The Space:

Step onto the inviting wraparound porch and immediately embrace the peaceful surroundings. Here, you can envision leisurely mornings enjoying a cup of espresso or sipping a glass of wine in the evening while taking in the beauty of the landscape.



Entering the lower level, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living area with vaulted ceilings and large windows that fill the space with natural light. Relax on the comfortable sofa or leather armchair, enjoy your favorite shows on the 40-inch smart TV with cable, or unwind upstairs in the inviting loft. Charming farmhouse décor enhances the atmosphere.



The large, expansive farmhouse kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs with stainless steel appliances, a hot water dispenser, and an espresso machine for your morning brew. Abundant counter space includes a breakfast bar that seats four, perfect for casual meals or conversation. The kitchen seamlessly opens to the dining area, where a table offers room for six, ideal for gathering with loved ones over a meal. The kitchen also flows into the living room, creating a wonderful open layout. The conveniently located laundry room adds to the ease of your stay.



The adjacent primary suite provides a private haven. This bedroom offers direct access to the porch and, via distinctive barn doors, can open to a delightful second bedroom featuring a twin daybed. This twin room can also be accessed conveniently from the hallway. The spa-like primary bathroom is a true retreat, boasting double sinks, an adorable vanity, a walk-in closet, a large jetted soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower, as well as a private toilet room.



Ascending to the upper level, you'll find two charming guest rooms and a delightful sitting area. The queen bedroom features dramatic pitched ceilings and captivating countryside views, along with a comfortable armchair for relaxing. The adjacent bathroom conveniently serves the upstairs bedrooms and includes a shower, sink, and toilet.



The double twin room offers two twin beds nestled beneath a striking pitched ceiling, framed by lovely farmhouse windows showcasing the scenic surroundings. The upstairs sitting room provides a comfortable space to unwind with a TV and a sofa that conveniently folds out into a double bed. This inviting room also overlooks the downstairs living area.



The outdoor spaces at the Farmhouse are designed for enjoyment. Gather around the fire-pit with comfortable seating and a propane grill for evening chats and BBQs. Enjoy alfresco dining at the eight-person dining table shaded by an umbrella on the patio. Indulge in relaxation in the private hot tub nestled under a charming gazebo on the outdoor patio. For a bit of friendly competition, challenge your companions to a game of bocce ball in the spacious yard.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full access to the entire home and its wonderful outdoor amenities, including the private hot tub, fire-pit, and bocce ball court. Ample parking is available in the wrap-around driveway. The home is completely private, offering a tranquil escape where you can enjoy the natural beauty of the area in peace.

You'll be just a mile from top-rated wineries such as Kunde Family Winery, VJB Vineyard & Cellars, and Deerfield Ranch Winery. Enjoy a stroll to Kenwood Plaza Park or spend a day on the greens at nearby golf courses including Oakmont Golf Club, Sonoma Golf Club, and Bennett Valley Golf Course. The neighborhood is peaceful, scenic, and full of small-town charm — a true wine country gem.



Getting Around:

While some local spots are walkable, we recommend having a car to fully experience the area. With so many wineries, restaurants, and attractions just a short drive away, you’ll appreciate the flexibility.

Dog Policy:

🐾 2 dogs max without host approval. No aggressive breeds or other types of pets allowed.

🐾 Please keep dogs off all furniture and beds.

🐾 Dogs must never be left unattended on the property.

🐾 Always clean up after your pet, both inside and out.

🐾 No excessive barking.

🐾 Keep dogs on leash when outside the private yard.

🐾 A small pet fee is charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning; however, this fee is not meant to cover any damage caused by guests' dogs.

📌Please note that during the rainy season (typically October through March), outdoor furniture cushions are stored away to protect them from the elements and ensure they remain clean and dry. Consequently, outdoor seating may not be set up as pictured during these months.
