lobby spotless, and friendly security personnel. The location of the Oceania is easily accessible to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. I would definitetly recommend this property and Alan as a valuable resource in locating any other property under his careful management.

Beautiful and breathtaking

This was an excellent condo. Had all the amenities that one could ask for. Oeania is a beautiful property located right on the beautiful Eagle Beach. The low rise area is a great area that is much less crowded than the high rise area. It is right in tbe middle and is a quick taxi or bus ride to the high rise area or the downtown area. Both of which I highly recommend seeing. Prestige was wonderful to work with and helped answer all my questions and arranged our rental car that we rented for a day to see the other areas of the island at our own pace (i highly recommend this) and arranged our snorkeling tour. If you rent a condo in Oceania I highly recommend going through prestige. They made our Aruba vacation to help celebrate my 50th bday and 25th Wedding Anniversary a trip to remember.

My friend and I had a great stay at this condo. We used the balcony overlooking the pool and beach every morning for coffee and every evening for drinks. The location to Eagle Beach was fantastic! Right across the street. The beach towels and beach chairs and cooler were a nice touch and very helpful. The kitchen was modern and fully stocked with what we needed. We liked the fact the resorts was quiet and in a good location. However- there is a new all inclusive resort going up right next door. Sometimes the noise during the day outside was annoying but not too bad. We could never hear the noise inside the condo. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms nice. The hosts were very responsive with any questions I had and recommendations I asked for. They also helped us get some groceries delivered to the condo that were waiting for us when we arrived. The only negative- why I would give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the dryer was not working during our stay. This was not communicated to us until we got there. We had packed like we had a washer and dryer at our disposal. But we did not. They did do a load of laundry for us but it just wasn’t as convenient as throwing in your dirty/Sandy clothes and towels before you head out to dinner…..Otherwise everything was great and we would stay here again!

Be aware of wretched musty odor and Prestige

Unit in need of dehumidifier to control humidity and wretched musty odor and furniture upgrade - couch stained, beds very soft, corner kitchen cabinet doesn’t open/close properly, bar stool had loose cushion and unstable legs. Also kitchen and bathroom sinks have slow drain. No problem with Prestige until a day or so after we arrived home. They (jr) had audacity to blame me for broken beach chair and request $55 payment for it. We left the unit spotless cause that’s the family we are. We treat rentals as if it’s our home. I’m insulted of this accusation. I’m mature enough to inform them had we broken it. News flash: It was already broken! Is this a scam? if they carefully inspect units after check-out (as they claim they do) shouldn’t they have this broken chair previously noted? I immediately called Prestige and person told me I need to speak to Raqui who was not available at the time. He said he’d inform her to call me. He took my number. I sent a few emails and nothing but radio silence. And while I’m waiting to speak to Raqui, Jr had nerve to send me reminder email of payment! News flash: We are not paying for something that we are not responsible for. How about reimbursing me for that wretched odor we endured all week?

When we arrived at the condo we were greeted by a very nice property manager . She show as around and went though all we needed to know about the condo and offered as .help if we needed it...The place was clean ,spacious with great views..we loved it and all the friendly people,, Will definitlely go back

Relaxing Vacation

I vacationed with my husband and two teenage daughters. The condo was in an excellent area, had three pools, gorgeous ocean view from the balcony and direct access to Eagle Beach across the street. The condo had nearly every amenity one would need; they even provided beach chairs, pool floats and cooler. It was very quiet there and many days we had the pool to ourselves. We rented a car and everything was within a short drive. If you stay here without one, you will be fine as well as the property is along the bus line (bus is very safe in Aruba) and many restaurants and a convenience store are within walking distance. Overall, we enjoyed our accommodations and I would stay at this property again.

The Condo was great! Aruba is a fantastic place ..... we loved our vacation. Sharon Taylor at Prestige was wonderful. She provided all the details that made our stay at this Condo wonderful. She set up two tours for us .... a full tour of the Island and a walking tour of Downtown Aruba. Sharon Taylor brought over maintenance men to our condo to repair the shower and set up the internet. The Dryer was not working well. The Condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We will stay here again!

Beautiful!

We had a wonderful week in Aruba staying at this property in March. The unit was clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony was amazing. The grounds were amazing (kids were fascinated with the iguanas and other lizards) and pools were fantastic. The location is great - walking distance to everything including Eagle beach (one the nicest beaches I have ever been to), the grocery store (10 min walk) and several restaurants/bars. We did not rent a car except for one day to explore the island (and go to Baby Beach), which I recommend. It is very reasonable to take a taxi to the hi-rise area for shopping and dinner as well. We felt very safe on the island and even more so in the complex (security was always present). Overall, we had a great vacation in Aruba and would highly recommend this unit.

