Ya sea que Anchorage sea su destino, campamento base o un punto de parada, ¡nuestra casa es el lugar perfecto! Tres amplios dormitorios, cuatro baños, cocina de chef, garaje, patio y justo en el medio de todas las cosas Anchroage. ¡A una cuadra de New Sagaya (mercado de vecindarios especializados de anclaje), a una cuadra de Park Strip, a 5 cuadras del corazón del centro y del sendero costero! ¡Esta ubicación NO PUEDE ser mejor!

El patio delantero o las terrazas son excelentes para disfrutar del sol de media noche, hacer barbacoas o jugar juegos en el patio.

Comfortable and convenient

The house is roomy and comfortable. Bedrooms are on second and third floors so lots of stairs. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds were comfortable although one bed was somewhat smelly. Location is very convenient to downtown and grocery store but also on a very bust street so there is traffic noise. Parking available for two cars. The listing was not entirely accurate and should be updated--no arcade/game room or gym, pool table, or garage parking.

Exceptional Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host couldn’t have been more responsive and hospitable. Our conference was at the downtown Marriott and it was an enjoyable 7 minute walk or 10 uber. The house is beautifully decorated and the floor plan was perfect for our group. Everyone had plenty of room and it was much more enjoyable than staying in a hotel.

Outstanding Property!

We've stayed at quite a few VRBOs and this one really stood out. From the initial contact the host was outstanding. She checked in frequently and you can tell that she really cared about us as guests and worked to make sure everything was perfect with our stay. The upstairs bedroom, bathroom, and balcony was amazing and we had plenty of room all of our guests on the main level. We were able to walk to all of the downtown shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this property if you are in the area!

Wonderful Anchorage Home

This house was perfect for our family trip to Anchorage . Convenient to many places in Anchorage proper and great location for day trips outside of the city . The host was SUPER to work with. She as communicative and flexible . The house as even better than the pictures. I would highly tecommmed it to others.

Great house

Booked a week for the family in June. Great house with absolutely everything you’d need. Lots of thoughtful local snacks as well! Host was responsive and helpful. House is only a few blocks to lots of restaurants and shopping. It is on a busy road so expect some road noise.

Incredible Stay!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Anchorage! The house was clean, spacious and fully stocked to meet all of our needs. The host was super flexible with our travel plans and even let us drop our luggage off a couple hours before the house was cleaned/ready for check-in. Communication was seamless during the entire stay and the owners were extremely accessible for any needs that arose during our stay. Will definitely be staying here the next time we're in Anchorage!

Nice respite during busy vacation!

This property is nicely located for access to Anchorage restaurants. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen is well appointed. There's lots of room to relax and enjoy in this comfortable home! Wish we would have had a bit more time to do so! Only suggestion...need more pool cues.

Spacious home in great location

We really enjoyed our stay and didn't need a car at all. There were so many positives to this house such as large fluffy towels, great water pressure, very clean, well stocked with the essentials, easy walk to downtown, close to a grocery store, comfortable beds, and a modern kitchen. The only cons were minor: no blackout shades in one of the bedrooms and few usable bedroom closets (locked or contained items). We would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

House was great. Very convenient to everything , airport, shops and dining. Quick drive to the 49 State Brewery a must stop for a bite to eat and pint. Owners were very responsive and great to work with throughout our stay, from start to finish. House is extremely spacious and well maintained. Also this property has AC which was a huge bonus since the weather was awesome but hot on our trip. If your visiting the Anchorage area I would highly recommend.

Perfect home for our family.

Beautiful home and great location close to downtown. We were unable to rent a car and were able to walk instead of using Uber for the most part. My only complaint is that the TV coverage was limited so there was no local station access or current network or cable news. available.

Family time in AK

Amazing place! The owner was extremely responsive and informative. The place looks exactly like it shows which is a good thing! Well stocked and I love, love the ice machine! Did not want to leave that...;-) Location is convenient to anything downtown. Perfect place for family and friends to gather!

Awesome getaway!!!

This has been by far our best Vacation rental experience. Totally updated with a modern spacious interior, this is an awesome view lace to stay and launch adventures near Anchorage. It’s also the perfect place to relax after a great day of travel and sightseeing. The pool table gives the kids something to do along with the adults, and there’s plenty of space to hang out as a large family.. As for the location, that is absolutely ideal. You’re very close to some really good restaurants, and if you want to find craft breweries they are within walking distance! The hosts have been very responsive and communicative – the absolute best!

Great find in downtown ANC!

This was my first trip to Anchorage to run the marathon with my husband. We brought our two kids (age 4 and 7), our nanny, and my sister. We usually book VRBO's as we are typically a big group and like to have the extra space to hang out and cook meals together. This house is a great find and I think is undersold by the pictures on the listing. It's spacious and has two decks which provide views of the city. It's a bit hard to find street wise but the property manager/owner provided a drawing in her detailed check-in instructions. The house came with toys that my kids adored and when I asked for two fold out beds and the property manager/owner couldn't find the second one, she went out and bought a Coleman inflatable bed plus kids sheets to compensate (my daughter was thrilled with the mermaid sheets). We arrived to find Alaskan candy bars and a handwritten note for our arrival. The house was clean, bedrooms were large, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We even enjoyed the Komado grill. I would highly recommend this place if you are staying in ANC with a large group. We were walking distance to downtown ANC and it was easy to get in and out to our activities.

An enjoyable easy stay

This large rental has plenty of space and beds and was very clean on arrival. Checking in and out was a breeze. The location downtown was great with lots of good food and drink options right nearby. The multiple balconies and front yard also add to the enjoyment. Would definitely stay again.
