Pigeon River Cottage en Pigeon Forge fue completamente remodelado en enero de 2020, para que disfrute de sus vacaciones. Cuenta con muebles nuevos, electrodomésticos, ropa de cama, televisores y DVD. Cuenta con 3 habitaciones con camas king y TV y una sala de literas con un conjunto de literas gemelas. La casa tiene capacidad para un máximo de 8 personas. Hay 3 baños completos, y una lavadora y secadora. La cocina está bien equipada con un Sr. Cafetera y cafetera Keurig, olla de cocción lenta, licuadora, tostadora de panecillos y electrodomésticos nuevos de cocina. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para 8 y la barra tiene capacidad para 3. Ubicada en una calle sin salida, en un vecindario tranquilo y relajante, la cabaña se encuentra en la punta oeste del río Little Pigeon, a solo 2 minutos de la ruta verde. Salga de la cochera cubierta para 3 autos hasta el río para subirse al tubo, vadear o pescar, o disfrutar de la bañera de hidromasaje en la terraza con vista al río. Trae tus kayaks y flotador al Granero de Apple. Disfruta de la naturaleza a lo largo del sendero y observa gansos, patos silvestres, águilas y garzas azules que visitan a diario. Las mesas, columpios y balancines al aire libre y de parrilla están listos para que disfrutes en la cochera y las terrazas. Cancha de baloncesto y varios juegos de mesa, PS4 y una mesa de juegos de 60 juegos con televisión por cable y WiFi de 200 MB están disponibles. Conveniente para el granero de Apple, y muchos otros restaurantes, así como todas las atracciones locales. Dollywood se encuentra a 12 o 15 minutos en coche. My family and I had a great stay at this property. Just one note is that there is a public walking path just a few feet from the house between the house and the stream. I had missed seeing this in the pictures. So when you are in the hot tub or on the back porch or under the house you will see people walking their dogs and using the path right next to the house. Other than that we had a great stay!

Karen, thank you for your review. We use the walking trail quite frequently when we’re there. Most of the time people don’t even notice us on the back porch. Typically the swings are where we’re hanging out and some folks will stop by and chat briefly and keep going. We look forward to hosting you again in the future.

The house was awesome! Dwayne and Linda were awesome to deal with and easy to communicate with. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to rent a place. I would pan on renting from them in the future, we travel a lot to pigeon forge and have been in hotel rooms but we now have a new place to stay.

The hosts are very detail oriented, which makes the stay very simple. We had everything we needed. The location was not far from the beaten path, fire place was cozy, hot tub stayed hot, great water pressure, plenty of extras for the kids to keep entertained - it was great.

Our host were great. There was a forecast of snow and possible icing the week we were there. Our host contacted us prior to heading to our destination to alert us and made suggestions on securing supplies prior to departing. They also called while there and checked on our wellbeing. Great job DeWayne and Linda! Facilities were above our expectations and we had a great time

This house was everything we could have asked for and more. Not only was the inside cozy and welcoming, and CLEAN, it was fully stocked with all the things you need during your stay. There is a beautiful river that runs in the back bringing in geese, birds and the calming sound of water rolling over the rocks. We have stayed in many cabins over the 13 years we’ve been visiting this area and this house is by far one of the best! We will definitely look into staying here again in the future!

This cottage is amazing!!! This is the 4th year we have stayed here and have already booked for next year. Every time we have stayed, the cottage has been top notch with cleanliness and the perfect fit for our family. You would think after 4 years, the cottage would be showing signs of wear and tear, but not this one. It is a testament to the care of the owners and their cleaning/maintenance crew. Also, the communication with the owners and the check in process are wonderfully easy. We are counting down the days until our next visit!

This was our first time staying at this location and the property owner was very easy to work with. The location was beautiful and the house had everything we needed. There were 5 of us and we plan on returning next year. Would definitely recommend.