Wonderful

We couldn't have asked for a better vacation! My family and I stayed in two great condos - fabulous views and easy access to the ocean (right across the street). The condos themselves were really well cared for. Rachel at Prestige was so great to work with in setting this all up - very responsive, friendly, and extremely helpful. My family rented two condo's right next to one another and it accommodated us all very well. Everyone was quite complimentary & we've decided to make it an annual vacation. For our family, the location of the condos were perfect because they were away from the more crowded resorts on Palm Beach. We didn't have any kids, so activities were not a concern. There weren't too many nearby restaurants or bars to choose from, but we're also big walkers and didn't mind the 2 mile hike to the hustle and bustle of Palm Beach. If you're looking for a relaxing stay away from the crowds, I definitely recommended this spot. I also admired the security on on the complex, which was pretty tight. It was a bit of a downer not being able to swim in the pools after 8 or 10pm, but the ocean was right across the street, so it was nothing to do an ocean midnight swim instead. The beaches were also amazingly clean and sparse - no seaweed, rocks, or trash. I felt quite safe swimming alone at night and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island. I could go on for quite a while praising Aruba and Oceania, but I'll stop here and simply highly recommend staying at a Prestige Realty property, as I'm sure they are all as good as the two my family and I stayed in.

We loved this place

We just came back from Oceania and we had an amazing time. The condo was beautiful and the property amazing. Location is also good, close to palm beach (the night life area) but not so close that you are with the crowds. The beach in front is great. Alan was very professional, we got exactly what he offered. Be aware that some bad reviews from Oceania come from people who did not rent through Alan. If you do it through Alan, you would love this place. I can't recommend restaurants since we just cooked in the apartment. We gave Alan some recommendation in terms of additional things needed in the apartment (i.e extra blankets and extra beach chairs) but none of those things were crucial for us. Highly recoomnedWe just came back from Oceania and we had an amazing time. The condo was beautiful and the property amazing. Location is also good, close to palm beach (the night life area) but not so close that you are with the crowds. The beach in front is great. Family Vacation 2009

This was one of our best family vacations ever! Aruba is truly amazing -- perfect weather every day! Alan is wonderful to deal with & very professional. From the moment I contacted him, I knew I was dealing with someone knowledgeable and reliable. I told him the kind of rental we needed, and he matched us up with the perfect 2 bed, 2 bath condo with stunning views. The condo was clean, spacious, and in new condition. It's the nicest place we've ever rented. The location is "right on" -- private, yet close to everything by just hopping a cab or bus. We explored the island without renting a car which added to our perfect vacation. However, car rental suggested if you have very small children (unless you don't mind bringing them on bus or hopping cab with them). On a scale of 1-10, this vacation receives "11" -- off the charts! A "must do" for those who want to see the sights: all day Jeep Safari tour. This tour enables you to see the other side of the island - I highly recommend the ALL DAY tour. This was one of best things we did in Aruba and plan to do it again when we return. Don't miss one of the best restaurants in town "Blossoms" -- The Blossoms at Aruba Resort, casino and Spa (located in the Westin). The place is absolutely fantastic - probably the best Japanese / Chinese restaurant we have ever visited. I normally don't believe in vacationing at the same place more than once since there are so many things to see in this world. However, I must make an exception to my own rule because I can't get Aruba out of my mind and do plan to return!

Relaxing Stay in Aruba

This was our second time in Aruba and staying at the Oceania kept us away from the crowds and commotion. The condo was perfect, clean and with a great view of the sea. As a gated development, I had few worries about my teenage daughters wandering around the property. There was a bit of construction going on, but unless you were on the balcony, it was not noticable. The staff kept the grounds looking beautiful and litter free. Having laundry facilities in the condo and plenty of towels and beach chairs really helped make the trip. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice and there were plenty of seats and dinnerware to suit our needs. The only thing we really missed was a garbage disposal. There are restaurants nearby, as are the stores and the Oceania is a perfect base from which to stay: near downtown, near Palm Beach and only steps from one of the world's great beaches, Eagle Beach. I would recommend having a car and they do drive on the "right side" in Aruba (though directions can be very tricky when you get off the main roads). Alan did a great job setting us up in this condo and answering all of our questions prior to and at arrive. The chilled champagne was a great touch. I have to highly recommend this as an option over the hotels which were crowded and noisy. This section of Eagle Beach had few people and great sand. so, if relaxing is your intent, this is about as good a spot on the island that one will find. The pool is also very nice. What you don't see in photos is the waterfalls and sprays that produce a very relaxing environment. The pool was a perfect compliment for when you tired of the beach sand or just wanted to cool down with a quick dip. I also want to say that the Aruban people are still among the friendliest I have found in the Caribbean. We have heard attitudes were changing, but we did not find that to be the case. And...other than one bad experience at Buckaneer, the restaurants are still top-notch.

Surprisingly FANTASTIC Family Getaway

It was our first time to Aruba with our grown children,(21, 19 & 16) and had to be one of the best trips we have ever taken. We all were so impressed with the kind reception, thoughtful bottle of chilled champain, Imaculate and beautiful like new Condo with a spectacular view. All the amenities were more impressive than explained on the website. The restaurants recommended were some of the best meals we have eaten in the Caribbean Islands. We highly recommend renting the ATV`s to really see the entire island without any obstructions, it is a great "Family Thing" to do and is just plain FUN. I have recommended this Condo Facility to many coworkers & friends, which some have already booked and we can not wait to revisit. Thank You so Much and we will see you soon.
