Está a unas tres cuadras de la playa y tiene tres baños completos, medio baño y una cocina totalmente equipada. Disfrute de comidas informales en el hotel o pruebe algunos de los excelentes restaurantes locales. Aproveche la parrilla de gas y tenga una comida al aire libre en el patio trasero.

CARACTERÍSTICAS ESPECIALES INCLUYEN una terraza frente a la entrada y un muelle flotante. Recientemente remodelado, la casa tiene una gran cantidad de ventanas con maravillosas vistas. Disappointed

The house is in an excellent location, we enjoyed fishing off the dock. Neighborhood is peaceful area. However home needs more basic items. We stayed for 11 nights for Christmas so there were a few days that we wanted to cook and have family dinner However the kitchen was very unorganized, they had not enough utensils or pans to cook. There were only 2 knives, one so small and the other one was broken. All the 3 pans were so old that and rusty. The coffee maker was rusty and didn't work, they had no big pans to cook. The oven and stove were so dirty, no cleaning in the kitchen area seemed to be done before we arrived. Not to mentioned there were all dead roaches in each entrance of the home. And in the living room the two slide doors would enter water when it rain. That was for 2 days that we had a storm, and we had to clean and get the water out every time it rain. Under the sofas was dust and trash. The house was not cleaned at all when we arrived. The two big fans in the living room had so much dust on them. Also not enough towels and the ones they had were so old. So very disappointing. Of course I called the Agency and complained. They brought me some new pans and utensils the next day but its so sad that this is a beautiful house in a beautiful location but someone is not doing their job in giving a good maintenance. So we definitely didn't get what we paid for.

Beautiful home and lo ation

The house is beautiful. Coffee on the deck in the morning watching the sun come up was wonderful. Great place to bring your kayak and enjoy paddling on hog inlet. Would stay again.

Nice home, beautiful view, terrible property management!!

My brother and I, and our immediate families went to Myrtle to see my Uncle for his 80th birthday. My Aunt & Uncle are “snowbirds” from Michigan and have a condo VERY near this home for 4 months of the winter, my cousin came up from Fla (stayed with my uncle) and my other cousin lives in Myrtle. Between Covid-19 and it being winter, we needed a place with plenty of room for all to be together yet spread out. We fished from the dock (caught a really nice sea trout and some bait fish), at low tide waded through just a little water to get to the beach and fly our huge kite, played lots of cards (family favorite), had a huge puzzle spread out on another table, and sat on the deck and watched two boats get stuck on the sand bar! It was very nice....until, my brother was coming up the dock from fishing and noticed water spraying from the rocks near the break wall in the back yard. He has an extensive knowledge of plumbing and construction, so he moved the rocks and found that the water line that feeds water to the dock and fish cleaning station had burst, you could tell it had been fixed previously by someone who did very poor work. We called the property management co Thomas beach rentals, they said they would be back in touch within the hour. Almost 2 hrs later we hadn’t heard from anyone so we called again. They said they had NO record of the first call, but would send someone out soon. Approx 40 min later a man who spoke very broken english arrived, when he saw the water leak he got very anxious, my brother tried to calm him and explain how to easily and properly fix the problem. The guy kept literally Running all around the yard trying to find the water shut off. The man said he needed to turn the water off for “few minutes, real quick”, he then turned it off...AND LEFT!!!! This was at around 4:45 at 6:15 there was still NO sign of the guy, no phone call, nothing! We couldn’t fix dinner (needed water for spaghetti) couldn’t use bathrooms (10 adts and 3 kids), So we called the property mgt co AGAIN, and again they were clueless! But called a plumber, he got there 40min later and fixed it in about 30 min. The next morning there was an angry woman in the drive way, she said she was there to clean and we needed to get out, we told her we had rented the house until tomorrow. She said the property mngt co said today and we should leave. We told her we were NOT leaving! When we checked out the next day there were NO apologies, TERRIBLE Mngt Co!!!!

Best view ever!

This is a lovely home in an amazing location. The canal is off the back deck and dock, and at least tide you can walk across to the beach. The master bedroom mattress is the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. I actually pulled all the sheets off to find out what it was. The kitchen is well equipped but could use some plastic cups and perhaps small bowls for children. We had a great week and would definitely visit again. Realtor who manages the property was great to work with.
