Aspectos negativos: Limpieza y comunicación
Frig was not clean. We had to make our own beds. Linens were (unlabeled) in large bags in LR. Apparently if you pay an extra 10/bed, they will make up the bed. I have NEVER had to make up our own beds on arrival at a VRBO. One of the sheet sets had gunk on it (disgusting). The yard was full of spurweed that gets painfully stuck in pets paws. The trash was not removed from the outside cans upon arrival (and the recycle was in the wrong can - which I switched back to the correct cans). Power went out one day and another day our water was out (due to construction in the area). Back door alarm did not work properly and after a number of calls to maintenance and my online research, it turned out it had a low battery. We were ALL happy to check out. The place matched the photos, but I would not recommend their property management company. They were not responsive to issues and sent way too many reminder text.

Thank you for your detailed feedback we truly do appreciate you taking the time to share it, even if it wasn’t the glowing vacation experience we aim for. We’re especially sorry that you were greeted with a less-than-clean refrigerator and issues with the linens. Nothing says “welcome to vacation” quite like unexpected housekeeping surprises and we understand how frustrating that must have been. For clarity, our linen program is designed to offer flexibility (yes, including the option to have beds made for a small fee), though we realize that’s not the expectation for every guest and we’ll certainly take your comments into consideration. Regarding the sands buries (spur weed) in the yard, the outdoor conditions can unfortunately be a bit at the mercy of nature though we certainly don’t want your pets feeling like they’ve stepped into a patch of tiny landmines. We’ll be addressing that with the homeowner. We do want to gently note that we remained in communication throughout your stay and worked to address concerns as they were reported. Some items such as power and water outages due to area construction are, regrettably, out of anyone’s control. Others, like maintenance issues, were relayed and handled as quickly as possible, though we understand it may not have felt that way in the moment. As a management company, we do our best to advocate for improvements, but ultimately some decisions and conditions fall under the homeowner’s direction. Not an excuse just the behind-the-scenes reality we continue working to improve. We’re glad to hear the property itself matched the photos, even if the overall experience didn’t quite live up to expectations. Your feedback has been shared, and we’ll use it to push for better because “everyone was happy to check out” is definitely not the review we’re aiming for. We do hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future we’d love the opportunity to provide a stay that feels much more like a vacation and far less like a to do list.

Extremely clean beautiful home. The kitchen, dining and living area along with the patio were spacious for all of our gatherings. The multiple bedrooms and baths gave us private comfortable sleeping areas. All rooms have a TV with endless viewing options. The beach is only a short walk to see the sunrise and walk the soft white sandy Beach. We loved our stay and plan to return.

This is a wow factor on cleanliness. My husband and I have been coming to Myrtle Beach for the past 15 years. We’ve always changed locations every year as we were not happy with what we had. This is the first time we are extremely happy on the cleanliness. The attention and details with light switches, and everything else is exceptional. We would like to make this our forever rental.

We had a great time!! The pool vendor didn’t clean the pool before our arrival but Elliott contacted the home owner and that afternoon when we returned the pool was cleaned. The beds were very comfortable. House was set up nicely for a family to cook whatever they want. Having the white privacy fence was wonderful. We enjoyed letting our dog outside to play and sunbath. I would highly suggest this house for a family vacation.
