Nuestro condominio piso OCTAVO está completamente amueblado con todas las comodidades de un resort de lujo. Completar con su propio espacio de estacionamiento en nuestro garaje privado y un ascensor semi privada que te lleva directamente a su condominio. Tiene un gran salón muy amplio, dormitorio principal con cama king, dormitorio de invitados con CAMAS y un convertible Sofá en el salón principal. El baño principal tiene una bañera de hidromasaje y cabina de ducha grande. La cocina está completamente amueblada con electrodomésticos renovados, y nuestro condominio tiene una nueva lavadora y secadora. Hay una TV GRANDE y un REPRODUCTOR DE DVD en cada habitación, una gran selección de PELÍCULAS y WIFI GRATIS.
Cada habitación tiene una VISTA AL MAR ESPECTACULAR y se abre a la gran balcón que da a la piscina enorme laguna, piscina para niños, Bañera de hidromasaje y playa de arena blanca QUE HIZO FAMOSO DESTIN.

CONCHAS plata es DESTIN LA PREMIER DE LUJO BEACH RESORT, con 1.100 metros de playa privada. Hay actividades diarias para los niños. Disfrute de restauración en Chris Steak House Ruth, en el sitio. The condo was beautiful very good location only couple of things, no ice don’t know if ice maker is non functional or just not hooked up and jacuzzi tub was not functional other than that everything’s good

Gorgeous views from every room!
This was our 2nd stay at this condo and we love it! The views from both bedrooms and the living room are breathtaking. Location of condo is great. Pool is top notch. Condo is clean and comfortable and has everything you need including beach chairs. You may need to call Frank on his cell, as I dont' think he always sees the messages on the VRBO app. But once in touch with him via phone, he is very helpful. We have booked Labor Day weekend the past 2 years and were hoping to keep up our tradition for next year, but were disappointed to see we can only book by the week now. Otherwise we would have already booked for next year!

PERFECT VACATION
My husband and I spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed it! Beautiful beach, pool, and home. You could cook a meal and not need anything as far as dishes and cookware. Bed was comfy and the condo was clean. Will definitely return to this condo in the future. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us! The Law Family

Great for family vacation!
This was our first trip to Destin and we are so glad we chose to stay here at Silver Shells. The condo was as advertised. It was clean, well stocked with everything we needed and the view was amazing. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony overlooking the pool every morning. From there we could see and hear the waves crashing on the sand and had many dolphin sightings. The beach was great, Sand Bar restaurant was so convenient, and the pool was perfect. We would love to come stay here again!!

Beautiful condo
We enjoyed our stay very much. Condo property is well maintained and gated. Loved the white sand beach, loved the Back Porch restaurant, and loved having the state park next door. Condo is well stocked from kitchen to beach toys. Nice variety of music played around the pool provided by condo. Would definitely recommend 805 for couples or family.

35th Anniversary Celebration
Easy peasy checkin process. The property was clean and tidy. The view exceeded our expectations. So many amenities to enjoy to include the cardio room, strength training gym attached to the spa, lap pool, and hot tub. The tennis/pickle ball courts were top notch. You’re close to restaurants and shopping. Be sure to visit the Sand Bar. We also rented E-bikes and rode the entire Tampoochee Trail. Wonderful Trip!

Lovely Beach Vaca Spot
This was the perfect spot for our girls trip! Lovely condo was well stocked. Gorgeous views! Great location to restaurants and shopping. The beach was beautiful and we had so much fun on the pickle ball courts. The pool was really nice but since we were there in February we didn’t go in. The garage parking was nice and the whole condo community was very secure and safe. We loved it and plan on returning again next year!

All around awesome
It was a rocky beginning. VRBO did not tell the owner that we were coming down. Frank did step it up after hearing no instructions on how to get in condo. Everything worked out well. Communication with the owner was difficult, I sent numerous messages through the VRBO app and received no answer. Finally 6 hours before are so called arrival Frank did answer. He and VRBO did help and we arrived and checked in on time. The condo itself was excellent and everything we needed. The view was excellent. We have stayed in this complex 5x’s and this condo is the best. You can’t go wrong with this one.

Breathtaking area
This was by far the best location for any vacation. Everything you would ever need was close by and the owners of our Condo provided everything just in case we forgot something. It was an awesome stay.

Love silver shells
Silver shells is my favorite place to stay in Destin. The views from the condo were wonderful. However, the rooms could have been cleaner.

Awesome condo!
We love everything about this condo. The ocean views at every window. The owner keeps the condo stocked with all kinds of things that I never see anywhere else. The place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. This is our second time staying here and we will definitely be back!

We are Geneva and Frank Barnhill. We have been married 55 years, and live in Dunwoody, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta. We have been in the Jewelry Business for 56 years.

We have owned condos in Destin for more than 36 years, and at Silver Shells since 2002. We call it our HOME AWAY FROM HOME.

We visited Destin about 36 years ago and discovered it's beautiful beach, friendly people and many wonderful restaurants. In 2002 we stopped at Silver Shells for lunch, took one look at the view from our 8th floor condo, and bought it immediately. Silver Shells is an Upscale, Gated, Family oriented Beach Resort. It was the best family decision we have ever made.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

For us it is the Relaxation, walking on the beautiful beach, Spa, and the many wonderful restaurants we have discovered in Destin. We also enjoy breakfast, lunch and cocktails with a spectacular view from our balcony. Our children and grandchildren love the Beach, huge Pool, Playground and the many things to do at Silver Shells and in Destin.
