Fabulous stay in Sonoma. Perfect for 3 couples. Excellent location - a few minutes drive to Sonoma plaza, restaurants & shopping. Home was just as described - beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed. Comfortable beds, excellent kitchen & lovely great room. Diego was an excellent host. Answered questions promptly & made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay fantastic. Would highly recommend!!!

We had such a great experience with out last minute booking! All the comforts of home with the cleanliness of a hotel. Loved the house rooms showers and hot tub! Will stay again for sure!

Excellent home base for wine country exploration

Really enjoyed the energy efficient home perfectly located just outside of downtown Sonoma. The host made everything simple and was very gracious too.

The house and grounds are gorgeous, and Diego was responsive. It is perfect for a friends getaway weekend. The kitchen is large and mostly well stocked (odd there is no mixing bowls or mixers though), and the space is great for relaxing and hanging out after full days of wine tasting. Bedrooms are all spacious and bathrooms nice and functional. All rooms have blackout curtains. Property is centrally located to Sonoma and Napa, so easy to access both. Hot tub was lovely. There were two issues during our stay, both somewhat out of the host’s control: (1) WiFi was down for the entire day when we arrived, and the heat is controlled by the WiFi, so the entire house was freezing when we arrived and took several hours to warm up, and (2) there was a skunk smell that permeated the house for the length of the stay (and the last night got very intense), likely due to woodland creatures loving the property as much as we did (but it can be hard to fully appreciate everything when all you smell is skunk). Also, the beds (we were thrilled to have 3 king beds!) were all shorter than standard beds (a few of us are tall and our feet were hanging off the edges) — not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things, but kind of odd and helpful to know if you’ve got a tall party. They have a no-shoes policy in the house and one of the bedrooms is accessible only by going out thru the deck, so don’t forget slippers. Diego was kind and responsive and it was overall a good stay.

I can’t say enough about this beautiful home with a great location in Sonoma! The attention to detail… Beds were so comfy, each bathroom had towel warmers and there was a milk frother to create your perfect morning cup of joe. The homes esthetic was simply gorgeous and there was ample space for our party of 6 to eat, drink and be merry! The host was attentive and responsive. Do not sleep on this gorgeous home! We can’t wait for our next visit to Sonoma, we will be back!

Wonderful Stay!

The property was in the perfect location. It was close to town and tucked away in a quiet spot, with a lovely little vineyard view next door. The house was decorated beautifully and very clean. There was ample outdoor space to enjoy dinner and drinks, as well as the hot tub. Diego was an amazing host! He was very attentive and very quick to respond to any questions. I look forward to staying here again.

Superb Sonoma

We had the most wonderful time at this house. The pictures do not do the place justice it was better and more beautiful in person. Diego communicated with us at every step and was thorough and helpful. The location is excellent as it’s close enough to reach everything but offers a nice space to breathe in the glorious Sonoma air. Check out is a breeze with clear communication and no weird chores. We highly recommend this place!

Wine Tasting Trip

Overall, the location and interior cleanliness of this home were top-notch. However, we were disappointed to find that the only access to the third bedroom was from outside the house, which was not accurately described in the listing. Also, because of that rooms disconnected location, temperature control of the room was difficult. The kitchen was well stocked and the interior was recently remodeled, and well appointed. Communication with the owner was good with the exception of the day of check-in, when there was some delay in getting the access code.

Amazing!!

We stayed here for a girls trip and we had the best time! I cannot say enough good things about Diego and this house. Diego was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the whole process and made checking in / figuring out where things were super easy. The house is even more beautiful in person and the outdoor patio overlooking a little vineyard was just so picturesque! The location was so close to the Sonoma Plaza - lots of tasting rooms, shops and restaurants. And was only a quick drive across to Napa for bigger wine tastings. All in all, we loved our stay and will absolutely be back!

Lovely place with privacy yet close to Sonoma Square

Beautiful, newly redone property! We celebrated my son's 30th birthday and it was a perfect home for a family getaway. Open kitchen/dining/living room was great for visiting. The home is newly redone and beautifully decorated with sophisticated Wine Country charm. When the boys went golfing the girls brought in mobile massage therapists for massages under the big oak tree next to the vineyard ... what a treat! The deck is perfect for morning coffee as well as evening wine and cheese. Diego is a great host ... available but not intrusive. Enjoy your stay!

Beautiful house in Sonoma

Everything was magical! Diego was an awesome host. He was very detailed oriented as well as accommodating. We came to celebrate my birthday and couldn't have asked for a better house. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and exterior were all breathtaking. Cleanliness was a 10! I'm afraid people will see this review and we won't be able to book here again but I'm telling you, this place was a dream. Thank you Diego!

Amazing!

Could not have asked for a more perfect home base for our empty nester group of 7 for our Sonoma trip! Diego’s communication was awesome-the house was well appointed with everything we could have wanted or needed. Ubers accessible for downtown Sonoma-just a little far for walking in the chilly weather. The outdoor space at the home was gorgeous-we would love to return when a little warmer to enjoy the backyard. Indoor evenings after a long day of wine touring was also fun with the big TV and open space. Overall an awesome home and we definitely want to return.

Sonoma Gem

We recently stayed at this home to act as our home base for the Napa Marathon. The location is perfect as it is a nice walk to the Sonoma square and major highways. The house has a lovely kitchen, living area build to easily accommodate 6-8 people. The master and second bedroom are perfect and the third is nice but not accessible from the main house without walking outside over the deck. The major drawback for us was the non-functional hot tub. This was a major draw for the home, but mechanical issues made the unit not functional. After a bit of debate the owner offered a credit for the inconvenience. We would visit this home again.

A Perfect Retreat for your next Wine Country Vacation!

We stayed in this house for four days, a mix of family, friends and a 9 month old. We were extremely comfortable. All the rooms are appointed expertly, such that you really feel you are in a retreat or a true vacation property. The beds were very comfortable; the house is very spacious. We enjoyed the deck and fire pit one afternoon. If you need more space to spread out, there is a pull out in the loft area. The kitchen is fully stocked. I really can't say enough about how beautiful and comfortable this house is. The location is amazing. You are a (long) walk or (short) bike ride from the Sonoma Plaza, but also close to so many vineyards and wineries. We used an Uber one evening too. The location cannot be beat. If this house is the size you need for your party, stop looking and just book it. You are going to love it. We'll be back!
