We come to an annual convention in Pigeon Forge and this is the second year in a row we have stayed in this home. We really love it. It was clean. The location is great, just a short drive to the parkway. The neighborhood is quiet. The game room downstairs is lots of fun. The kitchen is fully equipped if you're inclined to cook; we were not. We hope to stay there again next year.

The property was very accessible, clean and matched online description. I want to give a huge thank you to the owner who showed up in person on the day of check-in when we struggled to figure out the keypad entry. They didn't have to show up in person, but theybdid and that speaks vokumes to their charachter. I would book this property again. The game room and hot tub were a plus.

The property is spacious and nicely appointed. It needs a deep clean. Bathtubs have etched in soap scum and dirt. All the baseboards and light switches dusty, grimey. Cobwebs in game room, porches and front of fireplace. There is a flight of stairs you must carry your things up and then one of the bedrooms is up another flight of stairs. I really feel like with a good deep clean this would be an excellent place to stay. Directions could be improved. Once you realize you turn at Sunliner Diner (Henderson Chappel Rd)and then at church it was very simple to get to.

We really enjoyed the house perfect size for 3 couples, very clean, had everything you need and in the perfect location! Made good use of the game room especially during the rain. We would definitely stay here again very quiet neighborhood.

Everything was great!!! We will definitely be back if it's available. We had 2 teenage girls and 2 teenage boys and the game room was outstanding. I think they enjoyed it almost as much as Dollywood!

Great location and space for families

This place was great for our family group of 10. We will actually be returning next year to this same location. Robyn and Craig were quick to address all communication and supportive of all our questions and inquiries.

Tennessee trip to see Dollywood

The weather did not cooperate with our plans, but we made the best of it. Loved having all the gaming options in the basement to keep us busy with all the rain. Plenty of room in the house for us to have separate space. Close enough to all the attractions without all the traffic noise. We went to the Stampede, Priates Voyage, Aquarium, and Dollywood. Thank you again for sharing your house with us for the week!

The place was excellent. The only complaint I would have is the beds weren’t super comfortable, but I expect that anywhere that isn’t home. Hosts were excellent and responded very timely.

Weekend with the kids

We rented this property for the weekend it was very nice and clean. We spent the days out at Dollywood and shopping and this place was located in a nice quiet neighborhood within a short distance to everything! The evenings were spent in the basement playing the games and there was plenty to choose from! The beds was very comfortable! We were definitely pleased with this rental! I do highly recommend and also check-in and out was simple!

Spring break 25'

Floor plan was as described. Close to the parkway. Game room was a big hit among teens and the adults. Property is in a subdivision very close to other properties. Super soft beds. Suited our needs for 2 adults and three teenage boys.

Family friendly home/neighborhood

My family and some friends stayed here for 3 nights with 6 kids ranging from 9 months to 6 years old. All of the kids had a great time playing in the basement and watching movies. There are hundreds of dvds in the kitchen, so that was a fun surprise. As a parent of small kids who require a bath, we ended up having to use one of the adult room’s bathrooms to bathe the kids. I wish the bath had been in the bathroom attached to the room with the twin beds, but we definitely made it work. The beds were all very comfortable and the house smelled fresh and was not overpowered by any fragrances/air fresheners. The basement room was a lot of fun, but all of the table tennis racquets were broken when we arrived (rubber pads off/barely hanging on), so we didn’t get to play that. However, the pool table and arcade game were a blast for all ages. The hot tub was neat, but it did not get as hot as ones I’ve been in before. I think the highest temp we were able to achieve was 99 degrees. Within walking distance of the house, there is a beautiful river walk. The kids (adults) had so much fun attempting to skip rocks and saw lots of geese. If we return to the area, we will definitely try to stay in this house again. The owners were also great to communicate with!

Spring Break getaway

We had an 10 day stay and it was fantastic. The location was super convenient but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip of Pigeon Forge. The house was clean and well taken care of. The game room was a HUGE hit with the kids and adults. I had an issue with the garbage disposal one day and Robyn responded quickly and Craig was there to take care of it soon after. They were super nice and super helpful. We would totally stay there again!

Awesome house!

This was our second year in a row that my family stayed here. It is the perfect house for us and the location is the best! We had a minor issue the first night we were there and I cannot say enough good things about the owners. They were quick to help resolve the issue and that made us love renting this property even more! We will be back again next year!

Great location the game room is a plus

Seymour Of the Smokies is a great place and a great location. It’s well supplied and very clean. The game room is an absolute plus. We didn’t get to use it that much but we enjoyed the time we did. We will definitely consider this house in the future.

Perfect stay

My wife, her mother and twin sister, our daughter and granddaughter stayed here. My granddaughter celebrated turning 7 on the trip. She said that the house "was the most perfect house ever". They all had a wonderful time!

We vacationed here. Fell in love with the area and especially this community. Decided to buy a home there. Our permanent home is in South Carolina about an hour inland from the coast. We used to camp at the beach. Then we visited Pigeon Forge and put the camper up for sale! We like the area so much we plan to retire there one day. We visit here every chance we get, but enjoy being able to share our home with you. When you call our contact number, you will be speaking directly with us, the owners, not a management company.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Location, location, location! This property is So convenient to all the major attractions, and the road comes out at one of the major stop lights on the Parkway. It just doesn't get any more convenient than that. Although only a half mile off the parkway, you would never know you're that close. There is NO noise from the traffic on the Parkway in this quiet community. And, the neighborhood is just so nice and clean and well laid out.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This home has an under-house garage which is an open area as big as the foot-print of the house. We sectioned off half of this garage area as a game room. We love the convenience and fun ourselves, and think you will enjoy it as much as we do. Everything is so well laid out and so convenient, we just fell in love with it.
